Why is it expensive?
Yeah, If I had a stable source of income then why not? There are many books and Authors I want to support but unfortunately I don't have money for it.
I lovd reading and writing novels it's almost a magical experience for me And, I am trying a make writing my carrier or at least a second job because I love writing but my parents want me to do something else.
And the tools I use for my grammer and AI apps for illustration cost money, which I am spending from my own pockets because I don't have any patreon or something like that.
@Truckkun well for starter, the speed of release. 1 or 2 chapter per week doesn't seems good enough to draw ppl. At least that the speed of release in scribble, i don't know in patreon.
Secondly, the story. There are already so many harem story that people find it boring. Those story keep adding woman left and right for no reason, to the point the reader forget who is who, especially when the speed of your chapter so slow. People wait for days just to see it fill with meaningless interaction and the plot got nowhere. The good harem story only have few woman like mushoku tensei, because its make no sense to have so much.
You might ass well write something like Local Netizen Elfβs Life In Another World if you want to gain money from harem story. You see how many people subscribe the horny story and how fast the chapter release.
I don't know you real life circumstances but writer as carrier is very hard. It good for second job if you love it though.
