I'm just writing the rules the world works under here. All of the story stuff is gonna stay private. Sorry, I might release some in a few years.

Also, this is gonna be a mess, I just write notes like this.

  

Basic laws of physics, yanno gravity and stuff, then we get to the laws of magic.

The first law of magic: fuck equivalent exchange. 

The second law of magic: if somethings impossible, you're either too weak or too unskilled.

The third law of magic: magic knows you better than you do.

  

The system.

The system is a part of The Key Of Transcendence.

The system has three parts, Jobs, Skills, and Stats

  

Everything can have three active jobs at a time. 

Jobs gain experience towards the next level when you Regen health or mana with a full pool.

Exp is stored in an unlimited pool and drains when either a skill or a job is leveled.

Jobs level only while the job is being practiced.

When a Job levels the creature gains a set amount of Stat points.

Jobs can level infinitely, but soft cap at level 100.

Jobs grant basic profession magic.

Jobs increase the chance a Skill will mutate to align with it.

  

Stats are the foundation of everything and thus work mostly in the background.

Stats can be increased in three main ways.

Leveling,

Training,

Infusing,

  

Skills come in a scale of tiers.

The first tier is Useless, the second is Trash, and the third is Awkward.
