After a few days, we got really close, whether it's online or in real life,
we would always be together, and on online we're in calls most of the time,
until finally I told my friends, I like her.
"Guys I think I like her."
Which they all replied
"We know."
"It's obvious you like her, you're always with her." Aries said.
"I never expected things to turn out this way."
"It's actually taking a positive turn"
I said
"Well things just happen, we can't really control it, it's fate, it does its own thing, we just gotta follow it." Aries said.
And that really hit me deep, it got me thinking.
"Maybe sometimes I should leave things to fate."
but then one my friends asked
"so when are you gonna confess to her?"
And they all looked me, and repeated the same question.
"When are you gonna confess to her?"
"So when are gonna confess Aster?" Aries asked
"You know what, I'll do it tomorrow" I said.
"Are you sure?" Aries asked.
"You bet" I said.
"After school, I'll tell her."
"Hey you're doing this because you want to, right? And not because of a bet."
"And make sure your feelings are true, but remember we're not forcing you to do this, if you don't really feel this way you don't have to."
Aries said.
"Yeah don't worry my feelings are true, i wont lie about that." I said.
"Do what makes you happy." Said one of my friends.
"Today is the day" I said to myself,
not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous,
I don't want this to end up like the last one, so I waited till school ends, I came to her,
I asked her "wanna go to the park?"
"Actually I need to go home early today."
She said.
So I thought to myself,
"ALRIGHT I GUESS WE NEED TO USE PLAN B."
(plan b was to accompany her on her way home.)
So I asked "can we walk together, I just wanna accompany you."
She said "ofcourse."
So while walking out of school, my friends were looking at me, whispering
"you got this!"
So while walking I told her
"what if I wanna tell you something?"
"Go ahead" Luna said,
my heart starts pounding like crazy.
"Well uhm" That's all I said.
I can't speak properly' someone help me!
No words were coming out my mouth,
I was too nervous to even say what I wanted to.
After that
"..."
It went silent.
The awkward silence is killing me, and then I finally said it,
"I like you.."
"Sorry what I didn't hear you properly, could you speak louder?" She said
And in my head I'm like, oh she didn't hear me, am I really that nervous that I can't talk properly?
So I said it again "I like you!"
"What?" She asked.
"..."
Another awkward silence, and at this point I'm just mad she isn't hearing me.
"I- I.. I F*CKING LIKE YOU!!" I said.
And instantly I covered my mouth.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to swear." I said.
She looked at me, dead in the eyes,
my heart was racing, then suddenly I get punched in the stomach, I was shocked.
I guess getting punched was just something I didn't expect I was flabbergasted.
"Is this a dare? This better not be a dare."
She said.
I laughed, and said "no this is not a dare."
"I wouldn't joke about serious things like this."
And right after I finished my sentence. She said.
"Oh we're already here."
I didn't notice but we were already at her house.
Why? How did we get here so fast, what??
So I told her
"I'll explain more on chat later."
Which she then replied "okay talk to you later, be careful on your way home."
She waved goodbye as I started walking.
