Emilia was surprised and never thought that Taki's name
meant something that special.She thought it was a normal name.Emilia's mother
Harumi is Japonese and her husband Liam is from America.They both met in Tokyo
when Liam visited it for work.Then they  both fell in love.

 

 

Taki : "I feel tired"

 

Emilia : "Oh he needs the Bluelight liquid"

 

Taki got some Bluelight liquid and after that he felt
better.

 

"Damn you android.You may be stronger than  a
normal human but you are still weak and need special energy to function" -
said Liam

 

 

Harumi : "Enough Liam.We discussed yesterday that
you would be nice to the android."

 

"He is just a machine.They are programmed to have
fake sensations and fake feelings.Why should I a human lower my head to a
machine?" - said Liam angrily

 

Then Liam left and went outside.

 

Emilia got dissapointed from her father but she expected
this  reaction because Liam hated robots.

 

In that moment Emilia grabbed Taki from his hand and they
went to her room.

 

Taki looked around and saw carefully Emilia's room.She
had many books around her room.

 

"Why do you have so many books?" - asked Taki

 

Emilia : "I buy books  mostly to kill time.I
don't have anyone to spend my time with"

 

"Now you have me" - said Taki

 

Emilia blushed and hit Taki with her pillow.

 

"Why did you hit me?" - asked Taki

 

 

Emilia : "How can you say something so cringy with a
straight face?!"

 

Taki : "I am sorry.I will be more careful with my
words.

 

Emilia : "That's not the point but whatever"

 

Taki : "Why does your father hate me?"

 

Emilia took a deep breath and explained :

 

"My father is a cop.His friend was killed by an
android"

 

Taki : "Why would an android kill a human"?

 

Emilia : "Because of jealousy. My father's friend
Android was to attached to his family and one day he had malfunction. My
father's friend family was going to return him  back at the "Proamium
Store"  as a "Broken Product" but the Android refused
because he loved the family and got angry and killed my father's friend because
of jealousy since another Android was going to replace him"

 

Taki : "I understand now."

 

Emilia : "If it makes you feel better my father
hates all Androids so please don't take his insults personally"

 

Taki : "I will do as you say"

 

Emilia : "You aren't a slave.Don't say things like
that.You are my friend now"

 

Taki : "You keep mentioning the word friend but I
still need to understand what that means"

 

Emilia : "You will understand it.Don't worry"

 

 

Emilia lied to herself because she herself didn't
understand what a friend meant.She had never a friend in her entire life.She
spent most of her time reading books.In school she is bullied.Most of her
female classmates are envy of Emilia beaty since every guy on Itomi School
wanted to have Emilia as their girlfriend…In the school wall bathrooms the
females had writen words like "I hope you die" "Filthy
Person" and much more disgusting words.

 

Emilia couldn't take it anymore and she decided to get a
Proamium Android.She didn't know what to really say or behave around Taki since
she herself didn't understand the meaning of the word "friend".

 

"Tomorrow you will be alone" - said Emilia to
Taki

 

"Why?" - asked Taki

 

Emilia : "I have school tomorrow.We humans need to
go at special institution called "school" to gain knowledge that will
make us productive members of the society.

 

 

"Can I come with you in school?" - asked Taki

 

Emilia : "Of course you can't.You are an
android"

 

The night came and it was time to sleep.Emilia showed
Taki his own room.

 

Even androids needed sleep since inside their head was an
artificial brain that functioned exactly like the human ones.

 

"Why should we sleep in separate rooms? - asked Taki

 

Emilia : "Because you are a boy and i am a girl.We
need to have our own privacy"

 

Taki : "But I want to sleep with you"

 

In that moment Emilia's face became red like an apple and
slapped Taki in his face and said :

 

"You sure like to say cringy things with a straight
face.It must be your talent"

 

Then Taki went to his room to sleep.It felt good to put
the head in a pillow since in the store Taki slept like a dog.

 

 

So the tomorrow came and Emilia put her school clothes
on  and was ready to go.

 

Taki saw that Emilia looked different with those clothes
and was staring at her.

 

"Why are you staring? Maybe I bought a pervert
android" - said Emilia with an angry face

 

"No its just that you look different with those
clothes.I am sorry" - said Taki

 

 

Emilia  : "Well whatever. I am going.We will
see each other later"

 

Taki : "Later then"

 

Emilia was going to school.She sat in the end of the
class at her lonely corner.She looked at the window and it started raining.The
noise of the rain gave her always peace and comfort.It was strange why she felt
that way when it rained.Maybe this was the special power of the rain.It touched
deep her soul.As she was looking at the window she saw Aoki.It was his class
doing gym training in the rain.The gym trainer Hinata always thought that
training in the rain made you stronger.

 

Eventually the rain stopped and Emilia could see Aoki
better from the window.Emilia had a crush at Aoki but she never made her
feelings known to anyone.She kept them hidden inside her heart.

 

Saki the class rep stood before the class and started
talking :

 

"Since it's autumn we will perform a show or you can
call it a festival for the school to see.We are in the final year of high
school and this time it is our turn to produce something.It is a tradition.Each
one of us will play a character.I thought we should make a short film.Since I
am the class rep I will be The leading actor."

 

"Why should you be the leading actor? Just because
you are the class rep it doesn't give you advantages over us" - said 
Makato

 

 

Everyone agreed with Makato.

 

"Let's make Emilia our leading actor.She never does
anything important in our class so it's fair we give her the main role" -
said Renji.

 

Saki : "What?! She barely talks and I doubt she has
any acting skills.

 

Renji : You bully her because you are jealous of Emilia.

 

 

Saki : Why would I be jealous of her? She is strange and
not popular as me.

 

Renji : I don't know…Since you like to bully her you must
be jealous of something.

 

Saki : You are stupid Renji…You talk like you are smart
but you aren't.

 

Renji : Well whatever.

 

 

Emilia was standing on her chair and was not talking or
defending herself.

 

She was bullied mostly by school girls in her 
class.Mostly by Saki,Yui and Hina.Yui and Hina stayed always by Saki's side so
it would be normal to bully her.Usually the three of them write bad words in
the girls bathroom like  "Emilia is ugly". "Emilia
shouldn't come to school anymore".

 

 

The reason why Saki hated Emilia was because of a boy
named Jeff. Before changing schools Jeff was in love with Emilia but Saki loved
him firstly.And this made her mad and to hate Emilia.Emilia was attractive and
many boys had proposed to her.This was another reason why Saki was jealous of
her.

 

But Emilia was never interested in boys because she
doesn't give her heart so easily.There was more to Emilia than a beatiful face.

 

 

Before the class ended Makato suggested that they could
vote the leading actor for the autumn show.It was going to be decided 2 weeks
later.

 

It was the last hour of the lesson and everyone was
tired.Then the Head Teacher came.He was handsome in his 30s and had a big news
to share :

 

"As you know now we are living in the future and
it's time that the Androids become our friends.Today I am announcing that all
special Androids will do more activities than working for the society.They also
will have the right to come to schools too."

 

 

Everyone in class was surprised.Androids coming to
school?!  Noone saw this coming.

 

 

Emilia shouted : "Ehhhhhhhh"
