As they walked towards the Tomb of the Kings, Vivi and Emperor saw dead bodies everywhere!

All of them were the royal guards of Alubarna and they could see Pell flying away heavily injured. 

There was a large muscular man standing in the middle laughing carrying the other head of the Royal Guard, Chaka in his hand and was about to kill him. 

"That...that's Douglas Bullet!" Vivi screamed. 

"Douglas Bullet" Emperor mumbled. He briefly recalled the former Rogers pirate crewmember, also called the Demon Heir, supposedly as strong as Silvers Rayleigh and able to defeat all the supernovas at the same time single handedly. 

"Where is it?" Bullet yelled, squeezing Chaka's neck, choking him. 

"Let him go! I'm your opponent!" Emperor yelled as he walked closer. 

Vivi panicked, looking at Emperor. Surely they were about to be killed? Bullet is one of the strongest people in existance. 

Bullet looked at Vivi and Emperor strangely. Who is this naked man and his pretty girlfriend. 

"You? Do you want to die?" Bullet asked. 

Emperor smirked and wriggled his fingers. 

Suddenly Vivi felt a draft under her skirt as he looked at Emperor who suddenly was wearing her lacy white panties on his head!

"Panty Pirate!" Bullet screamed as he threw Chaka aside and charged at Emperor at superhuman speeds. 

Vivi suddenly felt a kiss and felt someone carry her and place her aside towards safety at such speeds she could not process it. 

Then she looked around and found herself next to Chaka. 

There were shockwaves from a distance as Bullet traded blows with Emperor. 

"Emperor.....is.... the Panty Pirate!" Vivi suddenly said in astonishment. 

The Panty Pirate was infamous! He broke into the Marine Headquarters and wrecked it, injuring many high leveled Marines and escaped without a scratch!

That was the reason Bullet rushed at him, as Bullet has always been wanting to prove himself the strongest by beating or killing all the other strong pirates. 

Emperor himself was curious how strong Bullet was. Since he was arguably one of the top strongest people in the One Piece world, he wanted to see how Saitama's body matched up. 

They traded blows several times, each time Bullet knocking Emperor around and Emperor merely blocking or dodging at super speeds. 

Douglas Bullet was a skilled warrior, one of the most skillful in this dimension. But Emperor was highly trained himself, mastering all the top combat styles of the One Punch Man dimension. 

Strengthwise, although Bullet could knock him around, he still wasn't a threat for Emperor. Emperor estimated that Bullet was probably considered about Boros' level. 

Emperor suddenly regretted that when he traversed dimensions, he maybe had gathered too much power. Not only were his girls among the most powerful beings in every universe due to him upgrading them with the best powers, he himself was too powerful. 

If not for the fact he still got some excitement living through the storylines of his favorite mangas and animes, and that he could change dimensions and fuck all the pretty girls, he would probably end up bored like Saitama was. 

He grounded himself to the ground himself and yawned as Bullet punched him in the head. 

Bullet as stunned as that punch included Armament Haki and was the best punch he had but the Panty Pirate simply yawned and looked at him in a bored manner while scratching his balls. 

He tried again, but to his shock the Panty Pirate started ignoring him as if bored.

"Ok, I've taken the measure of your strength. You're no use to me. You can go now. I don't want to accidentally kill you" Emperor said to Bullet. 

"You....you...I'll kill you" Bullet yelled as his face turned red in anger 

Bullet used his Gasha-Gasha No Mi devil fruit powers, and started to form a large colossus from the land itself. 

Vivi covered her mouth looking at the mountain monster forming before Emperor. 

"Ok, lets put an end to this. I want to fuck Vivi some more" Emperor said smashing the colossus with a serious punch. 

The punch blew the colossus to pieces and sent Bullet unconscious and flying far into the horizon. Unknown to even Emperor himself, Douglas Bullet would be unconscious for months when he landed on an undisclosed island after flying in the air from the punch for 5 days. 

Emperor walked towards Vivi who threw herself into his arms and kissed him. 

"Oh Emperor. You didn't tell me you were the Panty Pirate" she said. 

"Would it have mattered?" he asked. 

"No. I just need to tell you my real identity. I'm Nefertati Vivi, the princess of Alabasta" she said. 

"Well a pleasure to meet you Nefertati Vivi, Princess of Alabasta" he bowed as he returned her panties to her. 

She took off her part of her clothes, giving him some cover at least to cover his private parts, leaving her in just her bikini. 

"Come, lets meet my father" she said. 

She brought him to the king and introduced him to Emperor. 

"Pleasure to meet you, your majesty" Emperor said to King Cobra. 

King Cobra was grateful that his nation was saved again from a great threat. However, he was surprised they were saved yet again by a pirate. 

He suddenly noticed something and asked Vivi

"Vivi, are you hurt?" he asked, pointing between her legs. 

There was dried up blood and remnants of dried cum all over between her thighs. 

"Oh... just a minor scratch. I'll go wash off" she blushed as she covered her legs and ran off to clean up

"Ahem... Emperor. Would you like to wash up too and maybe we can offer you some clothes?" King Cobra asked. 

"Ah.. yes. Thank you. My clothes got destroyed in the battle" Emperor answered. 

"By the way, why are you called the Panty Pirate? The reports were that you were naked then as well?" the king asked again.

"Its my fighting style your majesty. I'm pretty impervious to damage, so my clothes get wrecked whenever I fight. In that battle, I didn't want to get recognized so I just picked up whatever I could find to hide my face. It's how I got my moniker" he answered. 

"Oh I see" King Cobra answered, not knowing how to continue this line of questioning. 

They talked for a while more, and Emperor found out that Douglas Bullet attacked Alabasta to find the clues to the whereabouts of the designs for Pluton, the ancient weapon. 

Then, Emperor was led to his room and he found clothes on the bed to wear after he got washed up. 

As he entered the bathroom, he found that the large bathtub was already filled with bubbles and warm water and Vivi was naked inside waiting for him. 

"Come in lover. Let me wash you" she giggled.

"Your wish is my command, your majesty" he said entering the large tub with her.
