Loyd woke up early in the morning, feeling determined and ready to face the challenges ahead. He had been preparing for this day for months now. He had trained his skills, gathered his gear, and had been studying the map of the dungeon he planned to conquer. He was going to the rank C dungeon, the first of many he planned to clear in the coming months.

As he made his way to the dungeon entrance, he felt a sense of excitement building up inside of him. He knew that the dungeon would be dangerous, but he was confident in his abilities. He had faced countless enemies before, and he was sure that he could handle whatever the dungeon threw at him.

He arrived at the entrance of the dungeon and took a deep breath. This was it. He stepped inside and was immediately greeted by the darkness of the dungeon. He activated his passive ability that allowed him to see in the dark and continued down the corridor.

The first few rooms were easy enough. He encountered some weak monsters that he easily defeated with his shadow army. But as he delved deeper into the dungeon, the monsters became stronger and more numerous.

Loyd used his abilities to their fullest, absorbing the shadows of fallen foes and using them to bolster his own strength. He fought his way through the dungeon, pushing himself to his limits. But he refused to give up, his determination never faltering.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Loyd was making good progress through the C and B rank dungeons, but he was beginning to feel the strain. The constant battles were taking a toll on his body, and he was starting to feel the weight of his exhaustion.

One day, as he was taking a break from his dungeon diving, he received a message from Maria. She had finally replied to his confession and had said yes. Loyd felt his heart flutter at the thought of her, and he smiled to himself. He was glad that he had something to look forward to amidst all the chaos.

With renewed vigor, Loyd pushed himself to complete the rest of the dungeons. He knew that he couldn't afford to let his guard down now. He trained harder, fought harder, and became stronger.

Finally, after six months of grueling battles, Loyd emerged victorious from the last dungeon. He had cleared all the C and B rank dungeons that he had planned to conquer. He felt a sense of pride welling up inside of him. He had accomplished what he set out to do.

He made his way back home, feeling tired but satisfied. He couldn't wait to see Maria again and tell her about his adventures. He knew that he had a lot of catching up to do with her.

As he entered his mansion, he saw his father waiting for him. "Loyd, I've heard that you've accomplished your goal. I'm proud of you," his father said, smiling.

Loyd felt a sense of relief wash over him. He had been worried about what his father would think of his adventures, but it seemed that he was happy with what Loyd had accomplished.

"Thank you, father," Loyd replied, feeling grateful.

Loyd was feeling excited as he headed towards the hunter association for his rank re-evaluation. He had been looking forward to this moment for a long time, eager to see how much he had grown in strength since his last evaluation. As he approached the association building, he noticed a few hunters giving him strange looks, whispering among themselves. Loyd couldn't help but wonder what was going on, but he quickly brushed it off and went inside.

After filling out the necessary paperwork, Loyd was led to a large training room where he would undergo a series of tests to determine his rank. The first test was a strength test, where Loyd had to lift increasingly heavy weights. To his surprise, Loyd found that he was able to lift weights that he previously couldn't even budge.

The next test was a speed test, where Loyd had to run a course as fast as possible. Loyd's movements were fluid and graceful, and he finished the course in record time.

Finally, the last test was a combat test, where Loyd had to fight against a group of high-level monsters. The battle was fierce, but Loyd emerged victorious, using his powers to take down the monsters one by one. After the battle was over, Loyd collapsed to the ground, exhausted but exhilarated.

When Loyd woke up, he was in a hospital room. A doctor was standing next to him, looking at a clipboard. "Congratulations, Mr. Loyd," the doctor said, "You've been ranked as an S rank hunter."

Loyd couldn't believe it. He had gone from being a D rank hunter to an S rank hunter in just a few months. It was a tremendous accomplishment, and he felt a sense of pride and satisfaction wash over him.

As Loyd left the hospital, he was greeted by a group of hunters who congratulated him on his new rank. It was clear that word had spread quickly, and many hunters were impressed by his sudden rise in power.

Over the next few months, Loyd continued to grow in strength, taking on increasingly difficult dungeons and monsters. He was constantly pushing himself to the limit, determined to become the strongest hunter in the world.
