Hey all, update #2 is here to tease a bit more~~.

Added: names and Gifts of the base cast chosen, praise dem edgelords (not showing them, I believe it's better to discover them little by little). More seriously, there are two gifts that can be called "edgy" but they are far from the worst and actually balanced.

Also, most of the names in my WN will either mean something in some obscure but real language and/or be a reference to fantasy/video games culture.

Base worldbuilding added. The mythology part is voluntarily removed for it is very plot relevant is not meant to be known by your average denizen at the beginning of the novel.

About Kyle's name (MC). I'm hesitating. When I started writing the novel, I was not very familiar with english culture and ended up choosing Kyle. But turns out Kyle is a bit like Kevin and has a somewhat bad undertone. So, shall I keep the name or replace it? Poll is just bellow, participation is loved :3
