THE GIGGADON EMPIRE'S EASTERN FRONT: FIRST COASTAL STRONGHOLD

*WHOOSH*

*BOOM!*

The air reverberated with deafening explosions, each one a testament to the ongoing clash between two formidable fleets. On one side, the imposing 'Black Braids' fleet of the Giggadon Empire dominated the scene with its commanding aura. Twenty colossal vessels, each towering at an awe-inspiring height of 18 meters, formed the backbone of this fleet. Their presence was unmistakable, their obsidian-colored hulls rumored to possess an otherworldly ability to absorb the Sun's radiating heat. But what truly set the ships apart were the unique ropes that bound these formidable vessels together. ropes meticulously crafted from the hair of generations of Eastern women, woven with intricate precision by their own hands. This ancient tradition, stretching back through epochs before the empire's rise, lent an air of mystique to the already formidable fleet.

However magnificent these vessels were, they were not invincible. Nine of them had already succumbed to the relentless assault of the Thorka Empire's fleet, which only had eleven smaller-sized warships compared to Giggadon’s, but each ship was protected by a cadre of three Fourth and Fifth Circle mages. Their combined might pose a formidable challenge to the 'Black Braids' fleet as the battle raged on relentlessly.

"HAHAHAHA! DON’T LET THESE BASTARDS REST! KEEP THOSE CANNONS ROARING UNTIL THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FISH FEED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA!"

Bellowed from the Thorka Empire’s ships as they continued their assault with unyielding ferocity.

*BOOM!!*

ABOARD THE THORKA EMPIRE’S FLAGSHIP(GRINSEEKER)

“The sky darkened by smoke, the sea tainted crimson, and the screams of dying men... These sights bring back some bad memories... But... now it’s different... because, this time I’m the one who WILL BURN THOSE DAMN MONKEYS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA!”

Declared Jakal Emberheart, his voice booming with madness that cut through the chaos of battle. As he stood proudly atop the ship's figurehead.

[JAKAL EMBERHEART- 7TH BLOOD LEGION- RANK ??]

"Captain, urgent news! The Giggadon fleet is rapidly closing in on us, and every attempt to halt their advance has been repelled by some unknown force. Shall we maneuver to evade? "

 inquired the officer.

“Hmm?...”

Jakal reacted, his gaze shifting to the approaching Giggadon’s ships.

"A magic defense formation, it seems..."

He remarked with a wry smile.

"...using such formations on ships is useless, as they only last a mere five minutes. That's hardly enough time for the entire fleet to close in. So, what exactly are they attempting?"

Jakal pondered inwardly as he observed the Giggadon ships effortlessly repelling their assaults with an impenetrable defense, his mind raced with possibilities. Then, his brow furrowed in concentration.

"GYA-HAHAHAHAHA!!... I see, so that's their plan!"

Jakal chuckled darkly, his eyes narrowing with determination.

"Well, it hardly matters. I'll simply reduce their entire fleet to ashes before they can execute their plan."

Jakal said with a serious expression, as he raised his right hand and pointed decisively toward the looming Giggadon Fleet.

"Pass the order! ALL SHIPS AND MAGES ARE TO ATTACK THE EVIL GIGGADON FLEET WITH FULL POWER! UNTIL THEIR DEFENSE FORMATIONS ARE BROUGHT DOWN AND THEY ARE SUNK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA!"

Jakal's voice boomed with authority, echoing across the deck.

"Yes, commander! SIR,"

the officer replied with unwavering enthusiasm, snapping a crisp salute before swiftly carrying out the command.

Moments later, the entire Thorka fleet sprang into action, unleashing a relentless barrage of attacks upon the Giggadon ships, their mages channeling spells with unmatched ferocity, determined to shatter the enemy's defenses and send them to a watery grave.

*WHOOSH*

*BOOM!!*

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

GIGGADON BLACK BRAIDS FLEET - FLAGSHIP(HAVANA- TWIST)- BRIDGE

"COMMANDER! Our formations can't continue to hold them off at full power anymore! Their attacks have begun to drain the mana stones rapidly."

reported the knight/officer monitoring the formation shields, his tone a mixture of seriousness and panic, to the Commander and the other lieutenants on the Bridge.

"DAMMIT! WHEN DID THORKA POSSESS THIS MANY MAGES?!"

Commander David Blackport's voice thundered with frustration, his hand slamming down on the strategy table with a resounding thud.

*THUD*

His anger reverberated through the room, punctuated by yet another attack on the Flagship’s defense formation, causing the entire vessel to shudder under the impact.

*BOOM!*

*RUMBLE*

"Commander David, your current strategy appears to be failing. Without mages to assist in long-distance attacks, it's clear we've already lost this battle. If we persist, we'll be dead long before we can even engage the enemy fleet in direct confrontation. I believe it's time we consider a tactical retreat."

Suggested Lieutenant Joseph Tobi, a dark-skinned man in his thirties, and a sixth-class Grandmaster. His tone carried a hint of condescension, his confidence in his assessment unmistakable.

"I concur, Commander. It seems prudent to retreat at this juncture, as we've already lost nine of our ships. Continuing would leave us with no option for retreat."

Another lieutenant added, voicing the collective sentiment.

The other lieutenants nodded in agreement, their expressions mirroring their shared concern.

“...”

Commander David, upon hearing the report, fell into a thoughtful silence. His eyes swept across the men gathered on the Bridge, his expression heavy with concern.

"Torin, pass down the order... all ships are to halt their advance and retreat to the second coastal stronghold. We have lost this battle,"

Commander David commanded, turning his gaze to Officer Torin, who was in charge of the flagship's communications.

"Yes, Commander!"

Officer Torin replied with a crisp salute, swiftly moving to the communication station to relay the order via the mana communication crystal.

"Commander, orders have been relayed to all ships, but... I've received a strange report from one of our vessels. They say an unknown vessel is approaching from our rear."

Officer Torin reported with a tense tone, his expression betraying a hint of concern.

"WHAT?!"

Commander David exclaimed, his tone filled with surprise and concern.

THORKA EMPIRE FLAGSHIP- GRINSEEKER- MAIN DECK

"Haha! Captain, it worked! The Giggadon devils have begun to pull back."

Exclaimed one of the crew members, his voice laced with triumph.

"Of course they did."

Jakal responded inwardly, his mind racing through the implications.

"Trying to close in on my fleet with a defensive formation was a good strategy, but it was also foolish and desperate. Unable to withstand both the onslaught of our mages and cannons, they sought to engage us in close-quarters combat, where they would have the advantage. Yet, even if they managed to board our ships, they stand no chance of winning since ‘WE’ are here.”

Jakal's grin widened as he chuckled to himself, his mind buzzing with the thrill of victory. Then, unable to contain his amusement any longer, he burst into laughter, the sound echoing across the deck. A testament to his soaring confidence and the impending triumph of his fleet.

“GYA-HAHAHAHAHAHA!”

But Jakal's laughter was abruptly cut short as he witnessed two of his ships explode in an instant. The sound of destruction echoed through the air, jolting him from his amusement.

*WHOOSH*

*SLICE*

*BOOM*

"Just now... That was a sword projection.”

Jakal thought to himself, his gaze shifting quickly to the fleeing Giggadon ships. Then In the distance, he noticed an object he couldn't quite make out.

“What’s that?!!”

Jakal questions, then he looks to the sky. Seeing the setting sun, he takes off a silver ring on his finger. unleashing a surge of power that had been restrained.

“Now, let's see what or who you are.”

He muttered, his vision sharpening as he focused. he could see up to three hundred miles clearly.

He sees a man, in silver armor, that had three golden stripes. Standing confidently on a dingy boat. The man held a large sword in a poised position, with a large grin etched across his face.

“HUH?!! Who the fuck is that?!”

Jakal exclaimed, his expression filled with surprise and curiosity.
