once he controlled the different organizations, peter contacted the different mages, each of the mages knew that in a situation where two groups have equals fire power , you can win with numbers, so they quickly agreed to join peter organisation 

some of them like Liam or Oliver refused to join him and that’s why they managed to survive this ordeal

once the majority of the mages agreed to join one of his organizations, peter made the different organisation fight each other, little by little, he eliminated the different mages he had recruited and even grouped the last mages together for a final battle

in the end, more than 40 mages were eliminated because of him

Alexander wanted to stop all of this in the beginning but if these mages were stupid enough to not understand the situation they were in, then he didn't need them, plus this type of competition will be held every 100 years so it’s not a big problem if some of the mages are disqualified

he studied the different transformation spells , those who allow a normal citizen to transform into a vampires or a werewolves and reduced it’s side effects, thus allowing the vampires to be able to walk around in broad daylight and werewolves to be able to transform without the help of the moon

With such progress, and over the following years, the shadow planet became under the total control of Alexander.

he developed a system where every newborn and child on the planet was tested by taking a drop of their blood and those who showed an affinity for mana were taken care of with their families in cities specially built for this purpose

people from the shadow planet called it the golden ticket because if your child was admitted to this program then their parents would no longer have to worry about their physical needs for the rest of their lives.

he exposed the fact that he came from oberon and that the inhabitants of the shadow planet were not the only forms of life in this universe, he also told them that he was a level 6 mage and that there even had level 9 mages in this world

this revelations caused a huge uproar and news scientific theories emerged from all of this , the farms were transformed into resource points, the private schools changed their programs and all the scientists on the planet became all curious thinking about different worlds

after a certain period of calm, alexander once again shook the planet by providing major universities with all the 0 star research he possessed and this for free

you should know that even on Oberon, scientific research was of utmost importance and that no one exchanged them for free, Alexander could use “the internet of Oberon” , so he could access it easily but this was not the case for everyone, the shadow planet had access to information that even the mages of Agartha wanted

Alexander also promised that if anyone ever succeeded in making a scientific discovery, he would transform them into a level 1 mage, or even a level 3 mage depending on the importance of the discovery and that if they wished, he could bring them with him on oberon

he also provide the researchers with a liquid which boosts the gray matter of the brain and gave it to the elites of different universities and this free of charge.

Alexander had done all this for a specific purpose, a scientific discovery could come from anywhere and seeing that the planet was technologically advanced, he decided to bet 

the shadow planet was transformed , from a planet with advanced technology but with a lot of conflicts to a peaceful planet without crime

the funniest thing in all this is that Alexander didn't pay anything from his pocket, he even earned a few elemental stones because all this could have been done from the beginning and for free but the powerful families of the shadow planet were not sufficiently powerful to control all of the planet so the political division of the planet worked for them 

by doing his research Alexander made some discoveries but nothing interesting, by giving all the 0 star knowledge of Oberon, Alexander hoped to create a scientific branch in the planet and also used the resources of the planet to create spaceships and conquer the solar system through this

he will also use the planet in the future wars that he will wage against low-level worlds, vampires and werewolves being powerful types of mages
