{Thump! Thump!}

Despite having worn an aviation headset to suppress the deafening whirring of the helicopter blades, each step the creature took would ring in his ears and each roar the creature releases would cause his entire being to shake uncontrollably. The Captain looked down from the helicopter, watching the 50-meter tall titan below him march forward slowly but with resolution.

Titans, they were gigantic beings that appeared throughout history. From starting the Great Fire of Rome to the horse-like titan, Bucephalus, who helped Alexander the Great conquer the Persian Empire. And below him was Godzilla, dubbed the King of the Monsters.

The dinosaur-like behemoth was one of humanity's biggest fear. Videos of it tearing apart other titans who dared to challenge it and devastating the city in the process could be seen all over the internet. Humanity has attempted to kill it, however, nothing they threw at it ever seems to work. That being said, however, there have been some unpopular arguments online that the titan saves a lot more humans than it ends up killing. That is, until a few days ago, when it began rampaging through several cities unprovoked.

Not only did this incident cause tens of thousands of death, the cities were no longer livable until the radiation left in them breaks down fully.

What was their mission again? To find the true masterminds behind this incident? Scientists believe that Godzilla was mind controlled due to their equipment detecting an unknown electromagnetic wave surrounding Godzilla for the past few days. After destroying a tower emitting this waves, Godzilla began making its way in this direction. Helicopters were then sent out to follow it.

The Captain couldn't help but let out a sigh.

{This is the perfect place to get rid of it once and for all, too bad nothing works on it.}

There was nothing but trees for several kilometers. This was one of the rare situation where the titan wasn't in a city filled with evacuating civilians.

{Don't worry Captain, didn't the Government say that they are working on a weapon to wipe him out once and for all?}

{Mmm.}

The Captain hmphed in agreement and watched as Godzilla trudged forward. Several squadrons have been taking turns to monitor the titan for three days straight, and small talks like these were the only way they could entertain themselves in the wilderness.

Suddenly, a few blue orbs of light flew out of the mountain in front of them, attracting the attention of the Captain. They curved unnaturally in mid-air and began making their way towards the helicopters.

{ALL UNITS! PULL UP! MISSILE INBOUND!}

The Captain shouted into his headset in fear, prompting all of the helicopters to immediately flew upwards. Thankfully, the orbs continued curving downwards, heading straight for the titan instead.

The titan, upon seeing this, snorted. Perhaps due to pride or confidence, it made no attempt to dodge. The blue orbs reached it in an instant and exploded, causing blinding blue light to erupt all over it.

{ROAR!}

The Captain looked down in fear. The shockwave of the explosion could be felt even from two kilometers away. And the roar, it was unlike anything he had ever heard before. It was filled with fury... and pain?

As if the declaration of war, Godzilla began charging towards the mountain after roaring, its speed at least double of before. The trees, which barely reached half of its height, were constantly sent flying and the earth shook non-stop, as if trembling in fear of the titan's rage.

{Captain! Look!}

The Captain quickly looked at where the pilot was pointing, only to find even more blue orbs emerging from the mountain. He spoke decisively into his headset:

{Pull back another kilometer.}

~~~~~~~~~~
On a holographic screen, a blue mushroom cloud could be seen forming in a forest.
{Did we kill it?}
A humanoid with scaly skin looked at his companion who was sitting beside him. His companion, who also looked similar to him, began fiddling with a personal screen in front of him. It turned out that this room, which was built like a lecture hall with a screen at the front, was completely filled with such creatures.
{The radiation level around Godzilla! It seems to be increasing!}
As the controllers of Godzilla for the past few days, they knew very well what this meant. A creature sitting alone at the top of the room, who seemed like the Commander, began shouting out orders:
{Activate mana shields! Shut the blast doors!}
The creatures took action, and sirens blared as doors all around the base began sealing up. And it was just in time, too.
A piercing blue beam of light struck out from within the blue mushroom cloud. In almost an instant, it reached the mountain where the blue orbs emerged from. Amidst the high pitch screeching of the beam, trees and soil were vaporized in an instant. The beam lasted for five seconds straight, and by the time it was over, the mountain was no longer recognizable. The once lush mountain now looked like a volcano which recently erupted. The red hot rocks flowed down the mountain face, revealing a glowing white surface behind it.
{Great, our ship is now exposed! Damage report!}
{Sir! Our shields have dropped to 70%!}
{What?!}
Such an attack would have never done so much damage to their shields normally. However, this galaxy was unlike other galaxies.
{Damn it! If only this world had mana!}
That's right. Their shields and weapons mainly ran on mana. This convenient source of energy was taken for granted by them, and for that, they are now suffering the consequence of their actions after entering this mana-less universe.
{But an attack of this scale despite having no mana, to be expected of the being capable of opposing our Lord.}
But before the Commander could give out another order, one of his men spoke hurriedly:
{Sir! It's preparing another attack!}
Looks like they have truly pissed off the King of the Monsters this time, the titan who loves to brawl was now charging up for another attack, the dorsal plates which was glowing with a blue light could been seen through the slightly dissipated smoke. Clicking his tongue, the Commander asked one of his men:
{Is the wormhole generator ready? I'm about ready to send it into a blackhole.}
This base was originally a transportation base, thus having a rare wormhole generator.
{Sir, the radiation seems to be interfering with our equipment.}
The Commander began panicking:
{What? What does that mean? Are we able to open a wormhole?}
{Yes Sir, but we aren't sure where Godzilla will end up anymore.}
The Commander contemplated for awhile before giving out his order:
{This planet is one of the few planets with civilization in this galaxy and holds a lot of research potential. As long as we get rid of Godzilla, the civilization is free for our taking. Do it.}
{But Sir! Shouldn't we keep track of Godzilla, after all, it's capable of-}
{Are you questioning me, Lieutenant? Open the wormhole or we are all going to die!}
His true thoughts were finally revealed in the last sentence. He gazed at the titan on the screen as his men began working on the wormhole. Soon, the sky above Godzilla began distorting. The titan looked upwards in confusion, and directly fired its breath at it. The beam disappeared the instant it touched the distortion and the distortion got larger instead.
Finally, it cracked open, revealing nothing but darkness inside of it. A suction force began acting on everything below it. Tearing off chunks of dirt and rock from the ground. Even Godzilla wasn't spared as it slowly levitated off the ground. It swung its arm around in panic as it looked at the wormhole and fired another breath at it.
The beam curved towards the center of the wormhole and was swallowed without any issue. The titan was now tens of meters above the ground. The Commander reclined onto his chair as he watched Godzilla powerlessly struggle as it levitated into the air. He couldn't help but praise his soldiers.
{Good job, men.}
At this moment, the titan suddenly turned its head towards the mountain, staring at it as if it was eyeing its prey. The Commander shuddered and spoke:
{Put all mana into the shields. We won't have to deal with him for any longer soon.}
{S- Sir?}
The Lieutenant began stammering, giving the Commander a bad feeling.
{What is it, Lieutenant? Speak coherently.}
{Due to the high amounts of radiation, the Wormhole Generator malfunctioned, Sir... It consumed more energy than we expected. We barely have any mana left.}
Looking at the titan which had just finished charging up, the Commander only had one word to say:
{Shi-}
A streak of blue light fired from the sky smashed into the mountain, followed by two more streaks of light before Godzilla was fully swallowed up by the wormhole.
The entire mountain, the space ship included, was melted to slags. A large portion of the once bountiful forest now looked like a desert but other than that, the world seemed to regain its peace.
Just then, multiple helicopters could be seen approaching from afar. The Captain, who saw the distortion in the sky and gave the command to retreat even further, had returned. Looking at the scene of devastation in front of him, he couldn't help but mutter under his breath.
{What the hell happened here?}
