As the title implied, this is the chapter where I will explain how the [System] works. Sorry for the confusion for those who don't understand how it works.

—————————————————————————

---[Level Cap]---

What is [Level Cap]? The simple answer is the maximum attainable [Level] of the User, but it works somewhat differently in this story.

It works more like a Rank only for the User...

—————————————————————————

[Level 1 - 10] are in the same rank. Can a [Level 7] beat a [Level 10]? The answer is yes.

[Level Cap] for the [System] is...

[Level 1 - 10] = Need one SS-Grade to ascend to Level 11

[Level 11 - 20] = Need one SS-Grade to ascend to Level 21

[Level 21 - 40] = Need two SS-Grade to ascend to level 41

[Level 41 - 80] = Need one SSS-Grade and one SS-Grade to ascend to level 81

[Level 81 - 160] = Need two SSS-Grade and one S-Grade to ascend to level 161

[Level 161 - 320] = Need one EX-Grade and two S-Grade to ascend to level 321

[Level 321 - 600] = Highest level is 600

The stats except for [Luck] will be reduced by 5-Grades after the User ascended from the [Level Cap]. It doesn't make the character weaker; but for example, the SS-Grade for [Level 1-10] is the peak for that [Level Cap], but it doesn't mean the SS-Grade of [Level 1-10] is the peak for [Level 11-20].

—————————————————————————

The Highest [Level] in this is [Level 600]. But what are other characters [Level]?

---[Common Characters]---

East Blue = [Level 5 - 8]

South Blue = [Level 6 - 9]

West Blue = [Level 10 - 14]

North Blue = [Level 8 - 17]

Grand Line = [Level 9 - 20]

New World = [Level 30 - 60]

The No-name characters in One Piece aren't worth attention, but it is what it is.

—————————————————————————

---[Straw Hats Pirate]---

East Blue Saga = [Level 5 - 20]

Alabasta Saga = [Level 12 - 69]

Enies Lobbies Saga= [Level 46 - 104]

Post - Timeskip = [Level 85 - 270]

Post - Wano Arc = [Level 96 - 504]

How do you determine the character's [Level] for the [Straw Hats]? Easy weakest Usopp, Strongest Lucy. Zoro is slightly behind Lucy with a [5 - 10 Level] difference. Sanji and Jinbei are [10 - 20 Levels] behind Lucy. Nami is [3 - 10 Level] while Chopper is [7 - 10 Level] ahead of Usopp. Robin, Brook, and Franky are in the middle of the list.

—————————————————————————

---[Criminal Class]---

Should I really do something like this? Telling the [Level] of criminal? Oh well, let's move on. Considering the Shichibukai System has already got demolished, I included them in this list.

The Baroque Works = [Level 17 - 74]

The Seven Warlords = [Level 40 - Level 450]

The Yonko Crews = [Level 80 - 340]

The Four Emperor = [Level 20 - 550+]

Those who read Manga know who is the [Level 40] Yonko.

—————————————————————————

---[World Government]---

Hmmmmm....This is harder than the criminal one because we don't see much about the Navy, but here is my speculation for the [Average Level] for Marines in Grand Line. This doesn't count for Garp, Koby, Smoker, etc.

The Ensign = [Level 4 - 7]

Lieutenant Junior Grade = [Level 5 - 8]

The Lieutenant = [Level 6 - 8]

The Lieutenant Commander = [Level 6 - 10]

The Commander = [Level 7 - 10]

The Captain = [Level 7 - 20]

The Commodore = [Level 12 - 30]

The Rear Admirals = [Level 30 - 80]

The Vice Admirals = [Level 40 - 100]

The Three Admirals = [Level 500 - 520]

The Fleet Admiral = [Level 520] (Akainu)

The story [System] mentions that the Admirals are around [Level 300 - 500], but in reality, Admirals are considered equal. Akainu is probably slightly stronger than the others.

—————————————————————————

---[Grade System]---

How does the Grade work? The lowest Grade is [J-Grade], and the highest is [EX-Grade][EX-Grade] only was needed once you reached the [Level 161 - 320] cap.

[EX-Grade]

[SSS-Grade]

[SS-Grade]

[S-Grade]

[A-Grade]

[B-Grade]

[C-Grade]

[D-Grade]

[E-Grade]

[F-Grade]

[G-Grade]

[H-Grade]

[I-Grade]

[J-Grade]

Just like some of [System] Novel, the [Grade] determines the [Stats] of the main protagonist. The [Grade System] was actually inspired by [Danmachi].

—————————————————————————

I know some of you are still confused about this, but this is how the [System] works in my brain. Gacha Order is easy to explain because it is just a Gacha with a bunch of multiverse weapons and characters.

Will there be a Character or Weapon rate up? Like during a Special Event? The answer is yes, but it only will start once Luke and his crew enter the Grand Line.
