As Emperor, Bonney and the rest of the girls arrived at Water 7, they didn't actually go to the docks, but instead left their galleon at Scrap Island. 

As they disembarked from the ship, Emperor looked back and released his micro robots that were as small as dust that started molecularly disassembling the ship. 

The girls looked in amazement, and the only one not shocked was Tatsumaki who knew Emperor since he was the Child Emperor. While he seldom displays his genius, she still remembered him as an unparalleled genius who could invent anything he wished. 

"Ok, my robots will be rebuilding the ship. Lets go an enjoy ourselves for 2 days, then we prepare for a prison breakout!" he said

Emperor walked with Bonney and started exploring Liguria Plaza before getting a room for themselves at the Chiza Hotel.

As they checked into their room, Emperor was impressed with the facilities. 

"I'll go fix us a bath" he said as he entered the bathroom. 

It had a reasonably large bathtub, enough to fit the two of them. 

He turned on the water and put in the bubble bath soap as he stripped naked.

Suddenly, the bubbles grew more and more, overflowing and seemingly covering the whole bathroom.

"Strange. I don't think I put so much soap!" he wondered.

"Of course not. You're just unlucky you ran into me" a pretty blonde lady appeared behind him and started rubbing him all over with soap.

She was Kalifa, former member of CP9, who's Awa Awa No Mi devil fruit ability has the ability to clean the abilities and strength of her enemies. 

"Don't struggle, you're helpless against me now" she said. 

"Why would I struggle?" Emperor said, his cock fully erect

"Why is Kalifa taking so long? Surely that unknown gigolo shouldn't be any trouble for her" Kaku said to Jabra as they tied up Bonney who was crying and swearing that she would not forgive them. 

Not long later, Kalifa came out of the bathroom carrying a naked man hanging over her shoulders. Her clothes seem a bit worse for wear as she was usually extremely neat. Her hair was messy too. 

"Are we bringing him along?" Jabra asked. 

"I suspect he isn't an ordinary person. He put up quite a fight" Kalifa said.

"Where is Lucci?" Kaku asked. 

"He's catching Nico Robin. It's convenient that Bonney is here as well. Maybe we can use them to restore our reputation and reinstate the CP9" Jabra said. 

As they brought Emperor and Bonney to meet up with Rob Lucci, Nico Robin had already been caught and was in seastone cuffs. 

"Everything in order?" Lucci asked. 

"Yes, Bonney is secured" Kaku answered, dragging Bonney along, who was also in seastone cuffs. 

"Yes, Rear-Admiral Hina is nearby and has already been called" Kalifa said, still carrying the naked and unconscious Emperor. His hands were behind his back and in cuffs while his butt faced away from her facing her front. 

"Do you want me to take him for you?" Lucci asked. 

"No, he's not heavy" Kalifa answered.

Half an hour later, they met on the docks and Rear Armiral Hina stood in front of Rob Lucci.

"So, Nico Robin and Jewelry Bonney. Well done Lucci. I am sure I can put in a good word for the former CP9 members" she smiled. 

"I thank you in advance" Lucci smiled and bowed. 

"Who is this?" Hina asked, looking at Kalifa still carrying the naked man. His dick could be seen hanging between his legs. 

"This is the gigolo that Bonney was with. He gave me a hard time, so I suspect he is someone important" Kalifa replied. 

They took the prisoners down to the brig inside Hina's warship and hung all 3 of them on the wall with seastone cuffs.

"You're Kalifa aren't you?" Hina asked. 

"Yes" Kalifa replied

"Your devil fruit abilities strip opponents of their strength and abilities?" Hina asked again. 

"Yes" Kalifa replied again. 

"Good. My own devil fruit powers allow me to cagemy opponents. But if you can remove their abilities and strength as well, we would make a good combination. How would you like to work for me?" Hina invited. 

"I... " Kalifa didn't know what to say and she looked at Lucci.

Lucci nodded at her. 

"I accept" Kalifa said. 

"Good. I always wanted a capable subordinate. Your training as a spy, assassin and being skilled in the martial art of Rokushiki will be an asset to me too." Hina smiled. 

"If that is all, we will depart now" Rob Lucci said.

Rear Admiral Hina nodded and Lucci and the rest of his group besides Kalifa left the ship and the ship departed, heading for Enies Lobby. 

"Unforgivable. I will never forgive you" Bonney gritted her teeth hatefully and said at Kalifa and Hina.

Robin watched them silently, trying to plan her escape. 

Suddenly Emperor's head looked up and said "Calm down Bonney. Everything went according to plan!" he smiled. 

Bonney and Robin were shocked as suddenly Hina and Kalifa knelt on the ground towards Emperor. 

He flexed his hands and easily broke his seastone cuffs and walked up to Hina and Kalifa and kissed them lustfully while grabbing their breasts. 

Bonney didn't know what to say as Emperor walked up to her and kissed her too while easily releasing her seastone cuffs. 

"How...?" she asked before Emperor smiled at her and shushed her with his finger.  

"Hey Nico Robin. Where are you headed?" he asked as he released her bonds too. 

"I.. I am headed to the Sabaody Archipelago " she answered.

"Oh yeah, to reunite with the Strawhats right? Nami told me" Emperor said.

"You've met Nami? Where? How is she?" Robin asked.

"Before that, I want you to be mine" Emperor said, casting Human Subordination Magic on her.

"What did you do to her?" Bonney asked, seeing that Robin was suddenly more docile.

"Same thing with you" Emperor answered, casting the spell on Bonney as well.

They walked onto the deck and saw that the crew were all women, and they were all Emperor's girls.

"Lets head to Enies Lobby, then to Impel Down!" he commanded

"Aye captain!" they all yelled back as he brought Kalifa, Bonney, Hina and Robin to Hina's bedroom
