I was walking home when a truck fell off from the sky, but I managed to run away before it crashed onto me. 

However, the next things that happened were beyond bizarre. 

The sunny weather suddenly turned into a stormy day. Tentacles came out of the vehicle and it started persuaming me like a hunter hunting its prey until it eventually killed me…

And now I find myself in the void with a blue screen in front of me…

‘Who are you?’ I asked warily. Although ‘It’ said that it wasn’t ‘It’ that killed me, I could feel that ‘It’ may be involved. 

[You don’t need to be so alert. And for who I am, I am mostly known as the Gamer System, a tool with infinite variations spread in the omniverse with the sole purpose of aiding the Players to reach unimaginable realms of power!]

‘The Gamer, huh?’ I thought to myself. 

I had read about that manhwa when I was alive. Despite not finishing it, I am very familiar with this system from the manhwa itself and some fanfictions. 

‘Then I guess I am one of the Players?’

‘Good, so what now?’ I asked, resisting the urge to grin and ignoring the excitement inside me.

Option 3? Church only contained insane people, not to mention the situation would be almost the same as option 1, except that I won’t be killed and used as a tool by the fanatics.

‘This…’ I was conflicted. 

While some of those classes gave very appealing perks and skills, along with Heracles’ skills and noble phantasms, I could fit in almost every class. 

However, there was a class that could bring the full potential of Heracles. It was Archer class.

And based on this and my love for archery, I choose the [Archer] class.

Looking outside the window at the city, I saw some birds flying around in the sky, which gave me a weird feeling.

“Finally, I was dying of boredom.” I yawned as I stepped out of the bus. 

I was in a city next to Fuyuki, probably where Shirou, Rin and Artoria had their little date. And the reason?

To get supplies. 

Not food supplies mind you, as I can get that easily, but firearms and some cold weapons. 

Not that there were no weapons in Fuyuki, but I just couldn’t get caught by the magus in the city using magecraft, namely a certain worm zombie and a father that put her daughter in adoption.

In addition, it was a great way to raise some of my skill levels. 

I walked leisurely around the streets and no one bat an eye on me, even if I am clearly a foreigner here. Maybe around Kuroko levels of stealth? I don’t know, but I am going to abuse shit ton of it.

Good to know that fate is on my side. Now I only need to search where their base is…which isn’t that difficult to find.

I entered a local ramen store with some customers inside, enjoying their meal. 

No one turned to me, even the waitress, which was a good sign, so I walked directly towards the counter.

“Excuse me.” I somehow spoke in perfect Japanese, which I don’t remember ever learning, but I guess it’s also a hidden feature of being a Player. I tapped my fingers on the table, which finally caught the attention of the cashier. 

“Y-Yes!?” I could clearly see how surprised he was seeing me appearing out of nowhere (in his perspective). 

“Hello youngster, I am friends with the owner and I came here looking for him. But he isn’t here so I have to ask you…” I looked directly in his eyes and whispered. “...Does the owner have any business with the Yakuza?”

His eyes dilated before nodding. “Yes, father told me that he pays them occasionally to get protection and some connections…”

“I see, do you know where they are?” He nodded in affirmative. “Good, then write it in a paper and give it to me.”

The boy left before returning shortly with a piece of paper. 

“Thanks.” I shoved the paper in my pocket before turning to him again. “Forget about me and everything just happened.”

“Yes…” The cashier closed his eyes for an instant, before opening them quickly again. “Was I daydreaming again? Whatever, back to work…”

I heard him from outside and nodded that my little scheming went alright.

I looked again at the piece of paper, which had a street written on it and the number of the house. 

Using [Hypnosis] to ask the directions, I quickly arrived at my destination. 

‘This skill is so convenient, no wonder all magus uses it all the time on people.’ I thought as I started analyzing the building. 

It looked like a normal apartment from outside, however using both [Clairvoyance] and [Structural Analysis], I soon found out that it wasn’t that easy for the current me. 

Around twelve people inside the building right now, all geared up. However…

‘Why do I feel like an assassin rather than an archer?’ I thought internally before opening my [Inventory] and suddenly, a crowbar appeared in each of my hands.
