Hello. Drakan here, the author. This is the end of volume 1, i wanted it to be yesterday but i was admittedly distracted with yakuza 0. Volume 2 will be launched soon, but i may take a break for a couple days because i've been very busy with life lately.
Also, I want to launch a subscription service account, probably with subscribestar. There i will release side stories featuring certain characters or events that happen behind the scenes, along with maybe some expanded lore. Also, once theyre finished, monster illustrations will also be on the subscribestar channel, or however that works. I'll look into it. Eventually I want to commission characters too but thatll be when i have money, haha.
Thats all the really necessary information... Next volume will take place in Mou District 13, Gravel district 13's sister, which was mentioned way back. I hope everyone keeps enjoying my story and reading it, thank you to all the active readers still keeping interest in my story. See you in Volume 2, name to be decided
Why end the Volume on a cliffhanger. I get ending chapters on a cliffhanger because then you want to read the next chapter but a Volume is mean.
Same thing happens with manga and anime though. It was a good place to close things off, since the story moves into the next arc
