Rias POV:

I gaze at the young boy who mysteriously appeared in the familiar forest, My older brother informed me that his appearance there was seemingly an unfortunate accident 

He now lays in one of the many rooms in the Gremory residence after the doctors treated all of his wounds

(A MEGA POKÉMON!) I hear the voice joyfully exclaim within my head my eyes slightly narrowing at his infectious joy

I slowly reach out stroking my fingers through his black hair as my hand brushes through it I grasp the ends of his hair that are colored a flame orange

‘How strange’ I cannot help but muse I had already asked koneko if it was dyed but she had said it was natural 

(But wait isn’t mega evolution super dangerous for the Pokémon?) the concerned voice interrupts my train of thoughts 

(Oh I suppose that makes sense) the boy responds to something I cannot hear

I gently drag my fingers down his face eventually cupping his cheek ‘I want him in my peerage’ with that I decided to stay by his side so I can ask him to join when he awakes

MC POV:

[ The User will obtain a egg that will hatch a random Pokémon capable of mega evolution, This Pokémon will be very unique as its mega evolution will be treated as a normal evolution] The system responds to my worried question 

‘Wait, What If I took the Boosted Gear From Issei and transferred it into my Pokémon’ I thought with even more ideas and possibilities filling my mind

Imagine fighting a Mega Charizard and it suddenly pulls out scale mail just imagining the destruction it could cause

 ‘If a still relatively weak Issei could destroy an entire mountain unintentionally after gaining Balance Breaker what could a already busted Pokémon do?’ Forget about its Mega what could something like Venasaur do with the boosted gear

Could it possibly create entire jungles? What about Blastoise would it be able to absolutely flood entire cities?

Before I could even finish the thought of lopunny with divine dividing I felt as though I was being dragged out of this sanctuary of peace and comfort

I groan at strange feeling all over my body my finger tips throb and my teeth and jaw feel sore

My eyes slowly open to see a lavishly decorated room but I notice a ver familiar girl 

(IS THAT RIAS GREMORY!!) I begun to internally panic I haven’t prepared myself for this, mentally I was hoping such an opportunity would present itself

But now that she was right infront of me I didn’t know what to do or say I was hoping to throw a plan together while she was seemingly sleeping but as though experiencing a terrible nightmare

She startled awake looking around herself in a panic (Ok calm down no big deal just got to play it cool) I tried to hype myself up but….

Rias POV:

(IS THAT RIAS GREMORY!!) I was startled awake by the very loud and panicked voice sounding in my head I looked around the room for any danger the words not truly registering in my head just yet

(Ok calm down no big deal just got to play it cool) I hear the voice once more this time realizing what happened I looked toward my newest peerage prospect 

Only to find him turned to his side pretending to sleep (Yeah I’m not ready for this imma just pretend to sleep till she leaves) The boys voice states in my mind

“I know you’re awake I saw you move” i blankly state watching as the rhythmic movement of his body halts for a moment before he starts snoring 

(If I keep acting will she just drop it?) I move towards the bed moving to the side he is facing and move the blanket to see his eyes half open in a squint his pale pink eyes focusing on me

“Can we stop this act and talk about a proposal I have for you?” I say to him flashing a smile

“…” A minute passes but he doesn’t stop acting like he’s sleeping not even blinking his eyes are still focused in on mine 

(I can play this off right?) I watch as he shoots up cartoonishly yawning then flopping back down and looking at me once more 

“Who are you?” He robotically questions 

I sit there for a second before deciding to just play along

“I am Rias Gremory a devil would you be interested in joining my peerage.” I cut to the chase hoping for the best

(Fuck she better not be playing around with me) I watch as the boy fakes confusion I can't help but find his acting quite adorable 

His voice has an undertone of excitement instead of confusion and whilst I am talking about the functions of a peerage he isn't even paying any attention

(should I play hard to get? Would it be suspicious if I just threw my humanity away easily?) the voice is constantly considering every action it wishes to take as I speak

I cannot help but feel joy begin to bubble up within me as I watch him think about it after I finish explaining the peerage system

(I totally want to join the weaknesses of devils are relatively irrelevant when compared to what Rias  herself can offer) the boys seeming knowledge about me just interest me even more

Where did he come from? Sirzechs confirmed he wasn't from any supernatural faction the human records about him normal nothing special about them

Even ignoring my personal interest in him his magical talent is desirable enough for humans like him moving/controlling mana should be near impossible 

But he was able to create a decent attack with his mana if as a human he can do that what could he do once he was a devil with proper guidance 

(If I join Rias I could totally worm myself into all of their hearts and play the damsel right? Fighting sucks i 100% want to be carried by these people) the voices content slightly worries me

(This is my second life I also have a system why should I waste my time fighting) the unexpected revelation shocks me

(Sure I would become a servant of someone but that someone is Rias Gremory if I play this right and use my system and knowledge about herself and the peerage to improve their strengths “and mental states” wouldn't she totally treat me like how she did with issei?) At this moment I could barely follow what the boy was thinking
