In a realm adrift amidst the cosmic expanse, a lively gathering of beings filled the air with their infectious energy, sporting gleeful expressions and donning celestial halos. Yet concealed within this serene domain, amidst towering enchanting edifices, lurked a hidden dungeon. Within its confines, a formidable presence emanated a chilling aura, encapsulated in captivity.

Amidst this enchanting land, a remarkable sight unfolded—a resplendent woman with a rich brown complexion, brimming with joy, released a melodious refrain into the air. "🎶Tik Tok tik tok, the clock ticked as time leisurely danced away🎶," she sang, her smile radiating warmth.

Within her dark purple eyes lay golden timepieces, imparting a sense of captivating distance. Her short white hair, adorned with purple streaks, gracefully swayed in the wind as she shared her peculiar melodies. Encased within a luminous golden cage, intricate robotic patterns gracefully traced her form.

Alas, upon her back, deep scars marred the very spots where majestic wings were once destined to unfurl. Their brutal detachment left behind rugged marks, telling a tale of anguish and loss. Above, a myriad of chains suspended in the sky coiled around her entire being, each chain exuding its own unique radiance, a testament to the ethereal bonds that held her captive.

Seriously, how much longer are we supposed to keep watch over this goddess?" grumbled a man decked in resplendent golden robes, an ornate hoop adorning his head, as he stood in front of a colossal, imposing gate.

"Quiet down! Quit your whining. Whether it's for an eternity or beyond, it's our duty to ensure she remains securely confined," admonished another man, clad in simpler attire, his robes devoid of any ostentatious embellishments.

The first guard let out a weary sigh. "I mean, come on, everyone keeps talking about how dangerous she is, but I fail to see what's so menacing about her apart from her drop-dead gorgeous looks."

"Ah, you're in the dark, aren't you? She's none other than Eva, the goddess who went on a rampage and obliterated two universes under the control of the higher gods," revealed the plain-robed guard.

"And what compelled her to commit such heinous acts?" inquired the guard bedecked in golden robes.

"She claimed sheer boredom. She started off as some failed mechanical creation to a goddess ruling over time and technology, not only that but she massacred trillions of souls. That's how she earned the nickname 'The Bloody Goddess.' Superficially, her appearance may resemble that of a divinity aligned with the holy gods, but make no mistake, she surpasses even the darkest god in terms of sheer terror."

"If she's more dreadful than him, how did they manage to apprehend her?" mused the man in golden robes, scratching his chin, his face reflecting a mix of curiosity and confusion.

"Heh, man, can you believe it? More than four hundred gods and goddesses banded together, trying to take her down, but they couldn't lay a finger on her. I haven't witnessed her powers firsthand, but those who fought alongside her said it was less of a battle and more of a brutal massacre," recounted the guard in the plain robes, and shudder passing through the golden robes guard, though he opted to remain silent thereafter.

Meanwhile, within the luminous golden confines of her cage, Eva sat singing away. Annoyance flickered across her features as she caught snippets of the guards' gossiping. Doing her best to brush it off, she continued her melodic performance, gradually raising her voice in an attempt to drown out their conversation.

In the midst of her musical efforts, Eva's attention was captured by a delightful sight—a petite fairy positioned just outside her cell, sporting an enchanting smile. The fairy's entire body glowed pure white as she waved at Eva, who responded with a perplexed expression, surprised that someone could enter her cell unscathed. I the past, numerous daring infiltrators had attempted to free her, only to have their bodies corrode and transform into ominous black smoke upon contact.

Ding!

[You've been chosen to be the White Diamond's Pearl.]

[Do you accept?]

[Yes / No]

Eva's attention was abruptly grabbed by a notification that materialized on the screen. She glanced at it in mild bewilderment before shifting her gaze back to the ever-smiling fairy.

"Well, well, what have we here? This ain't my usual dose of digital interference," Eva mused to herself, contemplating the origin of the message. "Could it possibly belong to her?"

[ You can be freed from this imprisonment, once you choose to become a Pearl. ]

Eva couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the proposition, her curiosity piqued.

"Hmm... What's the deal, little fairy?" Eva inquired, her eyes fixed on her newfound companion.

The response flashed before her eyes.

[To serve as the master and servant to one of the mightiest beings in all the celestial realms.]

Eva chuckled softly, a wicked glimmer dancing in her gaze. "Well, well, that's quite the offer, isn't it?" She smirked, a touch of mischief tugging at her lips. "I see no reason to decline." Her voice dripped with a sinister undertone as she made her choice. "Yes, I accept."

In an instant, Eva's form was engulfed by a brilliant white light, vanishing alongside the fairy who shattered into fragments. The guards stationed before the imposing gate, noticing Eva's prolonged silence, peered into her cell, only to find floating chains and an absence where Eva once resided—vanished in the radiance of the white light.

The guard in plainer robes gasped, his face drained of color. He cried out, his voice trembling with urgency, "Eva has escaped! Sound the alarm! Notify the celestial realms!"

"Ugh, seriously, where am I?" Eva grumbled, her gaze scanning the surroundings.

She found herself in a dim void, a vast expanse devoid of life and filled with emptiness. However, in the distance, she spotted faint glimmers of light emanating from scattered white crystals jutting out from the void. Squinting her eyes, she focused on the distant illumination.

As Eva continued to survey her surroundings, she noticed a figure approaching her, draped in a humble brown robe.

"Well, well, I barely sensed her presence," Eva thought, surprised by the woman's stealthy approach.

Before Eva could even gather herself, the woman in the brown robe locked her gaze onto Eva and spoke in a courteous tone, "Greetings, Eva Grovel. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Eva let out an exasperated sigh, her patience wearing thin. "Yeah, yeah, same old pleasantries. Let's get straight to the point, shall we? What's the deal with this Diamond and Pearl thing?" she retorted bluntly and rolled her eyes, her annoyance evident. She had no time for pleasantries or unnecessary small talk. Straight to the point was more her style—no beating around the bush.

A subtle smirk curled on the woman's lips. "Ah, so you're a curious child, huh?" she remarked, amusement twinkling in her eyes.

Eva's eye twitched at being referred to as a child, but she bit her tongue, allowing the woman to continue. She could feel an immense pressure emanating from her, surpassing even the Regals she had encountered before. It was a presence that demanded respect and caution.

"I'll tell you a bit then Eva," The woman began to divulge information to Eva, shedding light on the ancient beings known as Diamonds. Her gestures were dramatic, emphasizing the gravity of her words. "Long ago, there existed powerful beings called Diamonds. They possessed the extraordinary ability to create and destroy life. It is believed that they still exist in the present day," she proclaimed, raising her hand dramatically and striking a pose. It was evident that she had a fervent passion for the history she was recounting.

"But that's all ancient history now," the woman continued, her voice carrying a tone of finality. "The crux of the matter is that you have been chosen as the next-generation Pearl. And now, my dear, you have no right to refuse. You cannot even resort to death as an escape."

Doubt flickered across Eva's face as she questioned the woman, "If these Diamonds are as powerful as you claim, how is it that I have never heard of them for a while now?"

A glimmer of sadness appeared in the woman's eyes as she responded, "That's because the Diamonds vanished from existence over thirty billion years ago." Her voice carried a touch of melancholy, as if lamenting the loss of a magnificent era.

"I don't understand," Eva replied, her confusion evident. "If the Diamonds have disappeared, how is it that I am being chosen as a Pearl for them? How is that even possible?"

The woman sighed softly, understanding Eva's bewilderment. "It's because the next generation, the children of Diamonds, are alive and well. Once you become a Pearl, you will receive all the necessary information and understanding."

Seeking further clarification, Eva pressed on, "But how did the old generation of Diamonds disappear in the first place?"

The woman's gaze turned somber as she answered, "Have you ever heard of the Regals?"

Eva's expression darkened at the mention of the Regals. The Regals were supposed to be divine beings responsible for the care and well-being of the world. However, their actions had deviated from their purpose, turning them into beings that wrought destruction upon universes and planets, indifferent to the lives they extinguished. Their behavior disgusted Eva to the core.

"They were the ones who orchestrated the demise of most of the Diamonds," the woman revealed, her voice filled with a mix of sadness and resignation.

Eva clenched her teeth tightly, anger seething within her. "That doesn't surprise me," she muttered, her voice laced with bitterness. "Considering what they have become."

The Regals, once revered as gods, had devolved into beings who reveled in the suffering of others, their actions driven by self-interest and a disregard for the lives they affected. They lived extravagant lives while causing immeasurable pain and destruction, leaving a trail of suffering in their wake.

The woman nodded in understanding as Eva expressed her frustration and resentment towards the Regals. "Indeed, the Regals have strayed far from their intended purpose. Instead of fulfilling their duty to protect and care for the numerous Dimensions, they have now become beings that bring destruction and suffering. They have forsaken their responsibilities and have chosen to wield their power for their own selfish desires."

Eva's eyes narrowed, her anger intensifying. "They act as gods, but they are nothing more than heartless beings who revel in the pain of others. They live in luxury while causing devastation and death."

The woman's gaze softened, sympathy evident in her eyes. "I understand your anger, Eva. The Diamonds, the ancient beings of immense power and wisdom, were victims of the Regals' greed and thirst for power. Some fought valiantly, but they were outnumbered and eventually fell."

Those Regals, they feed off the suffering of others. They're the ones responsible for obliterating her world. And no one dares to challenge them because they reign as the almighty gods in the celestial realms.

"I swore to slaughter every last one of those bastards a long ago," Eva clenched her fist tightly, blood dripping from her wounds.

"But you couldn't, could you? You were weak," the woman interjected, her voice cutting through the air. She paused briefly, her gaze shifting downward. "My former master, too was weak minded."

Eva's mind drifted back to her younger days when a radiant light descended from the heavens, shattering her planet and leaving her battered and broken. It was a miracle she survived, barely clinging to life. That's when she encountered a man with silver eyes, gray hair, and ashen skin. He became her savior, replacing her shattered limbs with advanced robotic parts.

Under his guidance, she immersed herself in the world of technology, absorbing knowledge with fervor. But everything changed when she returned to their sanctuary in the junkyard, only to find her mentor, her newfound father figure, locked in a fierce battle against two Regals.

Word about the Regals spread far and wide across their galaxy, their infamous reputation preceding them. They were cruel, sadistic gods who reveled in random acts of violence and destruction. People lived in constant fear, doing everything possible to avoid crossing paths with these merciless beings. It was believed that encountering a Regal meant certain death, as they took pleasure in killing indiscriminately or subjecting their victims to a fate worse than death: enslavement.

Eva's heart still ached as she recalled the brutal beating inflicted upon her father. The Regals had mercilessly battered him until he could no longer stand, all the while interrogating him. When he refused to answer their questions, they callously severed his head without a hint of remorse. Their laughter echoed through the air as they callously flew away, reveling in the power and pleasure they derived from his final moments.

As Eva rushed to her father's lifeless body, she watched in horror as it disintegrated into fragments, carried away by the wind. She was denied the chance to give him a proper burial, to create a memorial site where she could pay her respects. All that remained was a small clock, a token of his love and guidance.

That fateful day, Eva made a solemn vow to exact vengeance upon every single Regal.

From that momentous day onward, Eva dedicated herself to rigorous training, pushing her limits to the extreme. Once she had honed her skills to a razor's edge, she embarked on a relentless campaign of destruction, targeting the very universes where Regal children were bred and cultivated. With unwavering determination, she obliterated these realms, leaving no trace of their existence. The act sent shockwaves throughout the Regal community, stirring anger and retaliation.

In the face of countless Regal adversaries, Eva found herself locked in fierce battles, her resilience and determination on full display. Though they managed to immobilize her and tear away her wings, the Regals discovered that death held no permanent grip on Eva. Unable to permanently eliminate her due to her remarkable ability to revive, they opted to strip her of her powers and imprison her instead. Locked away, Eva's physical freedom may have been taken, but her indomitable spirit remained unbroken.

"This is an opportunity for you to grow stronger," the woman spoke, her tone coaxing and persuasive. "You will train the new White Diamond Pearl and continue to develop your own strength."

Curiosity piqued, Eva questioned, "Why was I chosen to be a Pearl?" she inquired, her expression filled with genuine puzzlement.

A mischievous smile tugged at the woman's lips. "Simply because I like you," she replied.

Caught off guard, Eva scratched her head awkwardly. "Sorry, but I'm not interested in women," she responded, attempting to clarify her preference.

The woman rolled her eyes, dismissing the misunderstanding. "No, no, that's not what I meant," she clarified. "Amongst all the individuals I surveyed, you stood out as the perfect candidate. I was captivated by your unwavering passion and determination to surpass the limitations of your robotic body. You possess unimaginable potential, along with the essential qualities of tolerance and patience required to guide and manage the new White Diamonds."

"White Diamonds? Can there be two of the same Diamond?" Eva looked at Selenite with a puzzled expression, seeking clarification.

Selenite nodded, her features calm and composed. "Indeed, in the case of twins, the possibility of having two White Diamonds exists."

Eva let out a sigh, contemplating her options. "Well, it seems like I don't really have much of a choice based on what you've explained. But I can't find any reason to refuse either. I'm considering the potential benefits, so I'll agree to become the White Diamond's Pearl. However, before we proceed, there's one thing I need to know. Who exactly are you?"

Removing her robe, Selenite revealed a striking form. Her body emitted a radiant white glow, but upon closer inspection, Eva noticed cracks marring her complexion, both on her body and face.

"I am Selenite, the former White Diamond's Pearl," Selenite disclosed, her voice steady and composed.

Eva found herself momentarily transfixed by Selenite's ethereal beauty, her gaze locked on the enigmatic figure before her.

Selenite, her tone innocent yet laden with a formidable presence, posed a surprising question. "Would you like to engage in a friendly sparring match to test my strength?"

Eva's immediate response was to shake her head vigorously. "No, thank you," she replied, declining the offer without hesitation. The sheer pressure exuded by Selenite's presence alone was enough to make Eva shudder at the thought of facing her in combat. She could only imagine the intensity of Selenite's true powers.

With a gentle smile, Selenite acknowledged Eva's decision. "Child, you will now become my successor." In an instant, Selenite closed the distance between them, laying her hands upon Eva's form and planting a kiss upon her forehead. Then, with an enigmatic smile, Selenite began to crack and shatter into multiple pieces, as if breaking apart.

Eva stood there, both awestruck and bewildered, as the remnants of Selenite scattered into the air, leaving behind a sense of anticipation and responsibility that now rested heavily upon her shoulders.

Eva shouted, "Wait a sec! I forgot to ask what Pearls even are!!"

Just as she voiced her question, a notification sounded.

Ding!

A message appeared before Eva, providing the desired information:

[ Pearls are immortal beings chosen by the Diamond to be their devoted assistants. They possess unwavering loyalty and can never betray their chosen Diamonds. Pearls serve their Diamonds with absolute adoration and obedience, acting as the overseers of their Diamond's system. In addition to their managerial responsibilities, Pearls possess formidable combat abilities, capable of engaging in combat with their own masters during training. Their primary objective is to support and assist their Diamonds in their tasks. ]

Eva blinked in surprise, realizing that the system was capable of providing answers to queries that weren't explicitly posed to it.

"Oh... I see," Eva muttered, feeling a tinge of awkwardness. She hadn't expected such a comprehensive response.

Another message swiftly followed:

[ You have received the former Pearl's blessing. You will now be transported to your designated space. ]
