Hey everyone, Rio here! So that’s a wrap for the second part of Our Mom is a Magical Cat :))

I had so much fun writing this one because I got to introduce a lot of new characters, and I was able to expand the lore behind the world I created.

There’s so much I wanted to put in my story that I ended up cutting some of it, or else it’d be too long and overwhelming, but honestly, I’m more than satisfied with how everything came together.

I just wanna say sorry for taking this long to continue my story. I only realized this as time went by, but writing takes way too long, especially if you put so much love and effort into it. Being an author as a hobby is hard nowadays. The economy is so fucked up, and being an adult in this generation is so stressful that it’s taking a toll on my mental health. It’s a miracle that I’m not insane yet, haha!

Kidding aside, since I started writing this story, I already planned for it to end in a trilogy. I don’t want to make this story very long, or it’ll end up boring and also, you know, I’m not immortal. I don’t wanna leave any regrets when I die and leave an unfinished story.

I already have a gist of how this story will end. I even have a plan for a time-skip sequel if this story gets enough support, but at the moment, I don’t think I am capable of putting all my attention and time into making that possible. I was still in college when I finished the first part of this story, but as of now, I’ve already graduated and entered adulting life. Sadly, I wasn’t born into a fortunate family, so I have no choice but to provide for myself. Right now, my sole focus is finding a high-paying job and earning as much savings as possible to secure my life in the future. Like I said before, writing is more of a hobby rather than a profession. If only I were earning money by writing, then I would’ve just focused on being an author instead, but that isn’t the case for me.

I’m not trying to make you sympathize with or pity me by sharing my current status in life. I’m sharing this so you’d understand why it takes me so long to write and continue this story.

As of now, I haven’t even started writing the third and final part of this story yet, but I’m already flooded with so many great ideas. Honestly, I wish I could start right away, but right now, my priority is becoming financially stable.

Don’t worry, I’ll continue writing from time to time. It might take me another three years or even more to start publishing again, but I promise you, I will get there one day. All I’m asking is your patience and support <3

Just from the ending of part two alone, I know you already have a gist of where the third part of my story will begin, but this time, I won’t be dropping any hints to keep the mystery and suspense going :))

To everyone who finished reading my story, thank you so much! Y’all are my inspiration for why I keep doing this!

Don’t forget to share my novel with your families and friends. I really need all the love and support I can get right now because that will push me to do better and help me keep moving forward.

Also, y’all, I’d appreciate any kind of donations you could give me T.T I mean it. I could use the money to kickstart a merch store. I might be an author, but I started as an artist, and I wanna go back to drawing once again. I’m going to draw my original characters in my own art style and use it as a side hustle to earn more savings. That will be a really huge help for an individual artist/author such as myself.

That’s all I wanna say for now! I’ll keep you updated on my social media accounts, so don’t forget to follow me there to get notified.

Thank you everyone, and God bless you all!
