A few minutes later, Richard received a message from Luke saying that he would try to find out what exactly was going on. Somehow, great anger emanated from those words. But it wasn't his problem. So he could mind his own business for now. He left the clone in the room, sneaking stealthily out the window by himself: Bunshin no Jutsu.

Philip said that Richard had an amazing amount of chakra for his age. It probably had something to do with Haki training since birth. Surprising how two different kinds of energies, interact with each other.

However, this created a new problem in the form of control difficulties, making it impossible for him to use more complicated techniques as of right now.

The clone created with this simple technique could not perform interactions with real objects, as it would be immediately dispersed. But it was enough to pretend to his mother that he was still at home. Fortunately, she does not often look into his room.

He had to hurry, if he didn't come on time they would consider him as a coward.

...

Let's go back in time to this morning to understand what's going on.

...

Richard embraced a more open way of helping than Philip, who hid in the shadows, and Luke, who eternally sat at the computer. Even though he hadn't been a captain for a long time, he was still able to wring out his leadership skills.

He started by helping oppressed kids and getting rid of petty criminals. With his well above average height, no one who didn't know him would ever think he was a five-year-old. Nor did he need to use, any fancy techniques. His slightly increased speed and strength were more than enough to handle everything he had to deal with here.

The minus, of course, was that he occasionally suffered a few minor injuries and ruined some clothes. Which was difficult to hide from his strongly overprotective mother. However, he couldn't reveal more, because it would already be highly suspicious and sooner or later someone might take an interest in him.

Anyway, he had already gained some local notoriety, and several kids had joined his gang - or crew, as he preferred to call them. Today he decided to test them. If they prove themselves, he would teach them a couple of things.

He currently stood in front of the five cheerful boys and gave a speech. "Okay listen up. Today we're going to get rid of Mallory." What the boys' faces quickly turned cold. "Well what kind of attitude is that!? Didn't you guys want to help the others along with me!?"

"B... But Mallory is an overreach.... He's about five years older than us and has more people. Besides, I heard rumors that..." Howled one of the boys, but Richard interrupted him.

"It doesn't matter what you heard or how old he is! I'll beat him just like the others, and you just have to watch my back!"

"But there aren't enough of us..." Added the other timidly.

"That just means you guys have to do better! Have you ever seen me lose?!"

"No, the captain is the best!" Exclaimed another.

"Well that's what I like! We'll kick their asses that their birth mothers won't recognize them! Are you with me?!"

"Aye, Aye, Capitan!" They exclaimed.

"I can't hear you!"

"AYE, AYE, CAPITAN!"

"Well that's the spirit! The crew! Follow me!"

...

Mallory was the boss of a small gang of teenagers who engage in extortion, beatings and pickpocketing. He is about eighteen years old. He is tall and heavily muscled. He also tries to grow a mustache, but looks comical in the process, to say the least. Although he will beat up anyone who pays attention. A perfect target for Richard.

He wasn't hard to find. He was always hanging around in the same neighborhood with his henchmen. Upon seeing him, Richard began shouting insults. "Hey Mallory, it's true what they say, your womb hair is growing on your face!"

"WHAT? WHO SAID THAT!? YOU MUST BE BORED WITH LIFE!" Yelled Mallory, who immediately flew into a rage and ran with outstretched fists towards Richard, followed by his sidekicks.

Unfortunately, the sight of a dozen grown teenagers running towards you, looking to beat you up, can be quite disheartening for some people. "No... It's too much, sorry, but I can't handle it." Howled one of Richard's boys and ran off. And another followed him. It was now four against twelve.

They were outnumbered three times, but Richard was confident in those who were not scared. They don't have to win. All they needed to do was buy him a few minutes.

The first blow came toward Richard from the kid who ran up the fastest, wanting to please the boss. But, he didn't have the slightest chance. Richard smoothly made a dodge and strike a counter punch, sending his opponent to the ground. He is unlikely to get up again.

In the meantime, the two sides approached each other, and fists and kicks went into motion. Of course, it was Mallory's team that had the advantage. Not only were they all older and taller, they also had more experience in brawling. Richard, however, believed that the three would hold out. It takes a lot of self-denial not to run away from the beginning.

Mallory himself ran uncontrollably at Richard with a scream on his lips, wanting to ram him and knock him down. However, he was surprised when he hit nothing, and then took a moment to stop. Richard taking advantage of this turned around and kicked at his kneecap instantly knocking Mallory over, and then brought out a kick towards the lying guy.

However, this one already had many fights behind him. He grabbed onto Richard's leg with both hands and pulled him down. However, he didn't expect how much strength Richard had, as he didn't flinch at all. However, Mallory did not give up. He grabbed a piece of Richard's shirt to try to lift himself up, tearing it.

Mother will be pissed. A thought crossed Richard's mind. It was time to end this.

Richard grabbed Mallory's arm and threw him to the ground again, then sat on him and punched him twice in the face. Being careful not to overreact, that was enough.

He then turned around and helped rid the rest. A few minutes later it was all over. Although the other three were badly beaten a smile dawned on their faces. "We won!" They shouted.

"W... Who the hell are you?" Stammered Mallory, barely.

"Are you still conscious? Not bad. I plan to take over your neighborhood. You can either hide in the burrow with your cronies, or you can join me."

He could use a stronger henchman, and his behavior can be easily corrected.

"Don't be so confident just because you gave us a hard time! If you dare then stand up to my boss!"

"I didn't know there was someone above. Who is it?"

"You'll see! If you are not afraid then come to the old distillery in the evening. If you can win then I'll join you." Mallory tried to save himself.

"Hehe. Agreed, let's see what this boss of yours can do. Just so it's not an excuse. Remember, it's not that hard to find you!"

...

And so we move to the current situation. Richard decided to go alone in case it was a trap. The other guys had already enough for one day. He made sure beforehand that there was no surveillance nearby, in case he was forced to use a little more power.

"I already thought you chickened out. Where are the others?" Mallory, who was waiting for him next to the agreed place, spoke up.

"I'll deal with it myself. I advise you not to have stupid ideas."

"We'll see. Lead the way!"

They entered the old building together, then went to a large hall that must have once been a place with an assembly line, but was now empty, if not counting cobwebs and broken pieces of glass.

Inside, one person was waiting for him.

"Wait! A young girl?!" Richard exclaimed.

Mallory couldn't speak out of shame.

"Apparently you messed with my little brother. You don't look strong. You can still give in and apologize." She spoke up to Richard.

She had short black hair and pretty green eyes, dressed in sportswear. A few centimeters taller than Richard, she should be about twelve years old.

"Is this a joke?"

"Try me out if you're not afraid."

Richard didn't know what to do in such a situation. After all, he won't beat a weak girl into unconsciousness. He is not a monster. Finally, he decided to immobilize and force her into surrender. It will be trivial.

"Ladies first." He said.

"So that you won't regret it later." She replied and moved toward him.

Unlike her brother, the girl did not move without a plan. She jumped to Richard's flank and then delivered a low kick aiming at his tibia. She was fast, really fast. Richard flinched through carelessness.

"Damn, are you from another world?"

"Was that supposed to be a compliment? Lame!"

They talked while exchanging blows. Soon Richard realized that the girl shouldn't have any special abilities, she was just damn good at fighting. He needed to use Kenbunshoku Haki to be able to block some of her blows.

Of course, he still had the advantage, but he'll have to try a little harder to win this one. The question was whether he should still try to incapacitate her without hurting.

However, his thoughts lost him again and he failed to block the blow, getting hit right in the eye. That was enough of that. He jumped away to get out of her range, and then attacked with more strength.

Surprisingly the girl was not easily defeated. She blocked his blows skillfully, but could no longer go on the offensive. Finally Richard broke through. However, when his fist was about to touch her he stopped.

"You are good. To be honest, I didn't expect such skills, but I'm better."

"Hmph." But, she refused to give up. She took advantage of his sudden stop to strike another blow. But Richard was prepared. He crouched down doing a dodge and clipped her legs, knocking her to the ground.

"That's enough. I won!"

"But, but..." She began to say.

"But how can I be so good?" Richard finished her sentence with a smile.

"But you are so worthless." She finished.

"What? Hey you're the one lying on the floor here!"

"Only because you're a little faster and stronger than me. Your movements are hopeless. Nothing but hitting and blocking. No finesse, no flair. If I had as much strength as you I would win without any problem."

"The words of a loser don't matter!"

Later an argument broke out, which lasted for some time. The end result was that Mallory agreed to join the crew and greeted his new Captain. Richard, on the other hand, promised his sister that he would train with her. He will increase her strength and she will teach him fighting techniques. It seems that this world has some useful things too.

Just how will I explain my condition to my mother. I look much worse than usual...
