“What’s with that getup?”

“The writer told me to wear a costume, apparently it's for this Halloween thing going on right now.”

“The hell’s that?”

“He said it’s a day where people dress up in costumes and go ask people for candy.”

“And… out of all the costumes you could have chosen, you chose a giant pumpkin.”

“It’s the easiest to put on, and apparently pumpkins are a big part of Halloween. And it’s cute, isn’t it?”

“Hell no, that looks way too stupid.”

“You’re the only one looking anyw-”

“No way! Get back in the changing room and try again!”

“B-”

“NO BUTS!”

“Fine….”

“Much better!”

“Well, at least you’re happy.”

“What’s wrong?”

“These fake teeth are kind of uncomfortable, and this cape makes it hard to move my arms.”

“But just think about how cool you look!”

“Depends on whether or not you think vampires are cool.”

“They’re super cool!”

“Pale monsters that feast on your blood at night are cool?”

“Yeah! Now all you need is some fake blood dripping from your mouth!”

“That sounds disgusting.”

“No no, it’ll look sick.”

“Yeah, I’ll look like I have some disease with me puking blood.”

“You don’t get it!”

“I don’t think I want to.”

“C’mooooon!” 

“No.” 

“Dang.” 

“So where’s my costume?”

“Huh?”

“Why do you get to be all cool and I’m still a sword.”

“What can you even dress up as?”

“A cooler sword…… Oh! You can stick me inside a rock and act like I’m one of those super legendary swords!”

“I…. don’t think we have the ability to put a hole inside a rock.”

“We can try, you know. You’re a vampire, aren’t you?”

“Yeah, I spend my time drinking blood. How’s that supposed to help?”

“Well….” 

“I’ll just paint your sheath.” 

“Fine…..”
