Entering the meeting room I sat down on the clan head's chair, and both scarlet and William sat on the seats opposite to me, while Leila stood behind me

"now then before continuing our talk I will make a soul contract" saying that I raise my hands, and removed all the mana inside their bodies and replacing it with mine causing them to glow, feeling a connection between us, I nod my head in satisfaction

"now then let me tell you about my two main goals which are world domination and becoming a God" saying this I see a shocked expression on their faces, causing a smug grin to form on my face

"And that is where unifying all the vampire clans come in by helping me create a country I will gain both resources and prestige" I said while receiving a cup of tea from Leila

"can't we just take those resources by force?" hearing his question, I sigh

"That won't work if that happens all the races might unite to take us down which isn't something I want, allies are necessary" I explain

"moving into the next topic. How many vampires do you both have?" I ask while taking a sip from my tea

"my lady, the rose clan has 1,147 subordinates and 70 nobles" answered William

"the crimson clan has 803 subordinates and 54 nobles my lady" answered scarlet right after

"alright let's combine all the clans' treasures to make a treasury for the country, we also need someone who could design us a city, Do you know any?" I ask while looking at them

"My lady if I may" William asks respectively

"speak" I respond

"we all have at least one noble vampires who used to be a dwarf I think they could be of help" he says, causing a wide smile to appear on my face

"that is perfect send some people to help in building the city, especially those good at earth magic, also we have to name our country hmm...OH, how about The Valentine Queendom! Alright from now on this country will be called The Valentine Queendom, also after the city is built move all the vampires there be it commoners or nobles. Are there any questions?" I said while refilling my cup of tea

"my lady I have a question" scarlet asked,

"what is it?" I asked while tilting my head

"it is about the subordinate vampires building the city, won't the construction speed be really slow because of their weakness to the sunlight " she said with concern while William nodded and Leila smirked

"you don't have to worry about that I have an idea, but I will have to test whether it will work or not though"I replied to her

"Now then go and fulfill my orders, I want the city to be finished in four months at most" I said as I got out of my chair and left the room with Leila following behind me

" Leila lead me to the dungeon" I ordered while walking through the castle's hallways "At once my lady" she replied while taking the lead

After a while, we arrived in front of an enormous door with weird runes engraved on it which I could somehow understand,

'so this is the enchantment used to create different dimensions, luckily I have the [Eidetic imagery] skill with this skill I will never forget it.' I thought to myself while looking at Leila passing mana through the make the engravings light up after a while the door opened entering through it I felt as if I passed through a membrane to be assaulted by the smell of blood suddenly

"so, what do you do to the prisoners here?" I ask Leila "this place is where some of the subordinate vampires get some blood for us from the prisons, or where traitors are tortured for information, and we do some experiments with them too, and in some rare cases it is where we brainwash humans, elves, dwarfs, or beast men to turn them later into vampires" she replied while leading me to a different room

entering the room what greeted me was a terrible smell which made me use my mana to weaken my sense of smell and taste in the long corridor there were cells covered in metal bars with people inside with eyes similar to that of dead fish and moving through the corridors were people with red eyes and pale skin wearing white robes and writing on something that I assume are the subordinate vampires working here.

When they noticed us they all stopped what they were doing and bowed to us while one of them came forward and bowed his head, he had green hair a handsome face, and a slim build

"good afternoon my ladies what can I help you with today" he said while bowing his head respectfully "introduce yourself"I order

"yes my lady this lowly one's name is Elwin, and I am the noble vampire responsible for research" he replied respectfully

"Elwin there is something I want to experiment with so here are my orders, collect some subordinate vampires in one cell and prepare for me the necessary tools for potion making "I said while turning my head to face Laila

"Laila, what are the differences in the effects between light magic and the sunlight on vampires?" I asked with interest

" sunlight turns subordinate vampires into ashes and light magic does the same, but the amount of damage depends on the scale and power of the attack" she replied to me

"I see, so I can use light magic to do my experiments that's perfect"I replied

almost half an hour later Elwin came back

"My lady we are finished preparing what you ordered" he said while bowing his head,

"then lead us there" I ordered, following him through the corridor we arrived in front of one of the cells which was bigger than other ones and was lighted with magic instead of the candles that are covering the whole place, there were 6 vampires tied down to a bed using metal cuffs and beside them, there is a table with flasks and other potion making tools.

"Now then let's start" saying that I move towards the table pick up a flask and cut my finger while stopping my regeneration. After filling out one-fifth of it I feed it to one of the vampires chained causing fire to surge within his body and burn him inside out not even letting his screams out

'If I had seen this scene when I was a human I am pretty sure I would have vomited my guts out but will whatever now I know what I need to do to make it work' I thought to myself while looking at the empty bed, taking another flask I add water using magic while supplying it with holy energy creating holy water

"Is that holy water?" asked Erwin with both awe and fear

"yes it is"I answered while I suppressed my phoenix blood and decreased the quality of my angel blood using blood magic and adding a drop into the holy water

"but that's impossible only angels, human champions, or heroes can create it" he said with doubt

"I am a part angel" I answered leaving him in shock, mixing the blood and holy water using a spoon I created a purple-reddish liquid. After feeding it to the girl next to the previous one, she had purple hair a pretty face and a beautiful body

'she was pretty too, what a bummer' I thought to myself while watching her glow white for a bit and a cocoon made of blood suddenly covers her

"hmm what happened"I asked with surprise

"that's impossible...a subordinate vampire evolving that should not be possible" yelled Elwin with excitement and began writing something on a notebook

"Oi explain what happened"I yelled

"My lady there are many requirements for creatures to evolve and there are some races who are strong from birth and can't evolve anymore and one of those races are subordinate and royal vampires, and it is exactly the reason why becoming a demi-god or a god is this difficult" replied to me Leila while looking at the cocoon with awe

"hmm, and what about noble vampires?" I ask with interest

"they can evolve into higher nobles, but their maximum rank is A++ rank and we royals are S+ ranks" she replied to me

"hmm I see and how long will it take for her to evolve" I ask while looking at the cocoon

"I am really sorry my lady, but I do not know"she replied while bowing her head deeply

what came out of it was a beautiful girl with amethyst colored hair, two white colored bat wings, pale skin, with the perfect body opening her eyes two beautiful amethyst colored irises' and red vertical slit pupils greeted me
