The Lunar World.
As one of the higher worlds in the universe, the Lunar world was capable of housing mages of the highest cultivation currently possible.
A yellow-core mage!
It was the main world of the vampires and werewolves, two apex races with several smaller worlds within their control.
Almost five days after the secret realm opened, something never seen or experienced before suddenly occurred within this great world.
Be it the normal sky of the central, Southern, and Western continents, or the always dark sky of the northern and eastern continents, blue lightning suddenly covered the entire world without exception.
The unseen events caused several people to panic, but after seeing the most powerful members of their races move out in the direction the blue snakes covering the sky were heading, the people's hearts settled down. Their firm faith in these figures made them believe that all would be well. That was just how powerful these figures were.

At the desolate plains.
The blue lightning coiled like snakes above these desolate grounds before entering a wide crack in space, filled with nothing but chaotic darkness.
A few moments after this phenomenon started, a few figures appeared before the crack, high in the sky.
The first to appear was an over three-meter-tall snow-white-haired charming beauty with brightly glowing ruby eyes. Soon after, two figures appeared beside her.
One was an elderly man holding a cane even though he was floating high in the sky, while the other was a dark-haired with several white streaks beauty who was hugged by a black-fitting suit that accentuated her busty figure and pronounced her charming curves.
These two were specifically Headmaster Holden and Evangeline!
However, before the duo had appeared, and a split second after Scarlett showed up, the Lunar queen, Rebecca was the second to flash below the crimson sky.
A few seconds after the four appeared, two more presences showed up. One was a human, while the other was a magical beast.
If Arlo was here, he would notice that the human shared a striking resemblance with Rose while the magical beast looked a lot like Joe.
"What is going on?" Queen Rebecca was the first to break the silence, as she looked at Scarlett with a questioning look.
The other leaders of the two races also mirrored her actions.
Scarlett didn't reply for several minutes and instead had a thoughtful look on her face. As the bearer of the Lunar World's will, she was able to communicate directly with its consciousness.
This was the reason why the sky above the northern continent was always dark. Scarlett was able to utilize her free control over all the laws within this world to affect the environment. In the Lunar world, it wasn't wrong to call her a god.
This was one of the reasons why mages were thought to be even more terrifying than the rarely seen Ki and soul cultivators, as only a mage who had awakened a 'will' could bear the will of a world.
After a full minute, Scarlett opened her red luscious lips to reply, "It seems someone is facing a heavenly punishment within the secret realm."
"Oh!" The faces of these great figures shone with surprise. In several tens of thousands of years, there had only been records of three figures facing heavenly punishment.
Among these two were people with unlimited potential, one being the current holder of the strongest title, the void emperor. The last person made legend, as she was only a peak-level god-tier talent, yet was able to show battle prowess that was unmatched in the whole universe. This person was the ancestor of the Asura race, Mama.
Yet, one such figure seemed to have appeared, and it was even in the secret realm.
"Just who is this person?" Queen Rebecca feigned ignorance as she asked Scarlett. They already had an inkling of who the person was, after all, Scarlett had already informed her long ago that Arlo would enter the secret realm. It was the reason why she had also sent her daughter along, in the hopes that they would form a bond.
Scarlett shook her head before replying, "I don't know."
These two were the only ones who talked, as the human king and the beast emperor didn't dare to voice their thoughts. After all, while the world placed them in the same league as these two figures, they were aware that they simply couldn't compare and it was because it was their will that their races could even share the Lunar world with them.
While the others were in deep thought, Evangeline had a worried look on her face, 'Please, remain safe.' The thought of Arlo being the cause of this phenomenon never crossed her mind, and all she cared about was the safety of her only direct disciple.
Suddenly, the blue arcs of lightning entering the wide crack that opened like the maw of an ancient beast stopped moving.
*Rumble!*
The world shook and the sky rumbled. Soon after a change happened to the blue snakes in the sky. New lightning appeared in the sky, but this time they weren't blue, but stark white. They coiled around the blue ones and soon after a pressure descended upon the world.
*RUUUUMBLE!*
Many figures around the Lunar world fainted from the pressure, but thankfully, the new fusion lightning disappeared quickly into the crack under Scarlett's will, restoring peace and order back in the world.
"Just what is going on?"
The human King, Rose's father whispered in a barely audible voice. Even Scarlett and Rebecca now had deep frowns on their faces.

Back in the secret realm.
Arlo floated in the sky, appearing like a magnificent being coming from the heavens and gracing the world.
However, while he looked great and majestic, Arlo didn't dare to relax and instead prepared himself for the next wave, as his dragon sense tingled so much and warned him that the threat on the way was more than two times more dangerous than the previous one.
*RUUUUMBLE!*
An overbearing pressure descended upon the secret realm.
Several figures fell to the ground from the crushing force, and if it wasn't for Arianne, even someone as talented as Rose would have shared the same fate.
A surprised look appeared on Rose's face, even though she had seen what would happen beforehand.
"Thank you..." she whispered dumbly.
"Humph!" Arianne harrumphed in response.
The geniuses below who had fallen to the ground from the crushing force raised their head stiffly to look at the sky, only for their faces to go pale and their eyes to widen in terror.
There, above the floating Arlo, was a river of blue and white lightning covering the whole sky and coiling around each other.
However, unlike before, this new lightning that seemed to be three times as powerful as the previous one didn't flow to one point but instead coiled together to form a huge figure.
*ROAAAAAAAR!*
A twenty-kilometer-long eastern dragon made purely from blue and white lightning coiled around itself before gazing down at the small Arlo, with a look of disdain flashing within its intelligent eyes.
Arlo couldn't help but put on a serious expression but that expression was soon broken by a light smile on his face.
He couldn't help but remember his father's words to him the night he had lost to Tina.
"I was so great to the point that even the heavens tried to strike me down several times when I was still in my budding stages." he had thought his father was just being narcissistic. But now, Arlo was realizing how great his father was and how mighty the person who was threatening his life might be.
Seeing the lightning dragon still looking at him disdainfully, Arlo chuckled, "Heh!"
Without any hesitation, Arlo awakened his dragon bloodline. His dragon heart pounded faster and fiercer against his rib cage, and Arlo felt a terrifying strength surge within him, threatening to explode his body.
His body became covered in multicolored scales, as the two small bumps covered by the few strands of his golden hair grew longer, finally looking more like dragon horns.
However, that wasn't the end. Arlo winced briefly in pain as he felt something bulge out from his rear, and before he knew it a two-meter-long tail ending at a sharp point and covered in an aurora of colors whipped around behind him.
The air made slicing sounds from each swing of the dragon's tail, only to be swallowed by several sounds of explosions followed by massive air cannons. Arlo forcefully suppressed the shock he felt. He could feel the terrifying power his dragon tail wielded and he didn't doubt that it was at least five times more powerful than even his tempered parts.
Unable to suppress his excitement any longer, Arlo raised his head and released a terrifying roar, one that seemed to even outmatch that of the lightning dragon above him.
"ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRR!"
The lightning dragon shrank back briefly at the same time that almost all the figures on the ground bent their knees unconsciously even though the roar wasn't directed at them.
That was just how great and noble the aura around Arlo currently was.
The intelligent eyes of the lightning dragon flashed with shame and soon after it lunged down in anger to destroy the little rat that dared to oppose it.
Arlo didn't remain idle either.
Now that he had unleashed his dragon bloodline, Arlo felt so much strength coursing through his body that he felt if he didn't release it, he might run mad drunk in power.
Clenching his now scaly right fist, Arlo gathered all his strength and Ki, causing the space around his fist to quake from the tyrannical pressure. Before sending out a fist to meet the falling dragon, Arlo used the super sensitivity his dragon horn gave him to control the ki in his body. Soon after, as his white robes flapped wildly within the crushing air raging around him, Arlo's body became slowly enveloped in the outline of a white dragon head that had its mouth wide open and his fist just happened to be at the center of the outstretched mouth.
The lightning dragon seemed to sense something so it didn't wait to reach Arlo any longer and instead opened its mouth to release a lightning breath.
*BZZZZZZZZZT!*
The world brightened up in blue and white as the lightning breath streaked down towards Arlo.
Arlo's eyes were fixed on the approaching breath, and without any hesitation, he released his spiritual energy at the same time that he threw a punch with all the power currently being contained within his body.
"Dragon Roar!" Arlo's calm voice shook the world. A split second later, the dragon outline around him seemed to come to life as its blurry eyes quickly became fixed on the approaching attack, before releasing a roar.
*ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAR!*
Together with the roar of the white dragon outline, rose a pillar of compressed air no different from a breath attack.
In a split second, the lightning breath, and Arlo's breath collided.
The secret realm seemed to be enveloped in silence.
However, not even a second later, and under the horror-filled eyes of all the geniuses in the secret realm, all hell broke loose!
