In the bustling city of Semarang, in the year 1953, the air was filled with the enchanting aroma of exotic spices. The people of Indonesia were in search of a balance between hope, resilience, and hunger. They wanted progress, as their country was on the edge of change, with dreams of independence.

Luxury and inequality painted the backdrop of Semarang. The city had fancy colonial buildings that showed how wealthy some people were. They reveled in opulent lifestyles, and extravagant parties, and flaunted their wealth. Meanwhile, most people faced poverty and couldn't achieve their dreams of a better future.

In this atmosphere, Wei and his wife, Dr. Sophia Chang, worked hard in their careers.

Wei married Sophia, who is Peter Chang's daughter. After their marriage, Wei became the head of his father-in-law's sugar factory. This brought him abundant luxury. he became a prominent figure, overseeing a multitude of native Indonesian workers.

Chinese families value cultural traditions and may see Indonesian domestic helpers as less important. They considered themselves protectors of Chinese culture. The staff in their home were seen as obedient and responsible for meeting their needs. Many people thought Indonesian workers were inferior and should be thankful for the chance to work. In short, money held the power.

Wei, cunning as he was, exploited this viewpoint to his advantage.

Wei, Sophia, and the Chang family were kind and respectful to their household staff. Mbok Imah worked for the Chang family while Sophia grew up, treating her like a second mother. Sophia even regarded Mbok Imah as her good mother figure.

Wei was clever and knew that unfair treatment, long hours, and neglect were harmful. The workers felt belittled. No, not solely due to his cunning nature, but because he saw an opportunity to exploit the situation for his gain.

For the Chang family, the names Sophia and her father Peter already indicated a departure from the norms of most Chinese families at that time. They went to church and socialized with many people of European descent. Wei, also known as Tian Wei, came from a rural Chinese family. They worked as farmers with the local population.

It was this background that made Wei fluent in Javanese and easily able to socialize with the local people in his surroundings.

That's why, in the factory he managed, Wei formed a close friendship with Bagas, a Javanese man who eventually became his trusted assistant. Bagas knew Wei very well, taking on the role of his personal guard and partner in mischief.

Bagas was acutely aware of Wei's tendency to charm young women, regardless of their background or origin. He was ready to assist, especially when it concerned the workers or household staff.

So, with this background, our story unfolds.

That year, Sophia and Wei were blessed with a baby boy. The Chang family rejoiced in welcoming their first grandchild. The presence of a baby boy was particularly special for the Chinese family at that time. Mr. Peter Chang, in particular, even felt like he had seen the heir to his conglomerate business.

However, the joy only added to the burden for Dr. Sophia Chang, who was extremely busy pursuing her career. She found it difficult to leave her duties as a doctor at the hospital in the city. She wanted to rely on Wei, but Wei was also occupied with his responsibilities at his father's factory. So, the husband and wife decided to look for a caregiver for their child.

With the help of Imah, they found Nur and Ayu. Two girls were brought by Imah from a village near the city of Semarang.

These two young village girls immediately caught Wei's attention, and in his quest for the best, he decided to interview them.

In the morning, Mbok Imah asked Nur and Ayu to meet Sophia and Wei. Wei continued the session because Sophia had to go to the hospital.

He couldn't help but notice their youthful beauty and innocent charm. The room seemed to brighten as they stepped in, their presence filling the air with subtle energy.

Wei instructed Imah to arrange for them to enter his office individually.

Nur glided into Wei's office, her slender figure exuding an undeniable elegance. Her tan skin, kissed by the sun, seemed to glow with a natural radiance. Her long, silky hair cascaded down her back, shimmering like strands of spun gold. The way she carried herself with such poise and grace was a testament to her Javanese heritage. Her eyes shined with confidence as she stood before Wei, captivating and irresistible.

"So, Nur, tell me about yourself," Wei said, his voice smooth and captivating. He watched as her cheeks flushed, a sign that she was flustered by his attention.

Nur spoke softly, but with determination, mentioning her origins in a small village near Semarang. "I have always dreamed of coming to the city and experiencing new opportunities. I am hardworking and dedicated, willing to learn and grow."

Wei nodded, his gaze locked on Nur's face, captivated by her irresistible allure. He motioned for Nur to stand and turn, wanting a clearer picture of her exquisite figure.

With a mischievous smile, Wei painted a scenario in which a dusty wardrobe needed cleaning, and he asked Nur how she would tackle the task. Nur nodded and reached up, stretching to reach higher.

"Higher!" Wei commanded, and Nur reached even farther, causing her sleeves to roll up completely. Wei's eyes fixated on the clear sight of Nur's fair underarms.

"Stay there!" Wei said, moving closer, and taking a breath. "Excellent!" he praised, giving his assessment. "You're clean! Your body doesn't smell," Wei whispered, surprising Nur. She had no idea that her potential employer was observing her underarms.

Nur quickly folded her arms and straightened her attire, feeling a sense of embarrassment. She lowered her head in shyness.

"Working here requires the same level of cleanliness as you possess," Wei said, implying that he accepted Nur for the job.

Nur left the room with a sweet smile, stealing a glance at Ayu, who had just entered.

Ayu's demure nature was evident from the moment she stepped through the door. Wei asked her the same question he had asked Nur, and he wasn't surprised when Ayu gave a similar answer.

Ayu, a girl from Java with dark skin, stood before Wei. Her bright complexion stood out in the room, showing her Javanese heritage. Her wide, innocent eyes held a certain naivety that only added to her charm. As she stood there, anticipation and nervousness flickered in her gaze, unaware of the impact she had already made with just her presence.

Wei stood near Ayu, his face close to hers, and spontaneously exclaimed, "You're so beautiful!"

Ayu felt embarrassed. She lowered her head and hugged her chest. She suspected her potential employer's intentions. Her nerves intensified when Wei reached for her curly hair, sniffing it, and then took a deep breath near her neck and shoulders.

Wei raised her hand and then lowered his head into Ayu's underarm. He approached Ayu's armpit, and while gazing at Ayu's shy face, he asked, "How old are you?"

"Fifteen," Ayu replied briefly. "Oh, God! You are so young," Wei commented, sniffing again.

"Mbok!" Wei called out to Mbok Imah, who was waiting outside the room.

Ayu's face filled with fear as Imah approached her. Wei teased Ayu saying, "Look at this girl. Why are you scared?" and Ayu shook her head. Ayu didn't use any language except her body language, which was filled with stiffness.

"Mbok, I'm going to the office now," Wei informed Imah.

"I'm assigning Ayu to be the caregiver, alright?" Wei explained to Imah. "Nur will assist you in the kitchen and clean the bedrooms," Wei continued,

Ayu's face lit up with joy, and she seemed to shake Imah's hand happily. "Oh, and please teach Ayu to speak," Wei joked with Imah.

With a happy expression, Wei hastily left Ayu and Imah behind.

To be honest, Wei had already started fantasizing about having both girls in his bed, he just hadn't made a move yet. Bagas, a loyal employee, introduced Wei to a shaman from his village who knows love potions.

The shaman, called "Mbah Dukun," gave Wei three bottles of potion. Bagas' stories and testimonies said the potion could make any woman feel intense desire.

Bagas suggested that Wei try using the potions on Ayu and Nur as a gift for Wei's tales about their trips to the village. This was before Wei's big move. "Imagine, sir! What will you do with them, when you are home alone," Bagas assured Wei.

Once again, Wei's imagination is filled by Ayu dan Nur's beauty. “Thank you Bagas, you are my man!” Wei said his gratitude.

In this tale, we will witness how Wei navigates his luxurious life filled with affairs and betrayals. Yet, beneath it all, will Wei discover the true meaning of love and happiness? Or will he be trapped in a cycle of deceit and inevitable regret?

But before we continue, let me provide a brief background story about our main character, Wei.

Wei is a man who seems to be blessed with incredible luck as if a lucky star always shines upon him. He and Sophia met and fell in love while working together in a church ministry. At that time, Wei was not a Christian, and even now, he still isn't. It was sheer luck that brought him and Sophia together to work side by side day and night. As their love grew, they became intimately involved, sharing a physical connection akin to that of a husband and wife. Sophia was aware and scared of the sin. She asked Wei to marry her. She wanted her virginity and purity to belong to him. Her father-in-law, Peter, didn't make much of an issue out of it. He was overjoyed that Sophia could bear him a grandson. It's no wonder that Wei, with all his luck, now holds a leadership position in Peter's factory.

And now, Wei and Sophia have given him a grandson, which only adds to the overflowing happiness that Peter feels towards Wei.

To truly understand Wei and all that haunts him, we need to go back to 12 years ago, when Japan began occupying Indonesia. During that time, Wei's house in the village became a safe place for Chinese families. They were afraid of the Japanese army. Wei's family received a relative from Cirebon, Aunt Ing, who had traveled quite a distance to seek safety.

At that time, Wei was only 14 years old, and suddenly there was Aunt Ing in his village, a beautiful and captivating woman. Her beauty made Wei realize why Aunt Ing had to hide from the Japanese soldiers. It was unimaginable to think of Aunt Ing ending up as a victim of their lustful desires.

Feeling pity for her fellow Chinese family, Wei's father allows his big uncle and his wife Aunt Ing to hide inside their small house.

Many Chinese people had sought refuge in Indonesia from mainland China to escape the Japanese invasion. They never expected that the Japanese would come and dominate Indonesia as well. So Aunt Ing hid in fear and walked in caution during that period.

In the small village, Wei would sometimes see Aunt Ing bathing and watching his uncle and Aunt Ing make love behind bamboo walls.

Wei's fantasies about women's underarms became an obsession after that. He couldn't help but be captivated by Aunt Ing's beauty as she delicately cleaned her smooth, hairy underarms with fragrant soap.

His desire for intimacy grew and developed as he witnessed Aunt Ing's body writhing in ecstasy, enjoying every thrust from his old uncle.

Wei's behavior towards women may be a way of getting back at Aunt Ing. She caught him spying on her in the bath while he was pleasuring himself. It was during that moment that Aunt Ing decided to give Wei an unforgettable experience of oral pleasure, one that he still remembers to this day. It is the longing for that sight that has shaped Wei into the person he is today.
