By the time Meng Lin reached the estate, the sky had already shifted toward late afternoon.

The estate stood between a few natural hills, its weathered stone walls partially concealed by overgrown spiritual vines that had been left untended for years. A large formation shimmered faintly across the entrance, quietly sealing the estate from the outside world.

Meng Lin stopped before the gate and took out the jade token the Estate Hall had given her.

With a strand of divine consciousness flowing into it, the token immediately emitted a soft white glow. The formation rippled like the surface of a tranquil lake before slowly parting, revealing a narrow path leading deeper into the estate.

She stepped through.

The formation quietly sealed itself behind her.

The estate was far larger than it had appeared from the outside. Ancient spirit trees lined the stone pathways, while small pavilions, training grounds, and cultivation courtyards were scattered throughout the property, all connected by winding walkways.

Although abandoned for some time, everything remained remarkably intact.

The formations protecting the estate had preserved nearly everything within, leaving only fallen leaves and overgrown weeds as signs of neglect.

Meng Lin slowly walked through the grounds, silently inspecting every corner.

A small medicinal garden occupied one side of the estate, while a quiet lake rested near the rear courtyard, fed by a clear spiritual spring that continuously released faint wisps of spiritual qi into the air.

Finally, she arrived at the estate's main cultivation chamber.

The room lay deep beneath the main residence, where a Grade Three Spirit Gathering Formation had already been engraved into the floor.

Threads of spiritual qi converged from the surrounding spirit vein, causing the chamber's concentration to surpass even that of the city outside.

Only after confirming there were no hidden dangers did Meng Lin nod slightly before sitting down cross-legged upon the stone platform at its center.

'This will do.'

After the surrounding formations had completely sealed the room, Meng Lin slowly let out a long breath as if holding in something.

And like a dam bursting, terrifying thumps spread over her body.

Thump!

Thump!

Meng Lin looked at her left hand, where the Ancient Spirit Seal had surfaced, its serpentine body turning crimson.

Ever since leaving Heavenly Crossing City, she had continuously suppressed the changes occurring within her body, unwilling to allow even the slightest fluctuation to leak out while she remained exposed.

The suppression she had maintained was finally released, and a familiar warmth immediately spread through her left arm.

A deep heartbeat echoed within her body.

Thump.

Each heartbeat resonated through her blood, causing the spiritual qi within her dantian to stir as though responding to the awakening presence.

Meng Lin lowered her gaze.

The serpentine body engraved upon her arm gradually changed, its four stumps growing dragon claws as countless new scales, horns, and ancient patterns slowly emerged.

A powerful yet ancient aura quietly spread throughout the cultivation chamber.

It lasted only a dozen breaths before the crimson radiance gradually receded back into her arm.

Silence returned.

The once stationary Tortoise Dragon had become noticeably more free, its body now seemingly moving freely as it swam across her skin, as though in water.

The evolution... had finally been completed.

Just as she was about to call out to the Crimson Tortoise Dragon, Meng Lin felt the surrounding spiritual qi surge toward her like a tidal wave.

"Is this?"

Since arriving in the Immortal Heaven Realm, she had felt an indescribable sense of fullness, as though her cultivation had already reached its limit and was only waiting for a final push.

Now, with the Crimson Tortoise Dragon's evolution complete and the suppression upon her body lifted, her cultivation could no longer be restrained.

Her cultivation had already reached the peak of the Early Nascent Soul Realm, and the incomparably pure spiritual qi of this higher realm immediately became the catalyst.

Spiritual qi continuously poured into her dantian before being refined into pure elemental qi at an astonishing speed. The bottleneck felt nonexistent as it trembled for only a few breaths before cracks rapidly spread across it.

Boom!

A powerful aura erupted from Meng Lin's body as an invisible shockwave swept through the cultivation chamber.

Her Nascent Soul instantly grew stronger, while the elemental qi within her dantian became denser and more vigorous than before.

The violent fluctuations lasted only a few moments before the estate's formations quietly suppressed them, preventing even the slightest trace from escaping beyond the walls.

Meng Lin slowly opened her eyes.

A faint smile appeared on her lips.

It was faster than she had expected.

After taking a few more hours to stabilize her cultivation, Meng Lin opened her eyes, calling out the swimming dragon over her skin.

The crimson radiance lingering upon Meng Lin's arm suddenly intensified once more.

A brilliant flash erupted from the Ancient Spirit Seal before a crimson figure gracefully emerged, hovering before her.

Meng Lin's gaze narrowed slightly.

The Crimson Tortoise Dragon had changed completely.

Its once-serpentine body now possessed the unmistakable appearance of a true dragon.

Four razor-sharp claws rested beneath its crimson scales, a pair of long dragon whiskers drifted gently beside its majestic head, while two terrifying horns curved backward like ancient crowns.

Seven different elemental qi of, water, fire, darkness, shadow and even lighting continuously swirled around its body, intertwining without the slightest conflict as though they were naturally born from it.

More astonishing was its aura.

The pressure it emitted had risen from the Middle Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm all the way to the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm.

Meng Lin was not surprised.

When she first stepped into the Nascent Soul Realm, the Crimson Tortoise Dragon had already possessed the strength of the Middle Stage. After devouring two Ancient Spirit Beast Pills and benefiting from her own breakthrough, such growth was only natural.

The dragon slowly lowered its shrunken head.

"Mistress," it spoke, its ancient voice echoing softly throughout the chamber. "Thank you."

Meng Lin looked at it for a long moment before smiling faintly.

"You don't need to thank me," she replied. "Those pills were yours to begin with."

The Crimson Tortoise Dragon remained silent for a brief moment.

"Without Mistress," it answered respectfully, "this servant would never have possessed the opportunity to evolve into its current form."

Meng Lin shook her head.

"We simply benefited one another."

The dragon's golden eyes softened slightly before it lowered its head once again.

"This servant shall never forget Mistress's kindness."

Meng Lin slowly stood from the stone platform before walking toward it.

She gently placed a hand upon the dragon's forehead, feeling the incomparably pure elemental qi flowing beneath its scales.

"You're no longer confined to the Spirit Seal, right?" she said calmly. "There's no need to remain inside my body anymore."

The Crimson Tortoise Dragon quietly listened.

"From now on," Meng Lin continued, "remain hidden beneath my robe. Stay close to me and treat it as another layer of defense unless I summon you."

The dragon nodded without hesitation.

"As Mistress commands."

Its massive body immediately shrank into a streak of crimson light before attaching itself to the sleeve of Meng Lin's robe.

In an instant, it transformed into an intricate crimson dragon embroidery that stretched from her wrist to her shoulder, appearing no different from an ordinary decorative pattern while completely concealing its aura.

Meng Lin nodded, shifting her focus.

"System."

Looking over the main menu, her gaze lingered upon the single line.

The Taoist Gacha Wheel.

She had nearly forgotten about it amidst everything that had happened. Meng Lin's consciousness shifted as she entered the wheel, an assortment appearing on a wheel.

Looking at the new additions, Meng Lin contemplated.

Even after using the Taoist Gacha Wheel so many times, she still couldn't determine what governed its rewards, there was even a system map now.

Without hesitating further, she flicked her finger, causing the enormous wheel to immediately begin rotating.

One reward after another flashed before her eyes, the wheel spun faster and faster before gradually beginning to slow.

Its speed steadily decreased as the pointer swept past Void Spirit Jades, then to the Void Escape Talisman, before stopping at the Realm-Sealing Formation Plate.

As the wheel stopped, an ancient stone plate materialized before Meng Lin.

It was no larger than a human palm and was forged from dark jade-like stone. Countless intricate formation lines covered its surface, intertwining into an incomparably profound diagram that seemed to shift every time she looked at it, while a faint sealing aura quietly radiated from within.

Meng Lin reached out and picked it up.

The moment her spiritual sense touched the plate, a stream of information flowed into her mind.

A faint smile appeared on her lips.

"A formation treasure..." she murmured. "Not bad."

The Realm-Sealing Formation Plate was a unique grade ancient formation treasure capable of temporarily isolating an area from the outside world.

Once activated, it could seal spiritual fluctuations, divine consciousness, sound, and even spatial disturbances within its designated range, making it nearly impossible for those outside to detect what transpired inside.

Its effectiveness depended entirely upon the user's cultivation and the amount of spiritual qi supplied to it.

With her current cultivation, it was sufficient to isolate an entire mountain range indefinitely; any higher, and her spiritual qi would be depleted fast.

Meaning it was entirely possible to isolate a whole realm, thus receiving its name as Realm Sealing.

Meng Lin carefully examined the stone plate before storing it inside her storage ring.

Although it possessed no offensive power, its practical value far exceeded that of many sacred treasures.

After putting away the Realm-Sealing Formation Plate, Meng Lin's gaze shifted back toward the system interface before dismissing it.

Walking out of the cultivation chamber, Meng Lin made her way through the quiet estate.

The afternoon sun had already disappeared, replaced by a pale moonlight glow filtering through the surrounding hills and illuminating the overgrown courtyards with a tranquil light.

A short while later, she arrived at the rear courtyard, where a small lake rested beneath the open sky.

The water was exceptionally clear, reflecting the drifting clouds along with the full pale moon above like a flawless mirror.

At its center, a faint spiritual spring continuously released wisps of spiritual qi, causing gentle ripples to spread across the otherwise tranquil surface.

Meng Lin stopped beside the tranquil lake, her gaze settling upon its calm surface.

Only then did she remember the treasure she had obtained within the Talisman World but had never found the opportunity to use while staying in the sect.

With a flick of her wrist, a tiny emerald seed appeared within her palm.

Everlasting Lotus Seed.

One of the thirteen Primal Lotuses.

She crouched beside the pond before gently dropping the seed into the center of the lake.

The moment it touched the water, the seed slowly sank beneath the surface before taking root almost instantly. Fine roots spread through the pond as faint emerald light quietly blossomed beneath the water.

Soon afterward, a single lotus sprout emerged above the surface.

Meng Lin quietly observed the young lotus.

According to its description, the Everlasting Lotus drew its nourishment directly from the surrounding spiritual qi. The denser the spiritual qi gathered within its surroundings, the faster it would mature, eventually blooming with five lotus leaves that would continuously wither and regenerate over time.

Each regenerated leaf could be harvested for alchemy, forging, talisman crafting, and countless other refinement arts, greatly increasing the probability of success.

With the estate resting upon a spirit vein and the Grade Three Spirit Gathering Formation operating continuously, this pond was undoubtedly one of the most suitable places for it to grow.

Meng Lin gave a slight nod before sitting down next to the pond, allowing the newly planted Everlasting Lotus to quietly absorb the endless spiritual qi drifting throughout the estate.

For the first time in a long while, there was no immediate danger pressing upon her, no enemies pursuing her, and no urgent need to flee.

Only the soft rustling of leaves and the steady sound of flowing spring water remained.

A faint breeze drifted across the lake, gently stirring the crimson dragon embroidery upon the sleeve of her robe before everything returned to silence.

Meng Lin remained beside the lake for several hours, quietly observing the small lotus sprout absorbing the surrounding spiritual qi.

The peaceful scene caused her thoughts to drift.

She had finally entered the Immortal Heaven Realm.

However, after seeing Blazing Yang City and the countless powerful cultivators within it, Meng Lin understood one thing clearly.

This realm was far larger and more complicated than she had imagined.

Information was just as important as cultivation.

Without knowing the forces controlling the realm, the hidden inheritances, the ancient ruins, or the movements of powerful cultivators, even someone like her could easily walk into danger without realizing it.

Her gaze shifted toward the distant mountains surrounding the estate.

"Perhaps it is time."

A thought that had been buried in her mind for a long time slowly surfaced.

She could not continue wandering alone.
