There is a man named Nishiyama Nishio, 17 years old, and a 2nd year from Pino High.

He is what you consider a loner.

Nishio is actively being bullied and teased by his classmates.

He wanted to commit suicide but he wanted to make his life have value so that someone would remember him even after he died.

Then one day, he found a girl that is close to getting hit by a truck.

Then he thought that it was the perfect time to commit suicide.

He jumped and saved the girl from demise. The girl is startled by Nishio’s hard push.

The truck hits Nishio hard.

The girl quickly goes to the badly hurt Nishio.

After the girl got to Nishio, he said: “Finally, I can finally die with my life meaningful.” And he closed his eyes, smiling.

And then he died..........or so he thought.

~a week later~

Nishio woke up wrapped in bandages.

He saw a girl he didn't recognize sleeping beside him.

And Nishio wondered what was happening.

He thinks he is dead but he’s not.

Nishio thought that he was in heaven, in paradise, seeing the girl beside him.

Then the girl woke up and cried in happiness.

Nishio, not knowing what to do. Greets the girl in a bashful manner.

The girl greets him back.

And then an awkward silence filled the room.

The girl suddenly remembered to call Nishio's mother.

Nishio's mother rushed into Nishio's room after hearing the news.

Nishio's mother hugged Nishio.

She cried in joy for a bit and stopped.

The doctor told him that it was a good thing that the girl he saved quickly called an ambulance.

He remembered what happened and quickly got a gist of the situation.

The doctor told him that it would take three months before he could go back to school. 

He is looking gloomy on the outside.

But actually, Nishio is celebrating inside because we won't be seeing his classmates for three months.

Nishio saw his mother being sad and happy at the same time.

He thought to himself that his suicide could be delayed in the meantime and he still had a family to return to.
