Sophie's eyes widened in shock as she looked down at her own hands, flexing them experimentally. "What... what's going on?" she muttered, disbelief etched into every line of her face. "How is this even possible?"

I took a deep breath before speaking, trying to calm the nerves that were now wracking my new body. "I'm not entirely sure," I replied, my voice coming out higher and more uncertain than I intended. I still couldn't get used to the fact that I sounded like Sophie right now. It feels weird and fascinating at the same time.

Sophie raised herself from the seat and started pacing back and forth around the meeting room, trying to calm herself down. It was weird to see your own body from someone else's perspective.

"I think we somehow swapped bodies during the thunderstorm last night," I continued, trying to make sense of what was happening.

Sophie stopped pacing and turned to face me, her expression now a mixture of fear and curiosity. "What should we do now?" she asked, her voice trailing off.

"I don't think this is permanent," I said, trying to reassure her. "But we might have to go somewhere else to figure this out." I walked to the blinds and peered through them to see our office situation. More of our colleagues are starting to fill the office now.

"Let's continue our business proposal here in this meeting room for now. Then let's present it to the boss and ask if we can take a break from work for the rest of the day." I said it firmly, trying to sound more confident than I felt.

Sophie nodded in agreement. She looked a bit concerned but decided to follow along anyway.

"We need our laptop. I think it's still outside at the table where we left it. I'll go and grab it for us," I said before Sophie suddenly stopped me.

"N-no! I'll go," she said as she looked at me. "I need to touch up your makeup and hair." She gave me a pointed look, and I realised that, even though we swapped bodies, we still had a responsibility to take care of each other's image.

I nodded, feeling a little awkward. I watched as Sophie left the room. As I sat there waiting, I couldn't help but marvel at how different everything felt. The way my muscles moved, the way my hair fell around my face, and the way my clothes clung to my new curves. It was an odd and unfamiliar sensation, but it was also undeniably seductive and thrilling.
