Kai found himself in agreement with Ben's suggestion, and he didn't hesitate to voice it. "You're right."

This prompted Mina to give him a quizzical look as she called out his name, "Kai?"

Kai confessed, "Hah, as much as I'd love to have you all to myself, it seems fate has different plans. If this is what it takes for you to get better, then I have to reluctantly agree to his suggestion." His palms tightened into fists, the inner struggle between his desires and Mina's well-being playing out on his face.

Mina's dejected response was evident in her tone as she replied, "I see."

'She's sad,' they all thought as they noticed her sad face.

But Mina couldn't resist asking, "I do have a question, though. Who would be the second partner?" Her curiosity was piqued, and she couldn't help but ponder, 'Maybe more than one boyfriend would be better – if not, Kai might end up like that girl from the forest!' She trembled at the thought of that.

( Mina didn't turn back so she didn't know Fown was alive. )

Ben, offered his suggestion with a cheerful demeanor, "I'd suggest our senior brothers."

This left Mina somewhat bewildered, prompting her to ask, "Senior brothers?"

Ben explained with enthusiasm, "Yes, our two senior brothers who are at the same stage as you and are your rivals in strength. You can draw as much energy as you need from them, and they'll be perfectly fine. It's a better alternative to sapping the life out of this young man." With a mocking smile directed at Kai, he continued, "Besides, it wouldn't be strange. After all, they were your closest companions before you ran away." This time, his mischievous smile was met with yet another blush from Mina knowing what he meant.

"I see," she responded in a hushed tone, using her hair to conceal her face, an action that rendered her unbelievably adorable.

Ben, in an attempt to soothe the situation, chimed in, "I'm confident they'll be able to help you recover your lost memories."

She couldn't help but wonder with a sense of guilt in her heart, 'I suddenly feel like a terrible person! Just how many people did I sleep with that I can't remember?'

Kai, as if reading her thoughts, wrapped his arms around Mina and held her close in a comforting hug. 'I wish I found you faster in the past. But that time I was already too late, you had already lost yourself in hatred and bloodshed.' As he held her, he couldn't help but dwell on the past, remembering a time when Mina had pointed her scythe at him, her body adorned with scars, and her clothing hugging her form. "Stay away from me," she had warned him with cold lifeless eyes. "Or you'll suffer."

Mina, her face flushed with a deep crimson hue, muttered with a hint of embarrassment, "Maybe being in a polyamorous relationship might not be so bad."

Kai,m, nodded with agreement. "Then I'll agree to it."

Seizing the opportunity, Hyun playfully suggesting with a grin, "Mina, can I be your second boyfriend? Since we're discussing boyfriend selection."

Mina, believing he was joking, dismissed the proposal with a laugh. "Stop messing around. Those words should be reserved for someone you truly love."

"And who said I didn't love you?" Hyun asked with a confident face despite his cheeks being red.

This caught Ben's attention, and he couldn't resist probing further. "Why do you like my senior sister?" he inquired while scrutinizing Hyun.

"She helped me out alot five years ago," Hyun answered with a warm smile.

"I helped you out?" Mina asked confused by his words.

"You'll probably remember when your memories come back," Hyun said and Mina just frowned.

"I only remembered the time we met at the brothel!" She claimed as she puffed her cheeks.

"We met way long before that and you saved me. A great debt I would never forget," Hyun said. "It's a pity I couldn't get to see you again since you disappeared," he added and Mina looked at him surprised.

"But helping someone out is what anyone would do," Mina said casually.

"Not everyone," Hyun shook his head. "In our current society the strong eat the weak not help them. The weak are disposable dolls before the strong. But because of you I am the man that you see today," Hyun said flirtatious as he winked at Mina.

"I couldn't have done much," Mina said shyly as she scratched her head.

"You did a lot, I hope you remember soon," Hyun said with a nod.

"I'll try my best!" Mina said determined.

"So what do you say? Can I become your second boyfriend?" Hyun asked.

"Kai?" Mina called out as she looked at him .

"That's for you to decide, I don't mind," Kai said as he shrugged.

"Hmm then I don't mind also becoming your girlfriend. But I feel it's unfair since I haven't developed romantic feelings for you," Mina lamented.

"Don't worry, with my devilish charm you'll end up falling for me!!" Hyun declared confidently eliciting a light laugh from Mina.

"If you say so," Mina said with a warm smile.

"What about me?" Ben asked with a flushed face.

"You?" Mina wondered what his words meant.

"Basically he wants to join too," Hyun stated with a grin.

"Okay then. I have no idea how a four person relationship works so let's do our best!" Mina beamed.

'She's totally panicking,' They all thought as they noticed Mina visibly shaking, not in fear but in pure panic.

"I need to read so I'm going to my room!" Mina said as she began to walk away.

"Reoul why are you following Mina?" Kai asked coldly as he eyed Reoul.

"Did you forget that if I'm far away from her I'll die," quipped with a wry smile, tapping his collar, "I have no plans on dying now."

"You guys should become friends. I'm off to rest," Mina chimed in, quickening her pace as she dashed away.

"Let's become friends like Mina said," Hyun proposed.

"Absolutely not," Kai and Ben opposed in unison.

"What's so bad with being friends? It would only make our relationship awkward now that we're all dating Mina. And if we don't want others to steal her away we have to work together," Hyun said as he looked at both of them.

"As much I don't like you I would have to agree with your words," Kai admitted as he eyed Hyun.

"You probably hate us now don't you?" Hyun asked Kai.

"Yes, but I would also have to thank Ben for warning me," Kai said coldly as he looked at Ben.

"With Mina's current condition, if she didn't know she would feel super guilty. And I've seen many men die because they couldn't handle her in bed," Ben explained and hearing his words caused Hyun and Kai to shiver a bit.

"If I may ask what is up with her body?" Hyun inquired with a raised eyebrow. .

"Our master said it was something to do with a cultivation technique she was learning. And also her race. So not having sex could kill her," Ben shrugged.

"So if I may ask, why did Mina ran away? The time I met her she told me ran away from her master. Why was that?" Hyun probed as he looked at Ben.

"Well…" Ben began, hesitating slightly.

"Well…?" Kai added, interested in what Ben is going to say.

"She wanted to be in a serious romantic relationship. And find the so called man of her dreams whom she can love after achieving her goals," Ben disclosed, prompting Kai to burst into laughter.

"That's why she ran away?" Hyun asked with a light chuckle.

"Yes," Ben nodded with a bashful smile.

"Hahaha, she would totally do that," Kai laughed lightly as he wiped the tears from his eyes.

"She is an air head after all," Hyun chimed in joining the laughter.

"So once she gets her memories back?" Kai questioned, turning his attention back to Ben.

"She'll remain the same, just with a slight change in personality," Ben assured.

"Good to know," Kai sighed in relief. "I'm just glad she'll be okay."

______

"Hah, I don't know what to do!" Mina lamented as she slumped onto her bed, hugging her pillow tightly.

"So much is happening, more than I can wrap my head around!"

"Need to talk about it?" Reoul offered, taking a seat on the floor.

"Why are you here, Reoul?" Mina inquired, her eyes widening as she noticed him.

"Remember this?" Reoul pointed to his collar.

"Oops, my bad. I forgot," Mina chuckled.

"No problem," Reoul replied, moving to a chair as per Mina's suggestion, ready to listen.

"Please sit on the chair, you don't have to sit on the floor," Mina said to Reoul who nodded, got up from the floor and sat on the chair, listening to her words.

"Why don't you take a seat in the chair? You don't need to sit on the floor," Mina suggested, and Reoul obliged, shifting to the chair to listen to her.

"Is something bothering you?" Reoul asked, his gaze fixed on Mina, who was visibly pouting.

"Yeah, a lot," Mina admitted, gripping her pillow and turning to face Reoul.

"But I don't know if it's okay for me to just spill my problems like this," Mina hesitated.

"No need to fret, I don't mind lending an ear," Reoul said with a reassuring smile, earning a bit of trust from Mina.

"It's just so frustrating," Mina blurted out. "Dealing with memory loss and the gradual recovery is giving me a headache. Then there's Kai, who's aware of my true identity but decided to keep it a secret. He also asked me to be his girlfriend, which was the best news ever. And learning more about my unique body constitution, needing multiple partners to avoid killing them by draining their energy. I feel like some kind of monster!"

"That is alot to take in. But are you sure you can handle that kind of relationship? Your opinion must be important," Reoul advised, studying Mina closely.

"I'm not entirely sure, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I really don't want to see Kai so shriveled up again. Besides, it does sound intriguing," Mina confessed. "But one question still plagues my mind. What caused me to lose my memories? Are the ones I have now in my head, are they just fragments or figments of my imagination?" She scratched her head, lost in thought.

"So, what would you like to do?" Reoul inquired gently.

"Well, I've never had three boyfriends before," Mina replied with a light chuckle,

"Essentially, it's a harem situation. Can't really be surprised, given how stunning you are," Reoul chuckled.

"I guess so, and they're all good guys. Even though I barely remember Ben and Hyun, the one I've spent the most time with during this time is Kai," Mina mused.

"So, to ensure everyone feels appreciated, I'll give them all an equal amount of attention!" Mina rallied herself.

"That's a healthy mindset," Reoul nodded in approval.

"Also, do you like all of them?" Reoul inquired.

"Yeah, I do, but I have a special place in my heart for Kai," Mina confessed with a blush.

"In that case, you'll need to develop feelings for the others too if this relationship is going to work," Reoul advised, arms crossed thoughtfully.

"Yes, I will. And thanks for talking with me," Mina said with a warm smile that momentarily caught Reoul off guard.

"No problem," Reoul said, his face reddening as he turned away to conceal his embarrassment.

"Hmm, Reoul, how did you end up becoming a slave?" Mina asked curiously.

"Oh, I'm sorry I…," Mina stammered, flustered by her own question, hoping she hadn't offended Reoul.

"No need to worry, I don't mind sharing," Reoul assured her, wearing a somber expression. "I was just a regular farmer in a vampire village. However, our village was raided by a group of cultivator bandits. They managed to capture my people with some strange device, and they turned us into slaves. Since vampires can heal, they claimed it would be a waste to kill us."

"It's wrong. People who harm others just trying to live their lives peacefully are despicable!" Mina asserted, her teeth clenched.

"If your people are still alive, you can save them. You just need to become a cultivator!" Mina suggested, her face lighting up.

"I'm already a cultivator," Reoul said flatly.

"Really? Then how are you still a slave? Cultivators can't be enslaved," Mina wondered, confused.

"If they knew I could cultivate, some unscrupulous lady would have bought me to use as her dual cultivation partner," Reoul explained, his hands trembling slightly.

"Dual cultivation?" Mina raised an eyebrow, still puzzled.

"It's like what you and Kai do at night, but it's an energy exchange. However, in some cases of dual cultivation, one partner is sacrificed to help the other ascend to a higher realm. I preferred not to be used in that way. So, I guess you could say I was lucky to be given to you," Reoul concluded with a kind smile.

"If you say so," Mina replied.

"Um, would you like a hug? I heard they can make people feel better," Mina offered, opening her arms.

"I would," Reoul accepted, walking over to her and embracing her. Suddenly, Reoul began to shed tears as he thought about his friends and family, all sold and caged. He wanted desperately to save them, but his hands were bound, and he couldn't do anything.

"There, there," Mina consoled him with a gentle voice, patting his back until he stopped crying.

"By the way, Reoul is much bigger than I imagined," Mina thought, struggling to fully wrap her arms around him.

"Seriously, your situational awareness is terrible. Don't you know you shouldn't let another guy hug you like this, apart from your boyfriend?" Reoul whispered in Mina's ear.

"Well, I know you wouldn't do anything," Mina responded innocently as she looked at him.

"And who says?" Reoul teased.

"Because if you go against your master's wishes, your collar will hurt you," Mina pointed to the collar on her neck.

"You're right, I suppose. Just a warning, though: those guys would tear apart anyone who t

ries to hug you without permission," Reoul chuckled, stepping back from Mina.

"Thanks for the hug; it really did make me feel better," Reoul added with a grateful smile.

"I'm glad I could help." Mina said with a smile.
