Good morning all,
First off, I wanted to show appreciation to all those who have been along for the ride! Your support thus far has been very encouraging! All 19 Chapters! If you feel so inclined, please vote on the updated character poll I posted at the end of 19, as I am interested to see whose characters and development you have enjoyed the most! Chapter 19 marks the end of Vol 1 for Amelia and Co. as they now face a new challenge! I am still working on the upcoming chapters for vol 2, so my updates are going to slow down a bit.
Please feel free to leave any comments or feedback on how you have enjoyed (or not!) this original story so far, and I hope you look forward to the next stages in our character's journeys!
I also have a new discord for people who are enjoying the story to come together and chill!

Your story has been enjoyable, blending two genre's of anime that haven't been done before. I can't wait to see what more will come.
I am glad you have enjoyed! I also can't wait to share our character's journey and where it takes all of them!
Noooo! Not a Cliffhanger!
Indeed! I have the first 6 chapters already penned out, so updates shouldn't be too long in coming. I needed a bit of a break though, as I have been writing these last technically 25 chapters out over the course of the last 5 weeks?
Hoping she doesn't stay Amy and this is only a ploy to get her to face her insecurities. Like very temporary. She turns back before leaving the temple.
We will have to see, won't we I'm sure Amelia isn't the only one who is shocked by this new development!
@Surbmonster For me personally it would be a big let down. Forsaking her Amelia form and embracing her Amy form would be the same as giving up. She may as well go back to her old world if she's truly happier as Amy. But is she? We will have to wait and see. Again, personally I will lose a lot of interest in the story if she continues on as Amy. But I don't think that's Obarith's goal. I think he wants her to embrace her Amelia side, though for very different reasons than the goddess.
@PiRho Curious if you have come back to finish reading Vol 2. Maybe some of your questions and concerns got some form of answer
@Surbmonster I'm terribly sorry but the answer is yes and no. I've only just recently skimmed most of volume 2 because it wasn't to my liking (I did say that I would lose interest if it went on too long). Before continuing I want to affirm that your story is interesting, well written and I have enjoyed many aspects of it. The problem for me is suspension of disbelief. Right at the beginning of the story it's clear that she's not a summoned hero who has to accomplish a task before she can go home. She can go back to her old world right away if she wants, and she does want. There was very little reason for her to stay and if she does it's at very high risk with little reward. Actually no reward unless you count a sense of accomplishment if she succeeds and I do count that. She's given (or should I say guilted into) an all but impossible task, one that realistically she can't accomplish but could, in my opinion, be the spark for change in following generations. But why does she try? I can't understand her motivation for doing it more than half heartedly. The world she left still has way too much male chauvinism so why choose to stay in a new world where it's even worse?
Tell you what. I'm going on vacation at the end of this month, so I'll pull this out of my archive and reread it from start to finish and tell you if my opinion has changed.
