'And let's just leave Disease Mimicry aside and focus on Hasshoken(Eight-Impact Fist), Seimei Kikan & Fish-man Karate can be learned from different sources & Hasshoken(Eight-Impact Fist) & Fish-man Karate are easy to get in comparison of Seimei Kikan because to get those to two, I only need enough strength & then I can bargain with Happo Navy and Fishermen Island, but to get Seimei Kikan is easy but difficult at the same time because if I am before Luffy starts his journey then I can get it for CP9 members after defeating them but if I am after Luffy starts his journey then it will be extremely difficult to get it,' Leo thinks

After a few more minutes of thinking Leo  finally made the decision

"System, I want to select Observe, Electro, and Seimei Kikan skills," Leo said

In the end, Leo chooses Seimei Kikan because it will be extremely helpful in controlling his body strength which Leo desperately needs.
