Ghira and his group stayed in town for another two days after his conversation with alex but everyone noticed he was far less business like during this time. only ghira , his wife cali and alex knew why this was at this time. ghira's whole group were stunned speechless when they learned that the sniper alex used was only a part of his much more ferocious weapon. ghira was already of the opinion that alex would grow into a grand figure but only at this point did he realized how badly he had underestimated alex.

Ghira saw how comfortable alex was using a weapon nearly four times heavier than him , which wasn't that odd for fully developed hunters such as himself. but as ghira had learned alex had only  just turned eight. this meant that by the time alex reached the age of sixteen in which he could enroll in a hunter school he would likely be stronger than almost any professional hunter by a wide margin. ghira could practically see a grown alex smacking around titan class grim with a bored expression and shivered at the image he got in his head  and hoped alex stayed as honest and kind as he was now.

Before ghira left the town alex purchased an external turret blueprint for the rover and modified the land rover so the group would be safe from grim on the way back. this time it was the ride along mechanics turn to be impressed with alex since he had solved a problem that had been bothering the vehicle makers for a while. most rover couldn't use turrets since the rough terrain usually broke them but alex found a small gap at the back of the rovers armor plating that snuggly fit the turret until it saw use.

Once ghira safely left alex could finally acknowledge the notifications that had popped up in his vision from the system. (feats unlocked *influencer* *leader* *visionary* reward:20000 solar points!) alex practically felt his jaw hit the floor at the sudden surge of solar points from unlocking these things called feats. alex took a moment to calm himself down before looking at the description of the new feat tab. according to the system feats were awarded for doing something impressive such as killing so and so amount of something for some of the easier feats to unlock.

Each feat unlocked gave a reward of some kind beyond the points given such as items or even semblance tickets if the feat was grand enough. alex looked at the requirements to unlock the three feats he had unlocked and felt like slamming his head into a wall. Influencer required him to influence the development of a race or country even a little. leader require him to do the same but on a larger scale. visionary though was the one that filled him with dread as it required him to alter the fate of the entire race greatly.

Alex knew how he had unlocked these feats but he really wanted to strangle his past self for not seeing the impact his ideas would have. he knew they would help the faunus race greatly but didn't realize that it was a race wide fate changing sort of help. alex basically allowed the faunus race to skip all of the hardship towards their goal of equality including the possible race fueled wars or even terrorist acts needed normally. the only thing his ideas couldn't change was the already racist people currently alive but over time those would become the minority thanks to the changes his ideas brought.

The non point rewards for those three much harder feats were certainly generous a the first two gave him a roulette ticket each while the second one also gave him a ring that could store energy on its own passively for a one time use super attack. the final feat though gave him two roulette tickets as well as a special drug that tripled the strength in his body with no side effects. unfortunately the drug did have a limit as it could only bring him to the five ton strength mark at most.

Alex of course equipped the ring which was a plain silver band with no added features before storing the strength drug away for when he feels his strength growth slow down. the four roulette tickets were used immediately with interesting results. the results were (greater healing) (ice control) (air control) and (poison skin) which alex discarded immediately since it was more detrimental than helpful. four spins and three of them were great things even if one of them was kinda situational at the moment. once alex was done with those four tickets he checked his status and smiled at how far he has come since getting the system.
