Gayoul was in serious trouble, seeing Magnus evil smirk he knew he was done for. But that does not mean he wont try as hard as he can

Gayoul dropped the sword edge to the ground, and runned with its tip being dragged across the grass
The weight was greater than he could normally use and yet he was forcing himself to do it

(Magnus)-"Slow" *Magnus snnaped the joints of his hands* "I wont even need to move" *he said while he put his arms behind his back*

Gayoul arrived close enough to Magnus and using all his strenght he lifted the sword in a swipe motion, the atack was much slower than Gayoul expected
Magnus dint flinch for a second and 1 meter before it could hit Magnus straight in his stomach a invisible force deflected the swing

(Magnus)-"You really should have seen that coming" *with Gayoul totally open for retaliation Magnus casted a spell* "rarupme levísivni"

Gayoul was hit with a invisible force which knocked him down to his knees

(Gayoul)-"dammit, its to heavy to even get back up" {hope i cant use you properly}

(Hope)-{...I... already explained you that}
(Gayoul)-{Youre a sword, how can you not be able to do things a sword do}

Suddenly while Gayoul was distracted in his own thoughts, he received a hit in his guts, like a cannon ball it pushed him afar from Magnus making him roll in the grass leaving Hope behind

(Gayoul)-"argh! Magnus calm down, i still need to understand how she works"

(Magnus)-"She? You mean your sword?"
(Gayoul)-"Of course i mean her"
(Magnus)-"Its a inanimate object-"
(Gayoul)-"It literally talks with me, besides she sounds like a woman so..."

Magnus rolled his eyes and used one of his hands making a gesture in air, the ground below the sword moved and it went closer to Gayoul

(Magnus)-"There, now stop talking and do something interesting atleast"

(Gayoul)-{Okay hope, there has to be something you can do right now that may be cool to show}
(Hope)-{I told you, i can do anything-}
(Gayoul)-"Aaaaa forget it!"

Gayoul picked her up and started to run in Magnus direction, he was clumsy at first moment but quickly regained his posture, midway in his run towards Magnus, he suddenly stoped and took stance
His sword blade up in the air, his hands trembling from the weight, but his eyes looked sure of himself

(Magnus)-"Not getting closer are we..." *Magnus closed his eyes and in the moment he opened then back a small-medium sized fire ball appeared* "Duck this one!" *the blazing ball of fire shooted across the grass field in Gayouls direction*

(Gayoul)-"I can do this"

Gayoul had no intention of dodging somehow that atack, his mind was focusing in trying to understand what powers he could use with that sword.
But one atleast he was certain, the power of light

(Gayoul)-*whispering to himself* "I am the guardian of light, this must be the natural power i could use-" *realizing the fire ball is closer than ever* "I... CAN... DO... THISSSS!!!"

Gayoul's entire body glowed a white aura, his sword eye glowed brighter and the blade for a instant became bright as the star
Without even being capable of realising, Gayoul had gone from his upright stance into this pose done after a diagonal bottom-up attack
He only knew that as his grandfather helped he learn all kinds stances and their finishing moves
The fire ball had been cut in two as at the same time had been prepelled to Magnus direction in this uniform diagonal slash

(Gayoul)-"I-it... worked?-" {Hope i did it i cant belive this}
(Hope)-{Well you should cause otherwise you would not have done it}
(Gayoul)-{...why you gotta ruin my mood like this...}

(Magnus)-"Impressive, althought, lame" *The two fire balls were stinguished before making contact with Magnus* "What about some more Elemental magic"

(Gayoul)-"Magnus- wait a bit let me get myself strai-"
(Magnus)-"You will be fine" *Lifting his hands, Magnus extended his arm closed his eyes*

Gayoul was not prepared at all for what could come, he was still not sure of himself enough to do that movement again, he needed much more time to process it

(Magnus)-"Block this" *static formed in Magnus hand, and then small spark of eletricity* "this time it wont be as slow as the last one"

From afar a figure observed then fight for a while, obscured by the shadow casted by the mountains and trees

(Gayoul-"Magnus wait!" *A lighting came out of Magnus hands so quickly that Gayoul dint have any time to react* "Tsk-" *luckly he was quick enough to cover himself behind his sword*

The lighting was a constant stream of uninterruped energy, somehow even while touching the blade to withstand the atack, the eletricity did not pass to Gayoul body
It was as if Hope absorved all that energy

(Gayoul)-"huh, i was so sure i would get shocked-"
(Hope)-{I am no normal metal that needs to redirect energy}
(Gayoul)-"Haha, see Magnus, i am much more capable than you could thought"

(Magnus)-*soft smiled* "Nah, youre just mid"
(Gayoul)-"The hell you called me?!?"

(Magnus)-"Lets see how you deal with this then" *a circular stream of bright purple magic appeared in Magnus hand and started to form a disk*

(Gayoul)-"Ho hoho, i have seen that one before, i will just parry it back at you"
(Magnus)-"Thats what will see"

A bright purple disk of pure raw Magic from Magnus appeared on his hand
It was extra large and it spinned pretty fast

(Magnus)-"I hope you dont mind me adding some extra things"
(Hope)-{This will not go well for you}
(Gayoul)-"You heard, this wont go well for ya"
(Hope)-{I meant for you-}

(Magnus)-"lets go then" (add Elemental magic:wind ; add palpitar ; add camouflage) *Magnus lifted his other arm and created a second magic disk* "this gonna be the hardest test for you"

Both magic disk became almost invisible, only their sound could be heard
Gayoul swallowed dry
The figure that was watching from afar disappeared
It was only a matter of time before they begun

(Magnus)-"Prepared?"
(Gayoul)-"No"
(Magnus)-"Haha, good, you shine brighter while improvising"

Magnus made the motion of trowing both disk's, Gayoul could only hear their movement throught the air
Using his wind magic Magnus was guiding both of then aproaching Gayoul in a sinuous manner

(Gayoul)-{Hope i cant see or feel where they will come from, what do i do??}
(Hope)-{Pray?}
(Gayoul)-"aww come on"

Gayoul cowered and closed his eyes
Magnus smirked and when they were about to reach Gayoul...
Suddenly someone intervened disipating both magic disk's with a swipe of their hand

(?????)-"Wory you not, i am here"
(Magnus)-"..."
(Gayoul)-"huh?"

(?????)-"You guys should be more carefull with things like, its almost like you were trying to kill him-"
(Magnus)-"Who the hell are you?"

(Marco)-"Ahh sorry for my sudden aparition, I am Marco, i came here because of those pamphlets"
(Magnus)-"You mean for the selection"
(Marco)-"Yes yes yes"
(Magnus)-"Too late, it already happened"
(Marco)-"What??? Come on... my family house is so much afar from here that i dint arrive in time"

(Gayoul)-"Errr i am sorry for you, also thanks for the help"

They staid there in silence for a minute looking at each other

(Gayoul)-"Sooooo, you want to enter the team?"

Marco stoped himself and put his hand on his mouth

(Marco)-"Ahem, you see my one and main power is blood manipulation, i used it to heal others in my old town.
Now my second power is very weak but usable, i have the extra power of being capable of copying others powers, but its only for a short period of time you see"

(Magnus)-"Interesting..."
(Gayoul)-"Thats super cool, we should welcome him in the base"
(Magnus)-"I will consider-"

They all walked together inside the building as black clouds appeared in the sky
