Merely a fraction of a moment later, Emily once again moved, causing her to dodge one of the three sword strikes, allowing the two others to strike her body.

Interestingly though, just before it was about one of the strikes was about to touch her body, its location suddenly shifted by a few centimeters, causing it to fully miss Emily but just a hair.

By the time the final strike had arrived, Emily was able to slightly shift her position, causing the strike to only cut through a bit of her flesh before she once again moved, causing some blood to spurt out.

This was only possible thanks to Emily's extremely strong skin, which slowed down the sword strike considerably before it managed to strike her body.

A fraction of a moment later, just as a stray bullet landed on her and got stuck into her skin, Emily got her revenge on the three swordsmen who had just attacked her.

With a single kick, Emily suddenly swept two of the swordsmen, who she estimated were about as strong as Oro, off their feet and caused them to land on the ground with their ankles smashed to tiny pieces.

At this point, after having nearly the entirety of their main combat power destroyed, the morale of the rest of the pirates, who were mostly just useless cannon fodder, had completely collapsed into the ground.

If not for this fact, then the rest of the crew might've been able to cause some small amounts of damage to Emily, and might even be able to wear her out somewhat.

Sadly though, this was not the case, causing the pirate crew with frankly terrible morale to nearly instantly break apart after their main combat power was destroyed.

In truth, this was the case with most pirate crews out there, with most of them having just a small group of people inside of them with true loyalty and love for the crew, making them sometimes even betray it after having been given just a few benefits.

As for the rest of them, most of them did not care that much about the crews themselves, treasure and glory.

Of course, for any proper pirate crew out there, including the one that Emily had just destroyed, as well as the Storm Pirates themselves, the true core of the crew was extremely stable, and almost never changes with deaths and new members being nearly the only exceptions.

...

"It's quite a pity they were so weak, otherwise this might've been more fun..." mumbled Emily as she placed her hands on her hips and stared at the scene in front of her with a smile on her face.

A moment later, Emily suddenly moved to the side, besides some cover, without any apparent rhyme or reason in the slightest.

Not long after that, before most normal people would've been able to react, a hail of bullets suddenly flew over the spot where Emily had just been standing.

At the same time, Daniel, who was standing on the Thunder with a rather casual look on his face before, seemingly not caring much about what was happening, also moved, and ducked behind some cover of his own, like all the other rational people at the scene.

A moment after that, Daniel once again raised his head and stared at the spot that Emily was just taking cover in, only to discover that it had someone become empty, making his eyes nearly pop out of their sockets.

...

Without any hesitation in the slightest, Emily who was actually completely unaffected by the drugs spreading through the city, being far too strong for them, suddenly moved in the direction those bullets were coming from, causing her to catch a glimpse of a group of around 30 soldiers pointing theirs guns at her, currently reloading.

But even as the soldiers finished loading up their flintlocks and once again pointed them towards Emily, the vice captain of the Storm Pirates did not flinch in the slightest, and suddenly moved.

Unlike when they had taken her by surprise, right now Emily did not run away from the soldiers in front of her, and suddenly began moving from side to side as she ran towards them.

With relative ease, Emily dodged the bullets of the soldiers in front of her, and reached them after just only a few moments.

As one might expect, Emily was not merciful in the slightest to the soldiers who had tried to take her by surprise and eliminate her.

...

"So what do you want from me?"

Upon hearing the words of the pirate in front of her, Morgana, who had just climbed to the roof couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle.

"You must be wondering why such an event happened so soon after you arrived here, but don't worry, it's just a very fortunate coincidence, I mean you no harm, in fact, I've come to you to talk about something," said Morgana, still standing on her own roof, causing Diana to faintly frown.

"What do you want to talk about?"

"From what I've managed to find out, It seems as though you're lacking a ship doctor, am I right?" asked Morgana as she looked at the pirate captain in front of her, her smile becoming larger every single moment.

As she remembered the needles that had flown her way just a few moments ago, Diana couldn't help but faintly frown as she touched her chin, causing her to take a closer look at the woman in front of her.

"It's quite incomprehensible, a noble that's clearly doing just fine desiring to join a pirate crew so out of the blue, It doesn't look as though you have a grand desire for adventure, so what do you really want?" asked Diana as she looked at the young woman who was clearly not someone who had worked even a day in her life.

"I don't need anything, I'll be satisfied with being able to treat you..." said Morgana as she looked at Diana, causing the skin on Diana's neck to suddenly stand up straight, and for goosebumps to suddenly appear on her arms.
