The can rattled, its contents constantly collapsing into a different corner as she moves it around. Putting the can of ammunition on the ground along with the other neatly arranged items she found in the container, she quickly returns to rummaging through the large military Crate. The sound of reinforced plastic rubbing against each other could be heard as another weapon case was pulled out of the crate. Once outside. she starts unlocking the case that has the same latch as the others that came before it. Her hands moves awkwardly, constantly adjusting her grip to keep it leveled to avoid spilling its contents.

Cracking the case open, her efforts were once again proving to be a waste of energy when all she sees is a foam that has cavities for some unfamiliar rifle and its spare parts with nothing else inside. Her shoulder droops a bit as she has another one to add to the growing pile. While adding said case to its corresponding stack, the Glock 18 atop the workbench came into her field of view which reminded her about the skeleton on the couch who used to own it.

After she has fully secured the entire "Safe House" and checked the situation outside to see if anyone has decided to belatedly join the party. She returned to where the skeleton was to ID the body, which didn't take long at all as she was able to find their wallet with relatively ease thanks to their slim body that made the bulge on their pocket all the more obvious. And during that, she also found the machine pistol half hidden under the sofa. She only noticed it when she picked up the red blanket to cover the skeleton back up. As for the skeleton's identity, she has confirmed that he was the manager but not the owner.

She sat back down on the rim of the crate and stares at the supplies she has taken out for display, a little troubled at what she is supposed to do with all the supplies that she now has at her disposal. Not including the ones that are still in the crate, there are about 11 different weapon cases, 4 cans of mixed ammo, several IFAKs, 8 grenades with 2 of them being smoke grenades, and finally 17 expired MREs.

While she is set on throwing the MREs and IFAKs away as they have long since expired, she still has many others to worry about. She runs her gaze at the splayed out items on the floor and begins to think about her next course of action. At the moment, she could think of 2 options right now. The first is to pick what she could carry and leave the rest here, the second is to bring the entire crate along with her which would require a vehicle that could accommodate to both its weight and bulk.

Much less a trolley, she doesn't have anything that could help her haul this package. Fortunately, she is currently inside a dealership where there are a lot of vehicles that are left in pristine condition. While she haven't explored the entirety of the compound and see what this store has to offer, she knows that she could find something that would fit her needs.

She scoffs, suddenly finding her situation to be quite ridiculous. Usually in a survival situation, one does not have the luxury to be picky and would take whatever items they could find. And here she is now, finding a large amount of supplies to the point that she is having trouble as to what to do with it. She lets out a wry smile and continues to think for other solutions before eventually coming to the conclusion to just simply do a bit of both today and deal with the rest tomorrow.

She fetches her cane that she left leaning on the wall nearby and hops to her feet. After steadying herself with the help of her cane, she walks to the weapon rack where most of the missing contents of the cases are stored, ready for whenever the need arises.

Swinging the cabinet doors wide open produced a light gust of wind, sending the dust clinging to the glass flying into the air. While wearing the gas mask to prevent inhaling the dust, she stares at the weapons on display. The sight of multiple firearms mounted in a neatly arranged and categorized manner was satisfying to look at and it's making her wish that she could stay here to admire it. But she isn't here to be admiring guns all day long, she still has to reunite with someone after all.

The Doll lightly scolds herself from getting distracted and returns to inspecting the firearms. She does a quick count on the different types of firearms.

'3- no, 4 Pistols, 2 SMGs, 2 Sniper Rifles, 4 Assault Rifles. Huh. Interesting. They have all 4 rifles modified to every configuration possible. Might check those out later.'

She skips the assault rifles and grabs one of the sniper rifles off the rack and begins her quick inspection. With just a single glance, one could already see the name of its maker along with their standard trademark logo of a phoenix-like bird spreading its wings with a cursive letter "R" on its body. She looks around the gun for any markings to give an indication of what type of caliber is takes. She keeps looking around until she finds it in a semi obscured spot. The spot it was placed on was on the barrel itself. The handguard made it difficult to find. While a little annoyed at the location of its caliber marking, she is pleased to know that the .300 WinMag she has at hand could be used immediately and carries on her inspection.

"Ruger Precision Rifle. Very original."

She mutters the rifle's designated name written on the left side of the its upper receiver. Her words at the end paired with the bland tone was leaking her thoughts about the naming of the rifle. While a little disappointed at the lack of creativity from Ruger, she opens the bolt to check the condition of the bolt face. Seeing that it was in perfectly good condition she looks around the cabinet, perusing through the multiple types of magazines until she finds what thinks are the issued magazines for the rifle.

She notices some markings on the left side near the magazines feed lips and found the same designated caliber written on it. To make sure that she has the right one, she fetches a cartridge from her waist pouch and loads it into the magazine which she then inserts into the rifle. The magazine went in with no issue, so she lifts and pulls back on the bolt, the bullet pops up into position once the bolt was pulled back far enough. While watching the cartridge as she slowly pushes it into the chamber, she notes that the bolt stroke felt nice and smooth. The bolt closes without a fuss, giving her one last reassurance that she has the right caliber.

With the rifle cocked and loaded, she flips the safety selector switch to the "SAFE" position to prevent a misfire before returning the sniper rifle back on the rack for the time being and moves onto the second rifle.

The second rifle looks to be a modified AR10 rifle based on its appearance alone. She picks up and starts fiddling with the weapon, trying to understand the mechanics whilst also finding more information about the rifle itself.

The safety selector switch only has "SAFE" and "FIRE" written on it which tells her that it's either a fully automatic assault rifle or just a simple semi-automatic. She couldn't see any markings aside from the SR-25 and .308 Win on the right side of the magazine well while the words "STONER RIFLE" together with some serial numbers and a knight's helmet along with various weapons inside the shield background could be found on the left side. The logo looks familiar to her but she couldn't remember the name of the company.

The .308 caliber and there being only 2 option in the safety should be a clear indication that it's in a SPR(Semi-automatic Precision Rifle) configuration. But with this being a stranger's weapon, she couldn't be so sure about that. The last time she did almost caused an accident.

In order to verify which, she flips the switch to the "FIRE" position and pulls the charging handle, which is located on the top rear of the upper receiver, back like an AR-15. With the rifle cocked and ready, she pulls on the trigger.

CLICK!

The rifle released a very audible sound of its hammer hitting the firing pin. She hums, impressed by the very crisp trigger pull. While still holding the trigger down, she pulls on the charging handle again and lets it snap back. The bolt simply returns into battery with nothing else happening, betraying her expectations of it firing again. She then focuses on her finger and slowly releases the pressure holding it down. She could feel it slowly creeping forth up until a certain point where she could feel it reset. She releases and pulls the trigger, once again dry firing the gun.

The girl flips the switch back to the "SAFE" position and returns it to the rack, listing it as a possible candidate while moving on to the next category. There are currently 3 Pistols hanging on the rack, the fourth being the Glock 18. Except for a certain revolver, the other two didn't interest her as much since they are nothing to write home about.

She takes the massive revolver out of its hook and could immediately felt the weight of it in her hands. Just simply holding it was enough to give her an idea of this thing could do. Opening the cylinder reveals the 5 holes for its similarly large cartridges to nestle into. From what the markings are telling her, it seems to take S&W .500 Magnum rounds.

She suddenly chuckles a little at the thought of using this to blast the little robot dogs she saw during the raid, the image of them flying high into the high heavens would be hilarious to witness to say the least. She lightly shakes her head to banish the comedic thought and returns to fiddling with the gun. Aiming at the imaginary target with one hand felt comfortable as the curved grip has some similarities to the grip on her current sniper rifle, giving her a sense of familiarity with its handling. The rubber grip is also nice and soft, providing the user a nice amount of purchase and comfort. But she returns it, having decided to use the Glock 18.

While the incredible firepower provided by the powerful .50 caliber magnum round sounds appealing. The inherent downside of having fewer shots in exchange for the increased lethality isn't worth it as the guns she has been using previously could already provide that in far greater ranges. Besides, the Glock 18 has the added benefit of being a machine pistol. So if she ever come across something that she couldn't dispose of with relatively few shots, she just simply has to flip the switch and dump the entire magazine into the target.

Moving on. The next pair of weapons are something she is familiar with but never had any experience in handling the latter. The first one is the old classic MP5, while the second is the UMP. She picks up the MP5 first and proceeds with the usual inspection. Pulling back on the bolt to see if there are any cartridges in the chamber, looking at the condition of the bolt face, before finally reading the marking on the side of the magazine well. A standard MP5 chambered in 9x19 Parabellum with a fixed stock and a picatinny rail for mounting optics. Besides the nonfunctioning red dot sigh attached to the gun, there isn't much to talk about.

Next in line is the UMP, a gun she is personally excited about. She holds it in her hands and notes that it's a little heavier than the MP5, most likely caused by the mounted accessories on the weapon. She first unfolds the stock, the latch producing a satisfying snap as it locks the buttstock in place. Shouldering the weapon into a low-ready position felt comfortable due to its similarities with the MP5's ergonomics and the vertical foregrip. The Eotech holographic sight is currently nothing but a protected piece of glass, but once she puts some batteries on the bad boy this would be a solid sight. If it's still working, that is.

The flashlight mounted on the side looks to be in relatively good condition aside from the wear on the edges, an indication that it has been used extensively before it was attached to the gun. The same goes for the suppressor, albeit in a little more rougher condition as scratches and peeling paint could be seen throughout the entire tube. She presses on the pressure pad, located at the very end of the underside picatinny rail, to see if the batteries still has some life in them.

The torch flared to life, brightly lighting up a circular spot on the floor. It was so bright that it made her wonder if this was a miniature floodlight or just some tactical blinding tool. She quickly lifts her finger off the pad after confirming it's still working as it's bright enough to make her feel as if she was looking at the afternoon sun.

She then tries to find more information about the gun, but found it to be very minimal when it comes to receiver markings. The only thing she could find, aside from the metal insert for its serial number, are the standard manufacturer's markings on the left side of the upper receiver, the caliber .40 S&W marking on the bolt, and finally a warning to refer to the users manual.

For the safety selector switch, its ambidextrous and has four settings. First is the white crossed out bullet mark which is safe, next is the red with a single bullet for semi-auto, 2 red bullets is for the 2 round burst, and lastly the red 4 bullets for the full-automatic option if the need ever arise.

She pulls back the charging handle and pushes it in a small notch, leaving the bolt in retracted position. She sets the gun aside and turns to the small compartments containing a multitude of both drum and box magazines. Her eyes starts darting around, searching for the corresponding magazine. The girl quickly found what she was looking for due to the rather organized system, similar to how the guns in the weapon rack are categorized. She sent her praises to whoever did the organizing in her mind, happy that she didn't have to waste her time looking for just one specific thing.

Taking a look at the markings on the magazines to see if it matches the caliber markings on the bolt, a subconscious action she always makes in order to not repeat a mistake she once did in the past. After confirming it did match, she stores the magazine inside her waist pouch in a way that left the buttplate sticking out. She has done this to help remind her that she needs to come back for this.

The Doll turns to the last category of weapons, a collection that she specifically saved for last. With a gleeful smile, she grabs what she thinks is the most interesting rifle of the bunch. What she pulls out first is a bullpup rifle, a system where the action is behind the trigger assembly in order to both shorten the overall length of the rifle without sacrificing the length of the barrel and to utilize the otherwise wasted space at the back.

Taking the heavily tricked out rifle into her hands, she could feel its balance has been shifted more to the front. Usually, bullpup rifles tends to have more weight in the rear due to the action being moved to the back. In contrast, a regular rifle is more heavy at the front, which would be more pronounced once accessories and attachments have been added to the rifle. Meanwhile this rifle has a perfectly equal weight distribution throughout the entire body. In other words, the center of gravity of the rifle is at the center where the trigger is located.

She shoulders the weapon just to get a feel for the weapon. And the first thing she noticed is the overall weight of the rifle. For her who is a T-Doll, the weight of the weapon is not something she pays that much attention to due to her incredible strength inherent to a Doll. But she couldn't help but still be a little surprised at how the rifle was not as heavy as she imagined it to be considering the massive suppressor attached to the rifle. It's width alone is comparable to the handguard itself.

Holding onto the flat vertical foregrip with her left hand to fully support the rifle, she balances on her one leg and stiffens her joints and artificial muscles to further stabilize herself. With the buttstock firmly pressed against her shoulder, she starts aiming at imaginary targets. The Doll swings the rifle left, right, and center. Her body moved in a slightly awkward way that carried its momentum due to her one legged status, but her muzzle was kept under her full control, snapping into her imaginary targets with precision.

A while later, she lowers the rifle and lets out a sigh. A satisfied look could be seen on her face as she stares at the rifle, thinking that this is going to have a solid place in her inventory with how pleased she is with its handling. She looks at the markings on the black rifle and, ignoring the logo that could be seen throughout the entire gun and the place where it was made, saw that it was made by a company called "Desert Tech" while the rifle is called the "MDRX".

Interestingly, the handguard has a marking of a different company and some interesting features inside the handguard itself. The markings near the front end of the handguard is read as "BLK-LBL". Meanwhile, there is some lips for something fluted which caught her attention. She has an idea for what this handguard might actually be, so she pushes the lips out and a stick flips out. Doing the same on the other side immediately confirms her suspicions as she now has bipod legs sticking out of the gun.

It seems that she has something to play around with for later. While thinking that, she lowers it back to its original place in the rack and moves on to the next rifle.

The next rifle is an interesting one, to say the least. It has the ergonomic features commonly found on AR-15's while the magazine that's still in the rifle is curved in a way similar to the AK-47. Curiously, this is the only firearm in the entire rack that has a magazine still inserted into the gun. She picks it up and immediately felt the weight was heavier than usual. Removing the magazine gave her the answer as the dull sheen of the steel casings poorly reflects the light coming from above.

She doesn't know if the previous user simply forgot to unload the rifle or purposely left it that way to have it ready at a moment's notice. Either way, she isn't expecting anything that would warrant the need of a fully loaded rifle lying about so she keeps the magazine out but leaves one bullet in the chamber. As a precaution, she keeps the rifle on safe before putting it back on the rack since there isn't much to say about the rifle, aside from it being an SBR(Short Barrel Rifle) and chambered in 7.62x39.

The third rifle is a standard civilian style AR-15, but modified to what seems to be the lightest rifle it could be. The AR has a polymer lower receiver melded together with the pistol grip and buttstock, creating a single piece that's both light yet very durable. As a side note, the magazine well has a natural flare to it, decreasing the chances of the user missing to insert their magazine in high stress environments. For the handguard, it seems they went with an aluminum handguard to both keep it slim enough to fit the aesthetics and strong enough to resist bending.

And lastly the very few accessories attached to the rifle. First is the Holosun HS503G red dot sight. It's an optic she very familiar with since she has one on her backup rifle. Second is the small handstop screwed under the rifle to prevent the hand from sliding around. It's something that she isn't that familiar with so she can't comment on it too much. And it's small enough that there isn't any markings on the piece, so she has no idea who made this but if asked about her current impression on the little guy. The only thing she could tell right now that it's small enough that it's less likely to snag on something and big enough to stop the fingers from moving.

She slowly hums, a little troubled at what she thinks about the rifle aside from being the lightest AR she has ever held in her entire life. For the time being, she puts it back and turns to the last rifle on offer.

The last one is interesting because it has some features one would never see on the early 21st century rifles. That being the wooden furniture fitted into the gun. Combined with the gray paint that's scraped off on some parts and the complete lack of attachment points for accessories like picatinny rails or M-lock rail slot tells her that it was made somewhere in the middle of the 20th century.

Although it looks exactly like an AKM in appearance, it has a carry handle behind the wooden handguard, a longer and heavier barrel, reinforced receiver, and finally a integrated bipod. All of these features are something commonly found on LMG(Light Machine Gun)s or squad automatic weapons, and with this much similarities pretty much eludes to this weapon being a LMG instead of the standard infantry rifle. The only difference it has compared to a regular LMG is that it feeds from a magazine and not from a belt.

She then remembers about the M27 IAR back at her house. That weapon also has the role of, besides being a DMR(Designated Marksman's rifle) for the standard infantry, a LMG thanks to its heavy barrel.

She lifts the rifle up and down by the carry handle with only one hand, trying to get a feel for its weight. Right now unloaded, her guess is about 4.5 or 5 kilograms. Her gaze went back to the compartments of drum magazines immediately concluded that the tall stacks were for this gun alone. She does a quick count of the drum magazines. There are about 14 drums in total. It was totally overkill.

While shaking her head in exasperation, she returns the LMG back to its original place and switched her sniper rifle for the Ruger Precision Rifle. The reason for that is simple. She wants to be able to reload with a fresh magazine. With her current rifle, if she wants to reload, she has to take out the magazine out of the rifle and insert a cartridge one at a time into the magazine before putting it back in. A slow and tedious process. A process no one would ever do while in the midst of combat.

She grabs the corresponding magazines for the rifle and loads it with the ones she has on her. While she is aware that she could use the supplies she just got from here, she doesn't have the specifications of its performance, powder load, manufacturer, and bullet weight. If one doesn't know about the difference between those things, the point of impact will be different for each manufacturer.

For example, if one were to buy the same caliber and bullet weight from two different manufacturers whom each has their own recipes on how to make the same bullet. It would still be different since one could have more powder charge than the other, thus sending the bullet a few feet farther than its competitor. And for a sniper rifle that puts emphasis on delivering the most precise shots at a thousand or so meters, this smallest variation could make the difference between a hit and a miss.

Thankfully, the two rifles have the same barrel length so she doesn't have to worry about changing the zero on her scope after attaching it to this rifle. But just to be sure, she is considering on shooting it once to confirm if the zero shifted.

After filling up the 5 magazines including the one already in the rifle, she then switched out the scope already on the rifle in favor for the one she has been using until now. While she knows that many would consider this as a bad idea, she has a few good reasons to do so. At least, that's what she thinks.

First is her environment. Where she is currently at right now is an urban area. A place where she is most likely to engage targets at closer ranges of about 150 meters at the lowest and 500-600 meters at the farthest. The 5-25x55 power scope currently on the RPR(Ruger Precision Rifle) is unsuitable for engaging at closer ranges while the 3.5-18x44 power scope could acquire a sight picture of the target without taking too much time and with relative ease.

Turning the knob one last time to firmly secure it to the picatinny rail, she finishes her preparation by taking a grenade with her before heading out to fulfil her final goal. And that's her future ride.

In all honesty, she's very excited as to what this dealership has to offer. But she quickly tames her growing excitement before it gets out of hand and joins the robot dog whose standing guard outside.

She started with the second floor first since she is already there. Starting from the last row where the most the high end sport bikes are located, she examines the row of bikes, taking note of each of their features, advantages over the other model, and their downsides.

The sport bikes naturally has excellent speed and performance, they're somewhat bulkier and heavier when compared to bikes with slimmer frames but they're slim enough to slip through most roadblocks unlike a car which has a wider frame. However, the small or lack thereof storage compartments is a huge glaring issue for her who is going to be travelling. She is going to need a storage compartment to be able to contain some of her luggage and a space to tie down the rest.

While thinking that, she got to the lower end section where most of the cheap mass produced bikes are gathered. With mass produced models, performance vary from each model and manufacturer. Some of them have larger storage, while the others have smaller compartments but could take a few more passengers. She could already see some that fits her needs but they frankly look ugly or plain. She would preferably take the plain one if she were to choose between the two but she doesn't want to choose prematurely.

A while later, she reaches the end where small scooters are parked which she skips over and heads for the 3rd floor using the lift. As she watches the fence gate slowly close, she couldn't help but wonder about what she would find in there. Because if the 1st floor were for the cars and the 2nd was the bikes, she could only guess for the third to either be trucks or other SUVs. Or it could just simply be a bit of both.

As she ascents up to the third floor, she notices the light levels was rapidly decreasing. She looks up to see that the lights on the 3rd floor was off. She quickly orders the AI to turn on all the lights.

The lights above her instantly flared to life at her command, just in time for her to see the vehicles unveiled from the darkness. Her gaze followed the rolling lights until the end and what she saw wasn't something she was expecting to see. What she was looking at wasn't the rows of cargo trucks or the family large vans. No. What she is looking at right now something else entirely.

She hurriedly hobbled over, her eye completely locked on to the mythical being. The other vehicles didn't even enter sight as she is completely taken in by the rare example in front of her. The automaton who's existence have been completely forgotten was trailing behind her and checks the surrounding area for any threat.

As she got closer to it, she notices there are also a few more of its kind beside it which only furthers her excitement. By the time she got to the end of the parking lot she was already smiling from ear to ear. Honestly, who wouldn't? What she has in front of her is what many would call the "Hippogriff" of the automotive industry. Even those who are remotely in social media would at least come across a commercial or advertisement showcasing this unique vehicle several times. If not, you would find them on billboards and posters plastered everywhere. At least on her time before she got upgraded.

The so called "Hippogriff" in front of her is an amalgamation of multiple designs choices from both the car and motorcycle industry. While it is technically a tricycle since it has 3 wheels, the way its being advertised suggest otherwise.

Starting from the front. It has two motorcycle wheels at the front, each have its own suspension system and self regulating stabilizers that automatically straightens the vehicle into an upright position while still allowing the vehicle to tilt like a regular motorbike. And, although similar to the Yamaha Niken in design and function. It has far better traction control for slippery roads and advanced impact mitigation system for when the vehicle collides with something from the front.

Next is the body. In one of the commercials, it was mentioned that it took great inspiration from a late 20th century animation that features the Akira in all of its full glory. The Akira motorcycle's basic design is that, instead of a standard motorcycle seat where one simply slaps a leather cushion atop the engine, it has a car seat fixed into the frame with most of the engine moved to the back and the electronics into the front.

In addition, as this is the camping variant, it naturally has a enhanced solar panel integrated roof and isolated interior to protect the rider from any weather, unlike its normal counterpart where its just given a windshield and left the rider exposed to the elements. This both improves the aerodynamics of its already slick design and user survivability with the built in roll cage.

While on the topic of interior, the inside is a combination of minimalistic yet complicated looking designs thanks to the features it has inherited from a sports car. The motorcycles handle bars are still there but in a rather unique shape with multiple buttons placed on the center for more precise controls like the ones found in a F1 car. But in her opinion, the handles feels more like a car's steering wheel rather than a bikes with how it is shaped and the way it's flat side is facing her.

It also has a digital speed-o-meter and battery life counter highlighted in red for better visibility just behind it. Right beside it is a screen with several buttons on the outside frame to switch the modes of the miniature computer. The GPS was also integrated here to reduce the amount of screens needed.

For the controls, there is a simple adjustable pedal for acceleration at the right foot rest, while there are two trigger like protrusions behind the handle bars for the brakes.

As for storage, this one has a 120cm long, 1 meter tall, and 75cm wide box like trunk. The space on offer should be more than enough to accommodate the user's luggage with room to spare. The compartments main access point are through the back but there is a small glass window just behind the headrest of the seat, theoretically allowing access to the storage compartment without the need for them to go out and brave the storm. The circular window is about 25cm wide, just wide enough for most items to pass through but bigger items will have to be taken out from the back.

And lastly, the rear wheel. Located just below the trunk, instead of the regular slim tires for motorcycles, what's installed for the rear wheel was a car tire. This was a deliberate decision made by the designers as this does a few things. First is that it provides better traction with the added surface area in contact with the ground. Next is the flat surface of the tire would naturally want to keep the vehicle in a upright position. And lastly, is the greater flexibility when it comes to tire options.

She stretched her hand out and wipes the dust away with her hand. The thick dust coating the thick glass was easily swept away, some clings to her hand until it builds up to a small clump and fall off.

While her hand was sullied by the passage of time, she's rewarded by the sight of the heavenly sky. The dark violet paint was not equally spread in a mechanical manner as there are some spots that's darker than others to the point of it going black. But the way the specks of silver glittering with such an imperfect dark background gives the illusion that she is gazing into the night sky.

For a while, she stares at the hybrid in fascination until her excitement fades to the point she could compose herself. She continues wiping the dust off the glass until she could see her reflection.

She stares at the glass and could see the illusion of her important person fixing her hair during the mornings. As she smiles fondly at the memory, she once again reaffirms her wish of wanting to go that person's side.

She savors the memory for a moment before turning to find the keys for the vehicle.

One Hour  Later...

"WOOHOO!!!"

A howl of excitement echoed throughout the empty streets. The source sped past the rusting remains of a car ridden with bullet holes.

While enjoying the scenery of the townscape dyed by the setting sun flying past her. She couldn't help but feel a little melancholic at the thought of her leaving this place soon. After all, this town has provided her with everything that she could ever need for the road ahead. So much so that even she thinks that it was to the point of being comparable to a treasure throve of goods. You could basically find anything everywhere. You just have to search for it.

She reduces her speed when she notices the direction on the GPS and turned a corner whilst shifting her weight on one side. The whole vehicle tilts to the right, allowing her to take the corner in relatively high speeds despite its size.

Once again, the feeling of elation returns. The feeling quickly dies down though as the way back home is a straight shot from here. This gives some leeway to enjoy the scenery. She takes in the passing view of the buildings dyed in a madder color. The sight calms her. Partly due to the peaceful silence achieved by the complete lack of human presence, and partly because of the magical moment created by the light of the setting sun.

With her having nothing to do but watch out for any obstacles in the road, her mind gradually begin to wander. She thinks back to when she first woke up. After finding herself in a abandoned house, she immediately got a rifle. And on the very same day, she got into firefight with a human and got more guns. The whole thing was both mystifying and ridiculous at the same time. But nevertheless she is still thankful about the whole encounter since it really helped her a lot.

The only thing she has to do now is to simply return to her side. She might take some time getting there, but she will do it. Because the only place she belongs to is there.

"Soon..."

A word leaked out of her lips, reaching the ears of no one but her alone as she looks at the expansive sky growing in a madder color.

Some Days later in a Factory at some Unknown Location...

HOOOOOONNNK!!!

The bellowing sound of a horn echoed from deep within the dark tunnels. Those who looked towards the noise could see nothing but a single source of light shining brightly in the darkness. The people, no, T-Dolls moved in a orderly manner and lined up to their designated spots as the waited for something to come. The light inside the tunnel was getting closer and closer, along with it is another bellowing sound of a horn that's much louder than the last. The sound echoed like a roar of powerful beast, an intense warning that tells any being to not stand in it way. The impression was amplified by rumbling of the earth.

A few seconds later, something suddenly starts producing a screeching noise of grinding metal before the source came out of the dark tunnel. What came out can only described as a behemoth. Just by looking at the lines of Dolls beside the beast that one would get a sense of how truly massive it is, as the Dolls were dwarfed many times over.

The behemoth was clad with a skin of steel and stood several stories tall and a couple meters wide. Its presence alone was enough to intimidate anyone who sees it. Despite that, the Dolls boarded the freight train without an ounce of fear once it has fully halted and starts unlocking the clasps securing the cargo.

While watching the troops help unload the cargo off the train, a woman looks down at them from her office window until she got an alert from the system. Her eyes that was once on the work below now turned to look at the empty space, as if looking at something that only her eyes can see. The reflection showing their golden eyes was completely ignored, their attention was taken by the following words.

[Weak Distress Signal has been Detected... Source Unknown...]

Reading that, her eyes narrowed. At the same time, her interest was piqued as she is deep within their territory. Although she remains unmoving, she continued to send out commands while organizing something at the same time.

[Tracking... Source Located... Ross Police Department...]

She stops for a second before continuing. Her little interest quickly turning into curiosity.

[Decoding Distress Signal... Ross Police Department is under attack... Showing footage...]

A screen suddenly appeared in the woman vision, floating in the air like an illusion. She was unperturbed by it and simply watched the video that started playing.

The screen shows an elevated view of a wide parking lot where rows of police cars were left outside to simply rot. But a few seconds later the camera view shift towards the entrance of the parking lot. Standing there was a person with a missing leg. The view zooms in to get a better view of the person and she could already see that the person was a girl with silver hair.

But as the camera zooms in on her, she was suddenly marked with a red triangle. This was an indication that she was armed. Perhaps noticing this, the girl aimed her gun at the security camera before the feed was cut off.

The woman silently stared at the black screen in contemplation, taking in what she just saw before sending out her orders. Several seconds later, some of the units on standby broke off to join a new group. They silently moved into a formation whilst waiting for the others to join them.

Once formed, they immediately made their way to a single Dropship that was already ready to deploy and left.

The Woman just watched them until they were far enough and returns to watching the troops transport the containers to their designated warehouses.

Hey ho~!
So what do you guys think of the guns showcased on this chapter~? I have actually been struggling which of my favorite am i going to show since there are a lot of things that i like~ But with so many guns on this stash i felt like it would be a little overwhelming or excessive to name every single weapon so i left some of them unnamed/unspecified~ the ones i did though will have some time to shine in the future as there is much fun to be had when the time comes~

As for the vehicle~ This concept has been on my mind for some time now and it's making me want to actually draw it but i currently don't have the time since i kind of shot myself in the foot by working on 3 different novels at the same time~ coupled with my busy schedule i am somewhat struggling to make some progress on this~ but no worries~ i shall work harder for you guys~!
But back to the motorcycle~ I thought of this because i came across the motorcycle with 2 wheels on the front while i was out shopping and think that the concept of having 2 wheels to give better stability was just so cool and interesting~ and while i was playing with the idea a bit more~ i came across the Akira motorcycle while searching around online~ it was just so awesome so i incorporated it to the design i have in my head and continued to develop it until what i have shown in this chapter~! What do you guys think of it~? i am going to post a sketch of it when i have the time in the future~

About the Ruger Precision Rifle's oddly specific handling~ i know about it because i found a users manual of the rifle courtesy of Ruger themselves~ it's really handy when you want to showcase the features of a firearm~ The only thing that is different here is the "R"~ The current "R" on the rifle is in a standard font and not cursive~ I only did it because companies tends to change something about their logo overtime~

For those who are not familiar with scopes~ the 5-25x54mm just means It's a 5x magnification scope at the lowest and could zoom up to 25x times at the highest~ and as a side note 5x magnification on a 100 meter target is a bit too much~ you would be zoom in enough that you would struggle to find your target with the slightest nudge~

Lastly~ Sorry for taking a long time for releasing this guys~! i just went back to my old habit of taking a long time to write a long chapter~ but i hope the length of the chapter made up for the duration that there wasn't any update~
