I just wanted to drop one really quick since SH doesn't have as robust of an author's note system as the other big platforms, so I haven't been as proactive with communication here. The first 14 chapters were written in a span of 4 days for an absurd word count well around 45k words. The reason the updates have taken so long over the last two weeks is because I've gone back and edited +updated the first 13 chapters. Chapter 4 and 9 still need some work, but I'll iron those out shortly

This isn't exactly small stuff, and there are already over 10k words of extra content and edits added since I started cross-posting to SH that do foreshadow the current arc and the next two outlined arcs. The overarching story hasn't changed, but a lot of the context has changed and there are quite a few single-line edits that could change a good chunk of the story and character development.
