A couple of practices later and one general rehearsal later.

Today is the day of the competition, everyone is out at the field supporting their sections, ofcourse we also did, 

actually we were the noisiest section. 

Constantly shouting the names of those in the competition in our section. 

One by one the sections were called, 

And finally our section was called 

"section 3 the stage is yours." The commentator said, 

but before they all went to the stage I went to Luna.

"Goodluck, do your best out there." I said

She smiled and said "thanks." 

And it was time for their performance, 

the entire time I was just looking at her hundreds of people, 

20 people performing, 

and yet she was the only person I saw, 

as if she was the only there. 

"She dances so gracefully." I whispered 

"Yeah she does." Aries replied.

"Wait what?"

"You heard me?" I asked.

"Yep I did." Aries said

"Oh."

5 minutes later and their performance was done.

Ofcourse after their performance I came up to her. 

"so how was it? Did you have a great time?"

"Oh you bet I did, at first I was really nervous but when the music started playing I just started dancing! It was crazy."  Said Luna.

"Glad you had fun." I said. 

A couple of performances later and they announced the winners, 

we were all waiting.. but our section never got mentioned. 

"What? We lost?" I said as I was shocked, 

"looks like we did" one of my friends said. 

I could see all the ones that performed was devastated, they all looked defeated.

"Luna? Is everything alright?" I asked her.

"Yeah, just a little disappointed." She said

"Yeah, I can understand why." 

"You look tired let's go home." 

And we did, I accompanied her on her way home.

"I'm really disappointed we loss." Luna said

"It's okay, atleast you tried your best."

"I guess." Luna said.

"Hey we're here." I said while we were walking.

"Oh yeah, I'm so tired I didn't notice." Said Luna.

"Anyways you should rest, see you tomorrow." I said.

"Goodbye, see you tomorrow." Luna said.

Fast forward to several days later. 

Now it's valentine's day. 

Quite a special day, so I thought I need to give her the best gifts I can.

So I bought chocolates, I made letters, I bought a plushie to give her, and I bought a rose, and I went to school carrying all that in a bag.

Walking to school I keep talking to myself repeating some words

"I hope she likes them."

"I hope she likes them."

"I'm sure she will!" Some random stranger on the street said.

It was a very awkward moment for me.

"I hate when people hear me when I'm talking to myself." I said to myself.

People were looking at me, it made me pretty nervous.

"Oh what a lucky girl." I hear some stranger say.

As I step into the room,

my heart starts pounding, 

everyone was looking at me,

But I didn't care, 

I went up to her, and said 

"Luna, this is for you." 

Which to she replied "aww, thank you, you're so sweet." 

She actually liked them, and I was very glad she did.

"so uh, our foundation day is almost near, wanna go to the foundation with me?" I  asked.

She looked at me, and said "sure." 

"I'd love that."

And we both smiled at each other.

Some time later. school was over, and we went home.

When i got home I instantly got messages from her, she said.

"thank you again!"

"I love the gifts, specially the plushie, it's so soft and huggable." 

I replied and said 

"I'm so glad you like it!" 

We talked all day after that.
