At this moment, sitting atop an incredibly large boulder was an otherworldly figure wearing an elegant and exquisite robe the color of snow.

It was a robe named [Robe of Fleeting Snow] which Tian Long had bought from the Apex System Shop, which sold a wide variety of things ranging from powerful cultivation techniques and divine weapons to even supreme bloodlines and magical panacea.

The robe had cost Tian Long an expensive 1,000 apex points, however, in his view, it was worth the price since it completely displayed the pinnacle of aesthetic elegance. Pairing the handsome snow-white robe with his flawless looks, he couldn't help but praise his himself inwardly for buying it.

"Directly cripple my cultivation? How ruthless!"

As Tian Long sat in a meditative pose with his hair and white robe fluttering along with wind, as he read the first quest that he had received, he couldn't help but curse at the system's ruthless punishment for failure.

"Those memories should help right?" he muttered under his breath indignantly.

From the memories he had inherited from his body's previous owner, the 'previous Tian Long', despite having not received any support and cultivation resources from the Tian clan, had still broken through from the Mortal Flesh Body to Spiritual Awareness very quickly, simply by relying on his monstrous talent and comprehension alone.

Now, although Tian Long had transmigrated and the fact that the cultivation system in this world was slightly different from his previous world's, his innate talent and potential had been magnified to unknown levels by the Pill of Rebirth.

'Reaching Spiritual Awareness shouldn't be too hard...'

With the helpful guide that was the memories of cultivation experiences of the 'previous Tian Long', and in addition with Tian Long's originally monstrous perception and comprehension that he had back on Earth, reaching the Spiritual Awareness realm before the time limit shouldn't be a problem.

"Power, I need power." Tian Long whispered as he clenched his fists. "And once I have enough strength, only then should I enact my revenge."

Remembering how he had been treated by the exalted power that is the Tian clan and his supposed cousin, Tian Yi, which he had treated as a brother, Tian Long wished for vengeance.

"Old buddy Tian Long, it seems we share the same name and the same fate huh," Tian Long said when he recalled those flashes of memories that were now his. "Don't worry about this world and enter the cycle of reincarnation carefreely. Everything that was yours, I will inherit them; your life, your wishes, and your revenge, I will realize them all in your place."

He continued, clearly melancholic. "In my previous world, I couldn't seek revenge since I was unable to cultivate, but now, I was given another chance through you. Thank you for everything and farewell, I wish you good luck on your next life."

At that moment, Tian Long felt a sense of relief and comfort, as if the weight of the world that he had been carrying on his shoulder was gone.

At this moment, he had officially entered and harmonized himself within this world.

The next day.

Atop the same boulder that he had been sitting on ever since, Tian Long's naked body could be seen sitting cross-legged.

Faint rumbling sounds could be heard coming from him as he circulated his Qi.

Rotating the refreshing and pleasurable formless and colorless energy that was Qi inside his body, Tian Long controlled it as he let it course through his skin, muscles, and flesh, polishing and nourishing them.

He could feel a hint of stinging pain as he continued to circulate his Qi but it was a feeling that was familiar to him so he simply ignored it as it didn't hurt too much.

Presently, a formless aura hovered above Tian Long's skin, as if acting as a separate yet colorless layer of thin armor.

As the coming and going gale of winds sent his long black hair fluttering, black slimy liquid suddenly started to ooze from his skin as they escaped his pores.

Tian Long felt this and smelled the foul stench of the slimy fluid which was a mixture of his body's impurities, sweat, dead skin, and dead blood and cells.

"Finally," Tian Long cried out as he felt the thin layer of barrier existing between the 3rd level and 4th level of Mortal Flesh Body collapse and disintegrate, allowing him to enter the 4th level.

"Now I have to start refining my body's energy channels and bones," he said. "But before that, I need to clean myself."

As soon as he finished his words, Tian Long jumped from the boulder and onto the small river that was beside it.

Two days later.

Sitting cross-legged atop the same boulder, Tian Long continued to circulate his Qi internally and repeatedly refined his bones and energy channels.

At this moment, as he broke through the 6th level of Mortal Flesh Body to officially enter the 7th, Tian Long didn't know that the energy channels in his body which were already incredibly wide, expanded even more. His energy channels that were now ten times bigger than before, would then allow the absorption of all sources of energy, become much easier and more effortless. At the same time, they had optimum durability and steadiness!

This fact alone suggests that although his cultivation base was still low, his foundations were as stable as they could get, despite advancing within the cultivation ranks like an absolute madman.

And this is without mentioning his immaculate constitution which he had received from the Pill of Rebirth. Due to the effects of primordial energy within the pill, his affinity with the heavenly dao and the laws of this world was simply superlative!

At his pace, it wouldn't even take two days to break through the 9th level of Mortal Flesh Body to finally achieve Spiritual Awareness! That means that he had advanced from a mortal with no cultivation to a fully-fledged cultivator of Spiritual Awareness in less than a week!

If the people of this world were to ever find out Tian Long's achievements, then even those apex powerhouses and influences would be shocked, let alone the common men.

Such cultivation speed would put even the proud sons and daughters of the heaven to shame as the common knowledge in this world is that even the most genius amongst all geniuses would take at least two meeks to a month to form an innate link with a constellation and finally achieve Spiritual Awareness.

At this moment, he didn't know it but he had received an enlightenment as he descended into a hypnotic state—unaware of external occurrences.

Rumble, rumble.

The clouds in the sky gathered above the seemingly endless forest as they hovered atop Tian Long. The winds churned as lightning flared all over with the roars of thunder reverberating in the surrounding.

As this strange scene continued on, a hallowed and godly presence suddenly descended from the gloomy skies as if it was the coming of divine judgement.

'My grandson, you are alive...' a faint and low yet clearly doting voice escaped the clouds. 'I await for your return in the Divine Continent, come and reclaim your glory...'

"As for the Tian clan..." when the voice mentioned the name of Tian Long's clan, raging winds assaulted the forest, livid anger clearly within the voice.

The godly presence seemed to linger on the skies for a few more moments, 'watching' Tian Long who was unaware and probably didn't hear his voice. A few seconds later, the voice then disappeared as the godly presence dissipated into nothingness.

At this moment, although the powerful presence was gone, the powerful behemoths to the weak demonic beasts within the deep Lonely Devilwood Forest still felt extremely frightened as they couldn't help but cower in terror, their heads down on the ground.

On the other hand, Tian Long was unaware of what had just happened as he felt a sense of absolute pleasure and comfort; with his 'inner vision', he saw endless space containing countless celestial bodies and resplendently bright figures.

These figures ranged from translucent weapons radiating divine might to proud humanoid figures exuding unmatched dominance, from horrifying monsters emitting murderous intent to bizarre and strange things with different forms yet clearly manifesting unequaled auras.

They were simply innumerable and appeared in all forms!

Right now, Tian Long's Spiritual Will entered the First Cosmos of the Nine Cosmos of Myriad Constellations.

'So these are the constellations huh?' he whispered as his spiritual body traversed the endless vast expanse, passing through numerous constellations of different laws and concepts.

'Oh, a spear.' Tian Long paused as he stared afar at an immensely large spear capable of blotting out the sun. This spear's color was black and seemed to hail from ancient times as it radiated strength beyond that of Tian Long's current comprehension.

'Since I used the spear in my past life and so did the Tian Long of this world, I'll take a constellation in the form of a spear as my first.' he thought before floating past the black ancient spear and onto the distance.

While his target for his first constellation was a spear, he didn't have any plans to get one from the First Cosmos.

Although the 'previous Tian Long's' first constellation was from the First Cosmos, Tian Long had no plans to form an innate link with a constellation here.

With his soul intensely strengthened due to his transmigration to this world, he fixed his eyes on the higher cosmos, making them his target.

'I'll go for the highest Cosmos I can currently reach.' Tian Long decided in his heart firmly.
