The night before his meeting with Shisui, Horyu lay awake, his mind teeming with anticipation and apprehension. The path he was about to embark on was fraught with uncertainty, but it was a risk he was willing to take for the promise of power and knowledge. "To hold the secrets of the Uzumaki...to wield power that could reshape the very fabric of shinobi warfare," he whispered to himself, a blend of determination and yearning reverberating in his mind.

The morning sun found Horyu at Shisui's office door, his excuses honed to perfection, his resolve unwavering. "Hokage-sama," he began, stepping into the dimly lit room, "I come with a proposition that could significantly benefit Konoha." He laid out his plans with precision, detailing the potential gains from his training with the Kurohane Owl Tribe and his espionage in foreign lands. His argument was compelling, bolstered by the recent enhancement to his Henge ability.

Shisui listened intently, his expression unreadable. The pause that followed Horyu's pitch was pregnant with tension, a moment stretched thin by the weight of decision. "Absolutely impossible!" Shisui finally responded, shutting Horyu down completely.

Frowning, Horyu couldn't hide his frustration. "Why?" he pressed, not ready to back down so easily.

Shisui snorted dismissively, laying out his reasons with a tone that brooked no argument. "You are the most prominent prodigy of the Uchiha Clan and Konoha. Other villages are already eying you, and there have even been plans to send you to the Daimyo, all in hopes of dulling your edge and weakening your bond to the village. On top of that, you were branded by the Cursed Seal, and your name has been circulating in intel that's reached every corner of the world."

Internally, Horyu cursed himself. 'Fuck. I should have deleted that from the intel. I thought it would elevate my standing in the village, but it became my hindrance instead.' But he wasn't about to give up. "Hokage-sama, as I mentioned, my Henge abilities have advanced to a level that not even the most seasoned Shinobi can detect. Please, at least let me demonstrate."

Shisui sighed, the frustration evident in his posture, yet there was a sliver of curiosity in his eyes. "Fine. Show me."

With a nod, Horyu focused his chakra, the air around him shimmering as he activated the Shadow Persona Technique. In a blink, the young Uchiha's form shifted, his features molding into an exact replica of Shisui himself. The transformation was so flawless, so complete, that for a moment, Shisui found himself staring at a mirror image.

"Not bad, Horyu. But a trick's a trick. You think this changes anything?" Shisui challenged, albeit with a begrudging respect in his tone.

Horyu, still wearing Shisui's face, smirked. "Not just any trick, Hokage-sama. Imagine the possibilities—espionage, misinformation, infiltration. The strategic advantages are limitless." His voice, now a perfect imitation of Shisui's, added weight to his argument.

He didn't use Memory Imprint on Shisui, as he was not a regular Shinobi. There was no need to take a risk. Instead, he said, "I already formed a spy network, taking off Hitomi's web. Now, with this new ability, I can increase my reach to every part of the Shinobi World, and when I am done, we would have eyes and ears in every part of this world." Shisui sat down, tapping the table with his fingers. "It is dangerous," he said.

Horyu nodded. "It should be. Otherwise, it's not worth discovering. You know we are vulnerable with Kyubi out there. We need to find it and bring it back to Konoha." Shisui frowned, the mention of Kyubi stirring a mix of ambition and regret within him. Ever since he ordered Fugaku to kill Kushina, aiming to control the Nine-Tails and solidify his standing, the plan's failure haunted him. Kushina's unexpected defiance, her breaking Minato from his control, and the subsequent death of Fugaku were blows to his strategy. The loss of Kakashi and Obito, both powerful assets to Konoha, further weakened his position. Lucky for him, he took Jiraiya under his control long before he attacked Kushina; otherwise, Jiraiya would retaliate to avenge his student. Sighing, Shisui looked at Horyu, who still looked like a replica of him, and asked, "And the Kurohana Tribe? What can they teach you?"

Horyu smiled. "They have a special Taijutsu style, 'Feather-Wing Kata.' It can increase my power tremendously."

Shisui's interest was piqued, despite his reservations. "Feather-Wing Kata, you say? Sounds powerful indeed. If you could master it..."

"Exactly," Horyu interjected, dropping the transformation and returning to his original appearance. "This isn't about indulging my whims. It's about strengthening Konoha's foundations. You need powerful allies, Hokage-sama, especially now. And I... I need to be one of those allies."

Shisui remained silent, his gaze fixed on Horyu. The room was thick with tension, the weight of Horyu's request hanging in the air. Finally, Shisui spoke, his voice laced with the burden of leadership. "Fine. I'll grant your request, but on one condition."

Horyu's expression remained neutral, but his interest was evident. "Name it."

"You report directly to me. No intermediaries. And should I feel your mission poses too much of a risk to Konoha, you will abort immediately. Is that clear?"

"Crystal," Horyu agreed, a smirk playing at the corner of his mouth. This was the break he needed, the chance to explore and expand his powers beyond the current limitations. "Thank you, Hokage-sama. You won't regret this."

"I better not," Shisui retorted, but there was a hint of helplessness in his tone. He recognized Horyu's potential and the need for his unique skills in the tumultuous times they lived in.

Horyu looked at the System Message in front of him and smirked. The message was a promise of challenge and opportunity, its contents ripe with potential rewards that would undoubtedly push the limits of his capabilities and secure his position within Konoha further. 'Such a big quest, and delicious rewards,' he mused, his lips curling into a wry smile.

"Hokage-sama, if I may audaciously recommend something else," Horyu ventured, his voice calm yet carrying an underlying sense of purpose.

Shisui, already feeling the onset of a headache from their previous discussion, sighed heavily. "Say it," he commanded, bracing himself for another of Horyu's unexpected propositions.

"I want to send Hinata and Ino to train with Tsunade-sama," Horyu stated, his suggestion hanging in the air like a daring challenge.
