With a deep breath, Konrad’s voice reverberated endlessly through the country. Crowds stuck to radios listened intently, not daring to miss even a second of his speech.

[Today, we come together to celebrate a great victory against our enemy! Those who once looked down on us are no more. Under our very feet is their capital!]

[We have set a new precedent, a new record! The record for the fastest growth, the most advanced technology, the most united nation! You are now amongst the most powerful armies of the world, feared by all countries, weak or strong!]

[However, our nation’s enemies only grow stronger, for right on our border, there is an enemy trying to take the fruits of our victory, in an attempt to wipe our nation from the map of the world!]

[Yes, is it the beastmen! They are not content with just destroying us from the inside, they are now blatantly taking action against us outside!]

Konrad pulled out a piece of paper and wildly gestured to it. To him, the victory and conquering of the Elsass Empire was guaranteed to happen, a safe and predictable plan. However, his next move would not be so smooth and shiny.

[In my hand I am carrying the proof! Proof, that the arms used against our very own troops were supplied by beastmen!]

[They raided, they massacred our supply warehouses at home and sent them straight to our enemies!

[They thought they were being secret, that we wouldn’t know. That we wouldn’t dare to know, that we would just sit by and let them trample on our dignity, to blatantly challenge our bottom line!]

[Tell me is this acceptable?]

The killing intent given off by thousands of passionate and angry soldiers surprised even the Archbishop. The entire country was shocked, furious at what had happened. The representatives were stunned and simply could not comprehend how they were so united, sharing such a tight sense of comradery.

[We have always been a friendly country, we have never provoked anybody, we seek only to live in harmony]

[But that does not mean that we are weak! It does not mean that our pride can be trampled!]

[I can say without a doubt that as we, the pioneers of humanity grow stronger, they will ambush us!]

[Tell me, why has humanity not risen even after so many years!]

[It’s because of their suppression! They want to keep us weak, so they can take over the entire world! They want to extinguish us, to slaughter us till we no longer exist on this land! On our rightful land!]

[Therefore, there is no possibility that they will tolerate us! Today they’re supplying the enemy, tomorrow they’re slaughtering your families, the day after they’re waging war against humankind!]

[They are the root of evil, mere animals acting on instinct! And you know of their evil! When I first came to this land, I saw a nation of people, exploited and corrupted from the inside by demi-humans! I have set an example of expelling this plague from our land, tell me how great you are now, look at how strong you stand!]

[For these beastmen have forgotten their place, forgotten that we are the undisputed overlords of the land! These beastmen have resided here for far too long, exploiting our lands, raiding our cities, enslaving our people!]

[How DARE they commit such tyranny, such moral injustice, such hypocrisy?!]

[But I must ask. How have we allowed things to get to where they are now? How have we allowed these beastmen to reach such a point?]

[I say with definite proof that it has been enabled by humanity! I look out into the world and what do I see? Weakness! Making concessions, unwilling to fight, afraid to fight!]

[This path of weakness merely delays the end! I tell you, at this moment the beastmen are stronger than they have ever been! Their threat is greater than it has ever been!]

[So we have no choice, we can only fight! Tell them that we do not fear them, that we will not sit by! Even if we are the first to do so! Even if we are the only ones to stand out in opposition!]

[We unite in the name of freedom! Fight for a new and fair world! We fight for everyone to have a job! Fight for our dignity! Fight for our promise! For today, I declare that only one of us can exist in the world! When the smoke disperses and the rubble clears, there will only be one of us left standing!]

[Either you support our cause, or you are a traitor to our entire species! Because I have a dream, a beautiful one, one where humanity is the sole, supreme overlord of the world! One where all the inferior animals are confined to the corners of the world, enslaved and tiny in population!]

[Look back at history, I can prove to you that every single devastating war fought in human history has been provoked by, and artificially elongated by these animals! They hide in their filthy burrows, salivating and foaming at the mouth, planning the downfall of humanity!]

[So, for our future, I call upon you! I call upon you, the soldiers of the Third Reich, I call upon you, the people of the Third Reich! I call upon every person, male or female, tall or short, smart or stupid, beautiful or ugly, good or evil, to unite under the banner of humanity, to join our glorious crusade, for the morning where humanity reigns supreme will be a beautiful one! We are heirs of a glorious past, and we will return to our former greatness! Every one of you will be remembered as a warrior, a pioneer, a hero of humanity!]

The parade broke out into cheers as the soldiers struggled to keep formation. They saw the light they saw the future! For the first time, they weren’t reading history, they were writing it! Their names, their legend would go down in history!

[The Third Reich will live on for a thousand, thousand years!]

Konrad gazed into the distance, his chest tumbling with emotion. He knew what his speech, his decisions would do to the world. Yet, he didn’t feel any guilt or hesitation. In fact, quite the opposite. Like the people he was addressing, he shared the same excitement, the same purpose. And it was at this moment, that he made a promise in his heart.

[I will always rule this nation, whether it be in one form… or another…]

Konrad looked at the explosively cheering crowd and raised his right hand in salute to conclude the speech.

[Hail Victory!]

The crowd, not just the huge one below the stage, but across the entire country, responded in turn, their voices breaking with emotion.
