Authority, power, prestige, and beauty. Such things were promised rights for the woman of noble houses, they had it all, being a little princess of their fiefdom, adored and loved by all. But the benefit of having noble blood came with its own responsibility.  Responsibility to lay their life for the people, for their house.

With such a culture, having them married to other houses was a duty, a duty they couldn't deny from. Their purity and beauty notched for the days to come. Such was the obligation of a noblewoman, but what about a princess? Compared to not just a princess, managing a country, but the whole damn planet, what could her importance be? Her duty, her responsibility?

It was sure, the burden would be immense, Her every action would be dated and known by the people, and the many nobles, her decision, and opinions could topple countries. Their ecosystem turned inside out.

Her voice would echo on every news, and celebrity index, topping even famous singers and actors. Such would be the case if a princess of the house Celestia decided to do even the minuscule things. That's how valuable a princess should be. Placing such essence that the circumstances which occurred before Aaron should have zero chance to transpire. Maybe he was just unlucky or, the princess before him was. Princess Christine, the youngest child of King Henry the third. The ruler and protector of planet Terra.

Seeing her slowly open her eyes, Aaron took out his gloves, tallying out his mask. It was quick, it was swift. Throwing it all the way back to the streets.

"...how are you, Princess?" he patiently asked.

He eyed his butler, with a gesture of their own making and that was all he needed, nodding and vanishing from the spot then and there.

The princess's sense's opened, slow as it may be, the burden was there as her eyes were heavy, heavier as they could be, being punched to the gut to the level of making her unconscious.

Cough! Cough!

She gradually moved, coughing from the pain she gradually felt once more. There was a second of silence, her eyes looking left and right until the memories poured in. her heavy eyes turning cold and chaotic once more. "What? Where?...." she asked in confusion.

Aaron came close, leaning down with his face near. "it's ok, it's ok. Everything's all right…" he beckoned, his voice whispering with softness.

Silky Silver hair flossing down to his eyes, his ever so unique crimson eyes, which gave only a hint of comfort, she had enough of the color red, but this one, she could only feel a sense of soothing. Her heavy breathing came down, as he came near.

"everything's ok?" she questioned. "is it really all right?" she wanted to look beyond the boy, trying to confirm it herself, but she had enough tickling her curiosity, all she needed now was some comfort, lean on somebody, lean on him. Away from the red cyber eyes. away from the bondage, away from the child molester, who had tensed her mind to a degree, she could never forget.

But how could she? She was a princess. She had no such right? No place to lean on, no place to truly be in comfort. Being roamed by pleasers and assassins her whole life, how could she?

".....it's ok," Aaron said, placing his hand on her messy head.

Feeling the warm hand on her head, she lased back to him, his soft voice and total warmth, soothing her to no end.

"There is only us here, no need to bottle up everything…" He then said, his lips turning into a welcoming smile.

That was it, that was all she needed, for the resistance she had built to finally melt down. "really?...." she innocently asked, her vision gradually turning blurry, slowly getting filled with her own tears.

"…yes." Aaron softly answered.

She drove herself on his chest, forcing him to fall back, the wires already cut, freeing her from the bondage which had marked her wrists red with lining wounds of resistance.

"….. I was…so…scared…" she said, weeping on his chest, she cried and cried, like the child she was, no longer was she the princess of a planet, no longer she was to hold on, hold on her dreadful heart. Pouring everything on the chest of the fallen boy.

Aaron only smiled, feeling pity for the child. He didn't know what she went through, but she was just a child, being kidnapped by people who held power over her to do anything, He could only pat her on the back, trying to soothe her from her loud cries. Patting until she cried her eyes out. Reminiscing the moment, one of his students cried in his chest, being scared of a simple earth dragon.

He couldn't help but smile once more, as this felt right, the right choice to be made. He had made plans for her, right then and there. But he abandoned everything he had thought of, seeing those cold eyes, on the verge of madness.

Yes, he had seen those eyes before, the eyes which looked cold and tired, ready to fall from grace with a single push. Which jolted his memory to the core. Changing his heart.

'maybe I should have done the same with her.' he thought. 'haaa…..the past is the past, no need to indulge yourself in the matters of the past, do I?'

With a sigh, he cooled off his mind, slowly patting the girl until she was satisfied, if he knew this was going to happen, he could have brought buckets of tissues, but sadly he could only give his chest. What remained of him as a gentleman?

As many minutes passed, The cries finally stopped, he didn't know how long he was on the floor with her above. but he couldn't help but feel awkward with the sudden silence, looming inside the van.

"….are you all right now?" Aaron asked, finally echoing some noise.

"….yes.." she answered, still leaning on his chest. Aaron wanted to ask her to get off of him then, but the words only hung over his tongue, unable to lapse out. So she still laid. Her whole face dug into his ribs.

"…..you are Aaron Von Mirakle, aren't you?" she suddenly asked.

Aaron turned surprised, looking down at the girl whose face he couldn't see. "…..yes, how did you….?"

"your sister….Livia, is…..is my classmate." She hesitantly answered. "your silver hair and crimson eyes, match perfectly with her.." she said, gradually letting him go.

She used her wrists, trying to wipe out her remaining tears, her eyes were red, her nose running a tally bit. but the coldness was gone, her golden eyes turning a bit brighter than before. Aaron finally sighed in relief. Relieved he had done something to amend. Something to course her way out of her eventual path.

".....she yaps about you a lot, I mean a lot, a lot. so, it was kinda easy." She again said, with a hanging smile.

Aaron wanted to chat more, ask about the kidnappers, why she came here, and how a princess like herself, got here in the first place. He connected some dots, learning she was his sister's friend but that was not enough, but time wasn't his ally, as the sounds of sonic cars started to echo within the tunnel.

"let's get out of here first," Aaron said, turning back. "things might get pretty complicated if people saw us here like this.

Christine couldn't help but look around, her cheeks turning a bit red. He was right, the situation where a boy and a girl were inside a broken van, one being noble and the other being the princess herself, the media would have a field day with this grip.

But that wasn't her concern, she didn't know why, she wanted to hold this moment, chat more, She didn't know how he got here, how he found her, how a boy like him saved her out of nowhere. All she could think was, she didn't want to be apart from him right now.

"we can go to a hotel…" she innocently replied.
