Mikami and the Knights are currently standing atop the body of the chained and immobilized Death Giradeer. Death Giradeer is now dying, and victory for the Knights is within reach.
"A LITTLE MORE!!! ATTACK CONTINUOUSLY!!!" Mikami shouts to boost the soldiers' morale.
"YEAH!!!" The Knights respond to Mikami's call.
However, as they attempt to attack Death Giradeer, its body suddenly turns red, a dangerous ability Mikami is well aware of.
"QUICKLY, MOVE AWAY!!"

The entire body of Death Giradeer now turns into a deep red, but before it can explode, a giant ice spear pierces it, instantly killing Death Giradeer.
All the Knights, Mikami, Rufus, and others immediately look for who threw the spear. In the sky, White Hero is seen flying, her hands shrouded in ice.
This time, the White Hero is Alice Vasilissa. Alice decided to change into White Hero attire after defeating the Lunarian Goddess, albeit it was only a manifestation of 40% of the goddess's power.

Mikami then approaches White Hero, and they face each other. Meanwhile, the Knights look relieved as they've finally defeated the monster wreaking havoc in the city.
"I'll remember this favor. If you need anything, I'll help you," Mikami says.
"Okay, I accept that," White Hero responds softly.
Alice then surveys the area, noticing numerous corpses scattered around, both knights and civilians. She realizes that even just with Death Giradeer, the damage is severe.
(If only you and the Knights hadn't shown up, I wouldn't have summoned Death Giradeer. My goal was just to take over the cult base.)

Honestly though I don't share or can't make sense of some of the protagonist's decisions and I still see a lot of similarities with Overlord. Overall I've enjoyed how the story is developing and I've loved the battles.
