As Ye Chen and Joyce wandered through the twisting passages of the Chamber of Delusions, Ye could feel the atmosphere getting heavier with each step. The walls seemed to close in on them, and the air was thick with an unsettling energy that made it difficult to breathe. Ye had a feeling that this place was designed to prey on one’s deepest fears and insecurities, making it impossible to trust your own senses.

Joyce, who had been walking beside Ye, suddenly stopped and stared at him with wide eyes.

"Are you a god?" she asked, her voice trembling with awe and uncertainty.

He hesitated, unsure of how to respond. In truth, at that point, Ye didn't know what he truly was.

They continued through the chamber, but ye couldn't help but notice that Joyce seemed to be growing more unstable with each passing moment. She babbled incessantly about how he would take her as his wife and let her join his harem, despite the fact that only one of them could leave the Labyrinth alive. It was clear that the Chamber of Delusions was taking its toll on her sanity.

As much as Ye wanted to believe that they could both survive this ordeal, he knew that it was only a matter of time before he would have to make the ultimate decision.
Eventually, Ye would have to kill Joyce, or let her be his downfall. The thought of it filled him with a cold, heavy dread, but he couldn't afford to let emotions cloud his judgment. He had to remain focused on the ultimate goal: to find Taro and rescue Sasha.

With a heavy heart, Ye pressed onward, leading Joyce deeper into the darkness of the Chamber of Delusions, knowing that their fragile alliance would soon come to a tragic end.

As they ventured further into the Chamber of Delusions, Joyce's ramblings grew increasingly incoherent and agitated. Her eyes darted around wildly, as if she was seeing things that weren't there. Ye couldn't help but feel a pang of pity for her, despite the danger she posed.

Suddenly, her tone shifted, and she began to spew venomous words about her late husband, Smir.

"He was such a fool!" she spat, her voice dripping with disdain.
"Always so hesitant, so weak. I'm glad he's gone. I don't have to carry his dead weight anymore."

Ye tried to hide his shock at her callous words, but it was difficult to conceal his disgust.
"You... you don't mean that," he stammered, hoping that there was still some shred of humanity left in her.

Joyce sneered at him, her eyes cold and unfeeling. "Oh, I mean it. I screamed when I did, just to distract him. He deserved what happened to him. He was nothing but a burden to me."

Ye’s stomach churned at her confession, and he struggled to keep his emotions in check. The weight of the decision he would soon have to make grew even heavier on his heart. This twisted version of Joyce was becoming more dangerous by the minute, and he couldn't afford to let his guard down.

With a grim resolve, Ye continued to lead her through the dark corridors of the Chamber of Delusions, knowing that the time for their final confrontation was drawing near.

As they trudged deeper into the Chamber of Delusions, Ye couldn't help but worry about the state of Joyce's mind. Her condition seemed to be worsening with every passing moment, and he feared she would become completely unhinged before they had the chance to confront Taro.

Thankfully, they stumbled upon another Safe Room, a sanctuary within the chaos of the labyrinth. Grateful for the respite, Ye decided to take advantage of the opportunity to meditate and recover more strength.

Ye settled into a deep state of meditation, body and mind finding solace in the calm stillness of the Safe Room. However, it wasn't long before he was jolted back to reality.

His eyes shot open as Ye found himself pinned beneath Joyce, who was now completely naked and straddling him. He was momentarily stunned, unsure how to react to this unexpected and unwelcome development.

"Joyce, what are you doing?" he demanded, voice sharp with the shock of the situation.

Her eyes, now dark and lustful, locked onto his.
"Don't you see, Ye?" she purred, a wicked smile spreading across her lips.
"We're meant to be together. You can take me into your harem after you've killed Taro and everyone else. We can rule the world together."

Ye couldn't believe what he was hearing. Joyce had truly gone mad, and he knew he had to find a way to extricate himself from the precarious situation.

Joyce's eyes were wide and desperate as she continued to plead with me. "Please, Ye," she implored, her voice trembling. "Make love to me before you kill me. I know I won't make it out of this labyrinth alive, but at least let me have this one final moment of pleasure with you."

He stared at her, conflicted and disturbed by the turn of events. She had lost all sense of reason, and realized that he needed to find a way to distance himself from her before her madness dragged him down with her.

"Joyce," he said, voice firm and resolute, "I cannot give you what you're asking for. This is not the time or place for such actions, and we must stay focused on our mission. I understand that you're struggling, but we cannot allow ourselves to be consumed by our desires."

Tears welled up in her eyes, and she looked at him with a mixture of pain and anger. "You think you're so righteous, don't you?" she hissed. "But we both know that neither of us is innocent. We've both killed, and we'll continue to kill until only one of us remains. So why not indulge in a moment of passion before we return to the bloodshed?"

As Joyce continued to beg, he felt a pang of sympathy for her. She had truly lost her mind in the Chamber of Delusions, and Ye knew that she would not make it out of the labyrinth alive. Perhaps, he thought, giving in to her request would bring her some measure of peace before she met her end.

"Alright," Ye relented, voice softening. "If it brings you some solace, I will grant your request.”

Her eyes lit up with a mixture of gratitude and desperation, and she leaned in to kiss him. Ye couldn't deny that there was a certain chemistry between them, but he couldn't shake the feeling that he was making a grave mistake. Ye pushed aside the doubts, reminding himself that this act of intimacy might be the only kindness he could offer her in the face of the darkness that lay ahead.

As they became entwined in each other's arms, Ye felt an uneasy tension in the air, as if some unseen force was watching them, waiting to make its move. As they shared this brief moment of passion, he wondered what unforeseen consequences might arise from their actions, and whether the fleeting pleasure would ultimately seal their fates.

But for the moment, Ye focused on Joyce, doing his best to provide her with the comfort she so desperately sought. But what would he do with this mad woman once they were finished? Little did he know that the Labyrinth had more surprises in store.
