The next morning Kazuma, Yuuji and Amilia went to the place where the duel should happen where they met Lumi again 

"So you didn't back down, Kamahara Kazuma"-said Lumi with a stern face 

"Backing down would only bring shame to my clan"-replied Kazuma 

"oho ? You think about your clan here, but when i'm done with you the name of the Kamahara clan will be in the mud"-said Lumi pulling out her sword 

"I'd like to see you try then"-said Kazuma who looked as if he's starting to get provoked 

"Hey Kazuma. She's provoking you she wants you to be distracted don't let her get that"-Whispered Yuuji into Kazuma's ear 

"*The rules are simple. Any use of magic whether it's healing or support is prohibited. You may use magic crystals abilities as long as they don't have any healing or support usages. The fight may start when both of the contestants say they're ready*"

"I'm ready"-shouted both of Lumi and Kazuma 

"*may the fighting begin*"

The fight started and from the first minute if was clear that Lumi, The platinum adventurer and a royal guard at that, was not planning on going slow even if it would kill Kazuma. Her determination to deliver what's justice in her eyes was too powerful to let her even have a chance at losing. On the other hand, Kazuma had a calm expression and a gentle handle on the sword and swift feet movement. 

Lumi too the initiative as she charged with her sword towards Kazuma who jumped to the side dodging 

"Not bad"-said Lumi with a look of thrill in her eyes that looked as if she's lusting for blood 

"No need to complement me"-said Kazuma 

After that brief exchange, Lumi charged in again but this time Kazuma used his crystal to jump higher 

As a wind user his ability is to manipulate the air around him allowing him to create small round wind circle, jump higher or push his opponent away. It also helped him with his movement speed to make it swift and light 

"Oh ? using ability early on?"-said Lumi who looked annoyed at the fact Kazuma jumped over her charge 

"Think of it as a bit of showing off"-said Kazuma who was just landing 

Again Lumi charged at him but this time Kazuma decided to block it with his sword. A few hits from both swords made a loud metal sound that caused anyone's ear to ring. 

An angry Lumi decided to use her crystal. Her crystal was 'Ice' it was a unique element but it wasn't that strange for Yuuji he already knows someone who's an ice wielder which is Amilia

"Ice shards!"-shouted Lumi as a bunch of ice shards shot out of her hand like a machine gun however Kazuma barely dodged them all

"You bastard!"-shouted Lumi again 

"Hey language"-said Kazuma with a bit of a sarcastic tone 

"Yuuji Wakana, can you hear me"-said Koro who's communicating with Yuuji again using his telepathic ability

"Yes ? what do you want now"-replied Yuuji 

"This fight won't end well for that girl. Although, she did earn my praise"-said Koro 

"So what do you want?"-said Yuuji sounding a little irritated 

"This girl is going to collapse in 3 minutes."

"Huh ? you're now predicting the future ?"-said Yuuji confused and still slightly irritated 

"I'm telling the facts she's using her abilities too rapidly. Her mana pool is not that massive and you can tell she didn't get much rest yesterday. I shall lend you a small part of my seeking ability to check it for yourself"

"You are right! she's getting lower and lower by the second"-said Yuuji 

"You shall wait for when this battle ends. Treat her injuries well and tell her"

Back down at the arena..

"Stop running away already!"-shouted Lumi while sounding more and more irritated with her panting from exhaustion 

"You should learn to aim at a fast moving target, miss platinum adventurer"-said Kazuma running on the wall dodging her attacks 

"You!"-said Lumi sounding more and more tired 

"I'll use my final ability to end this! Ice monster!"

A giant Ice wolf appeared in front of Kazuma, but it immediately disappeared again
