Time we know are very unreliable when in space or other reality since it either have no day/night cycle or they have different time or nothing at all
which is why we needed better thing to count on
We have been searching for it for a long time and finally found it
it is most reliable and accurate as it count the same as everywhere
we discovered that there's a movement or a pulse which occur the same no matter where you are
we called it "Universal Pulse"
It also doesn't seem to have effect on anything at all, which is a good thing, otherwise we have to rebuild all of our technology to prevent unknown consequences
we can detect it very easily by either feel it ourself which feel like a wave from the sea is hitting you when swimming or detecting it using U.P.(Universal Pulse) Detector which is still 100% accurate even with similar or identical interference which is somewhat confusing to me but it works
For example of this for better picture, if you're near blackhole that cause time to dilate, you will either feel Universal Pulse more or less often but it still matched the outside
We do still use the seconds minutes and hours as they are relatively accurate in the smaller scale and we already used to it now
The Universal Pulse is occurring every 441,798,071-725,810,173 seconds system time (~14-23 years, earth time)
My age at the time i am writing this is around 5 U.P. which surprisingly not a lot.
Humans really are short lived.
