"Where am I and why am I so small?" a boy in rags said, looking at his hands.

“I remember the last thing I was doing was in that battle with that darn Okutsuki,” Naruto murmured to himself.

A jolt went through his body. “Ugh, my head. These memories—what are they?” Naruto said, clutching his head with both his hands at the side. He felt like his head was going to explode due to the sudden influx of information he was getting.

‘I have to meditate. It’s no different from shadow clones, except much harsher.’ Naruto got into a meditation pose, eyes closed, accepting the memories in utter silence.

It wasn’t until 5 hours later that Naruto did open his eyes.

“All these memories, why the heck is it always me stuck in these darn situations? Why can’t anything be normal with me, darn it. I hate this,” Naruto said lamentably, crying and banging his hands against the floor. If anyone who saw that can't help but sweat drop at his foolishness.

‘Now's not the time for crying. I need to get my affairs sorted out. Okay, I died and somehow reincarnated into this body in a whole other world. Or should I say my body, because this child is me and I am that child? Geez, so confusing. Also, here's for the kicker: I inherited another set of memories from a man in another world. Or should I say I remember my life from another world called Earth? Not the element Earth, but the planet called Earth. Didn't I say this was confusing? Well, I meant it; this situation is confusing as heck. It looks like my life, or Naruto Uzumaki's life, was more dominant, as I seem to have inherited more of his personality.’

‘Now that I think about it, I'm eight years old—or this body is eight years old. Won't this mean my mentality would regress to the same mentality as if I were eight years old?’

"Fuuuuuuuuuuck! I don’t want to go through puberty again," he couldn't help but exclaim at this situation.

‘Let's try to make sense of the current situation. I find myself nameless, or rather, he finds himself nameless. At the age of eight, or so it seems. As I said, it's confusing. We, or rather, I, resorted to suicide by ingesting poison, yet here I am, miraculously unharmed. Well, no point questioning it now. Once again, I'm an orphan, and oddly enough, the grandfather from Earth, or the former me, was an orphan too. It's a lineage of orphans, it seems,’ Naruto mused with a sigh.

‘This young boy, or the current version of me, resides in a slum. Picture a world reminiscent of medieval times – that's precisely where I find myself. If I were to encapsulate my life thus far, "hell" would be an apt description. The past me harbored dreams; no matter the hardships, I always rose due to my ambition. However, the present me is left with nothing and no one.’What the boy went through was what someone would call it akin to hell, but to Naruto, having traversed various stories during his travels through the Elemental Nations, found a strange familiarity in the narrative unfolding before him. Surprisingly, this familiarity served to numb the feelings of loneliness and anger festering within his heart.

In the grim reality of slum life, survival for an orphan like Naruto depended on the desperate acts of begging and stealing food and money from those slightly more fortunate. However, in this dark corner of the world, there existed a haunting specter known as the "slum tax." It was a sinister toll exacted upon the orphans for the semblance of safety it provided. Those who collected this tax did so with ruthless brutality, not hesitating to beat the slum orphans into submission, or worse, to the point of death.

For the vulnerable girls dwelling in this desolate place, the horrors transcended mere physical abuse. They were subjected to something even more sinister and insidious, a cruelty that echoed through the shadows of the slums, leaving a trail of shattered innocence and broken spirits. The twisted reality of their existence painted a bleak canvas, with every stolen morsel and act of survival overshadowed by the dark underbelly of a society indifferent to their suffering.

In the grim underbelly of the city, a merciless gang ruled with an iron fist, dabbling in the darkest realms of illicit activities — drugs, prostitution, and the sinister trade of human lives, particularly those of the noble class.

At the helm of this malevolent organization stood a figure known as Sebastian, the ruthless gang leader. His involvement in heinous crimes extended to a disturbing penchant for exploiting the vulnerability of the young and attractive, regardless of gender.

In the midst of this dark underworld, a child with innocent and cute features, destined to blossom into a handsome individual, unwittingly attracted Sebastian's twisted attention. What followed under Sebastian's control was a relentless barrage of torment that left the child's spirit shattered.

Alone and desperate, the child found no solace. The loneliness became an unbearable weight, driving him to the brink of sanity. Each encounter with Sebastian plunged him into a nightmarish cycle of suffering that seemed to have no end. Finally, the constant agony and isolation took their toll, and something within the child broke, leaving behind a shattered soul in the wake of Sebastian's malevolence. But what that boy felt in his heart was not hatred as he gave up and accepted this world was nothing but filled with cruelty and evil. He felt like his hatred would do nothing to this vile world, so he gave up on his emotion making him essentially like a blank canvas.

Naruto had a deep understanding of genuine loneliness, an intimate familiarity with the biting cold of despair and the searing intensity of hate. His journey had been a long and arduous one, marked by genuine enlightenment that shielded him from succumbing to those overpowering emotions. However, facing the grim reality of his current circumstances, those familiar feelings threatened to stir within him once again.

In this new life, the echoes of loneliness and despair reached out to Naruto, attempting to rekindle the flames of hate that he had fought so hard to extinguish. Yet, in the midst of this internal struggle, he clung to the memories of his past life—the relentless cycle of hatred and the hard-earned moments of peace. These recollections served as a beacon, reminding him of the strength he had found and the resilience that had allowed him to break free from the chains of his own suffering.

"I'm gonna kill them all. What they're pulling off is beyond inhumane and downright sick. I've forgiven people in the past, forgiven them for trying to make things better, for striving to build a brighter future. But these guys? They've turned into animals wearing human skin, just in it for their sick pleasure and greedy desires."

As Naruto began to walk, he instinctively attempted to channel chakra, aiming to reinforce himself for rooftop jumps. To his surprise, it wouldn't work.

"Why isn't my chakra responding? Hold on, now that I think about it, this world doesn't have chakra. Heck, even back on Earth, they don't have chakra. Darn it, how am I supposed to use my chakra now?" Naruto couldn't help but exclaim, frustration etched across his face.

"Who needs chakra? Inside me, there's a person who's mastered over hundreds of styles — taijutsu, kenjutsu, bojutsu, you name it," Naruto said, recalling his extensive training and combat experience.

Heading towards the gang's headquarters, Naruto seized the opportunity to snag a cloak along the way. Draping the cloak over his body, its hood providing a shroud of anonymity, he moved with a newfound stealth, blending into the shadows as he prepared to confront the darkness that lurked in the gang's lair.

Within the headquarters, the air hung heavy with the unsettling resonance of laughter, the chilling echoes of revelry mingling with the shadows that concealed the malevolence within.

"That brat took some poison, gu ha ha! You really did a number on him, Sebastian," a hulking figure chuckled sadistically, raising his drink in a toast to the torment they had unleashed.

Sebastian, a sinister puppet master orchestrating the despair of others, reveled in the sinister celebration. "I love it when they taste despair, the look in their eyes as hope crumbles, and they descend into emotionless abyss. It brings such twisted pleasure inside me," he said with a delight that danced in his eyes, his tongue languidly licking his lips as if savoring the agony he inflicted. The atmosphere inside the headquarters pulsed with an unholy glee, a darkness that found joy in the suffering it birthed.

A sinister symphony of sadistic laughter echoed through the headquarters, a cacophony of pleasure derived from the pain of others.

"What a shame. He was such a cutie; I wanted to make him my toy," a woman remarked, her smile bearing a disturbing blend of anticipation and cruelty.

"You'd have broken him like your other toys," a man with an axe sneered mockingly, the air thick with a malevolent atmosphere.

The entrance swung open, revealing a man holding a beautiful red-haired girl, no older than 12. With a callous disregard, he threw her to the floor, a helpless pawn in their wicked game.

"Look what I found. Ain't she a pretty catch? Let's have some fun," the man leered, the others joining in with lustful eyes and sinister laughter.

Tied up and tearful, the girl pleaded for mercy, her screams begging them to spare her from the impending horrors.

Amidst the perverse revelry, the woman couldn't suppress her laughter. "This is going to be so fun to watch," she gleefully remarked, finding joy in the impending inhumanity.

Sebastian, the puppet master of despair, seized the opportunity. "Let me have first dibs on her, then you can play with her to your heart's content," he declared with a twisted grin, his knife licking the air savagely.

With a malicious intent, he grabbed the screaming girl by her hair, dragging her upstairs. The woman followed, revelling in her own amusement at the impending atrocities. The darkness within the room deepened, swallowing the echoes of the girl's pleas as the vile spectacle unfolded.

"Did they just escort a girl into the room? I need to act fast before anything happens to her," Naruto thought urgently, his heart pounding in his chest.

He swiftly moved towards the rear, ensuring the door was securely closed.

Returning to the main area of the headquarters, Naruto removed his hooded robe, revealing his identity.

The room erupted into laughter as the man at the center proclaimed, "Look, it's that boy. I thought he was going to end his life. But it seems he's back for one last hurrah. Don't fret, kid. You're quite charming. I'm sure we'll have a grand time."

Naruto, however, was not there to enjoy the company. He was assessing the situation, counting the number of men present, their positions, the weapons at their disposal, and devising a plan of attack.

"There are ten of them in the room. Sebastian and the girl are missing. I can handle this," Naruto concluded.

"Oh, looks like you're shy. Don't worry, I'll come to you," the man taunted, but his words were cut short when Naruto swiftly grabbed a sharp knife from the table and thrust it into the man's stomach thrice before pulling his arm backward, causing him to fall forward. Naruto then swiftly slashed his throat as he fell, silencing the room.

"That brat!" the man gasped out before Naruto threw a knife at his forehead, ending his life instantly.

Without wasting a moment, Naruto leaped towards the man, crashing into him with enough force into a table causing him to be dazed. Seizing the opportunity, he took the person short sword from him and plunged it into the man's heart.

"Die!" one of the men shouted from behind, but Naruto had already anticipated his move. He executed a swift backward roll to dodge the attack and landed behind the man. Naruto then swiftly slashed the man's tendons, causing him to fall forward. Despite his efforts to maintain his balance, the man could only scream and cry in pain as Naruto landed on top of him, slitting his throat with a single, deep cut.

“Oh fuck, fuck that monster he killed four of our men. Shit sake let’s kill this kid” a man said bringing out his sword shakingly.

The rest of the men quickly followed suit, each pulling out their weapons. One of them was a massive man wielding an axe, while the others held swords.

Naruto, however, was prepared. He leaped back, creating distance between him and his attackers, and assumed a defensive stance with his short sword.

‘Interesting. Their posture and stance are amateurish. Genin have better stances and postures than these guys. Even though I don't have the strength and speed of my previous life, I can easily handle these guys,’ Naruto thought, analyzing his opponents.

One man, in a blind charge, lunged at Naruto. Naruto, with his keen eyes, watched his movements as he slashed down with his sword; he swiftly evaded the attack. In response, he slashed the man's hands off.

The man, now without his hands, screamed in terror and panic, his arms flailing wildly as they bled profusely, spraying blood like a gushing fountain.

"Ahhh, he severed my hands, he severed my arms. God damn it," he cried out before succumbing to shock and eventually fainting from the blood loss.

"You guys are truly pathetic. A mere kid like me can take down the half of you. Aren't you supposed to be the strongest gang in the slums? How did you morons instill fear in everyone? Did you use your ugly faces to scare them?" Naruto taunted, his words echoing in the room.

Infuriated by Naruto's words, one man swung his sword diagonally. Naruto, however, anticipated the move. He moved forward, reducing the reach of the sword, parried it, and stepped in, positioning his short sword upward. He then jumped, extending his arms, and drove his short sword through the man's head, straight into his brain.

Next, Naruto swiftly drew the dagger from the mans sheath and bodies the man towards the next person. The man, in his surprise, couldn't see anything in front of him; so he pushed off the body. Naruto took advantage of this blindspot, slashing the man's jugular vein in his neck, causing blood to spray everywhere as he fell, as he clutching his neck in shock and pain.

"What the hell are you doing, you fools? It's just one kid!" a woman's voice pierced through the room. It was the woman who had been watching from the stairs, her face filled with shock and horror. Sebastian was there too, holding the green-haired girl by her hair. The girl's face had changed from one of despair to shock as she watched the scene unfold.

Sebastian, however, found the situation amusing. "Ah ha ha, how fun. Kill them all," he laughed, dropping the girl's hair and grabbing a railing.

Naruto noticed the both of them and fixed his gaze on the woman, his eyes filled with deadly intent. The woman fell to her knees, her face filled with fear. Two men charged at Naruto, swinging their swords. Naruto, however, jumped back, out of their reach.

‘While I would like to fight head-on, I lack the strength and they're much stronger than me. So, I'll have to wait and observe their attacks. When given a chance, I'll kill them all,’ Naruto thought, analyzing the situation.

Naruto moved to the back of the room, near a fireplace. He quickly placed his dagger on the wooden block next to the fireplace.

The two men charged at Naruto again. Naruto saw this coming and grabbed the dull fire poker, scooping up some hot ash. He then threw the ash in their eyes, causing them to scream in pain.

"Saigeki," Naruto declared, focusing all his strength on a single point, piercing through the man's heart with a dull firestick.

"How did he do that? Did he enhance his body with magic? He's just an orphan from the slums. How is he doing that?" the woman questioned, her face filled with fear and confusion as she watched Naruto kill the men one by one.

"That wasn't magic, it was pure technique. Is this what a true genius looks like? Ku ku, he's not using any magic. Ku ha ha," Sebastian laughed, his voice filled with amusement.

The green-haired girl watched from the side, hoping for a chance to escape. “Please, god, support him. I don't want to be here anymore,” she whispered to herself, her plea barely audible.

Naruto swiftly grabbed the dagger from the fireplace and ran beside the man he had just blinded. He then thrust the dagger into the man's temple, causing him to collapse instantly.

Without wasting a moment, Naruto jumped back, his instincts kicking in. The man Naruto had just killed was sliced in half by an axe, had he stayed, he would have been caught in the the crossfire.

"Fuck, I nearly had that brat. Stay still!" the man shouted in anger, as he continued to swing his axe at Naruto.

Naruto managed to dodge his attack then stepped in quickly, slashing his forearms and jumping back. The man dropped his axe as he shouted in pain and anger, it didn't take him a long time to recover.

Naruto was trying to recover his energy; this body didn't have any training; so this body was weak and had low stamina.

"You're dead!" he said, charging at Naruto to deliver a massive wide hit using both his arms. Naruto's body flew to the side whilst dropping both his weapons.

A powerful stomp was launched at Naruto but he managed to roll to the side. If that stomp had landed, Naruto would have probably died from the pressure.

Then he landed a powerful punch at Naruto's face, to which Naruto moved his head sideways. When he lifted his arms up, Naruto quickly locked his arms around the man's neck and jumped on his back. Then Naruto used both his hands to gouge out the man's eyeballs.

"My eyes, you damn slum rat" the man shouted in anger. He tried to throw Naruto off his back, but he felt no-one on his back.

Naruto quickly jumped off the man's back before the man could throw him, he limped all the way to get the short sword and dagger that he dropped. On the way, he saw one of the person's swords he killed lying on the floor. To which he dropped both his weapons on the floor and used his strength to pick up the person's sword.

The man who had his eyes gouged out by Naruto was frantically looking for Naruto in anger. However, he couldn't see so he was looking aimlessly.

Naruto stood behind him and stabbed him through the heart with the longsword.

"Oh fuck this, I'm getting out of here" she said to Sebastian, she frantically ran to the back door. She didn't want to go through the front door because that would mean she would have to pass Naruto and she didn't want to be near that monster.

Naruto saw her run through the back, so he grabbed a sharp knife lying on top of the smashed table.

"Damn it, why won't the door open now" sweat running down her face while she was pounding the door in anger and in fright.

She looked to the direction of where Naruto was previously but couldn't find him. Her heart was pounding and when she turned around she was stabbed in the stomach.

She fell, lying against the door "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I won't do anything to you anymore" she said, tears pouring down her face.

Naruto looked at her emotionlessly and said "were you sorry when you did those despicable actions to me, were you sorry when you did it to the others, were you you sorry when you ruined and murdered innocent children. No, you're not." Naruto said as he stabbed her throat as he watched her die.

"Clap Clap"

"Congratulations boy, you killed everyone in the room, how scary, how impressive" he said, making faces at him.

"How about joining me and imagine that the both of us teaming up. We'll have all the the wealth in the world" he said, spreading his arms in a grandeur way practically near Naruto.

Naruto spat at his face "well does that answer your question”.

Sebastian had a calm face and used a handkerchief to wipe his face "I see that's a shame, you're fighting prowess is incredible but without the lack of magic you won't go any further" he said.

This got Naruto's danger instincts activated, causing him to immediately charge at him only for Sebastian to raise his arms and say "Photon Projectilis".

A magic circle appeared on his hands and bullets hailed down but when Naruto heard him say photon, his senses told him to dodge to the side.

"While I might not be physically strong or fast, I have magic to make up for it" he said.

"Augandae Corporis" A bright light wrapped around him.

BAM! PShh! were the voices heard.

All Naruto could see was a blur, but Naruto jumped instinctively.

"Amazing you jumped to lessen the impact of the damage. Are you really that boy. I used to have fun with. Don't worry we'll do it one more time though it'll be when you're half dead"

Naruto was still hit, and the near miss had a lot of effect on him.

"Gah" he shouted in charge of pain. Naruto body was still in pain, blood was dripping down his face, his body was exhausted, his body felt as hot as lead.

But still Naruto stood up, in him was a reanimate of a 20-year warrior veteran, in those 20 years he went through even more pain fights, yet he never gave up.

"I'll never give up believe it!" he shouted out loud.

The red-haired girl couldn't help but grasp and held in her her tears as she watched him stand up.

"Oh really you won't give up. Before I enjoy you I'll have to make sure to break down that spirit of yours" he said with a sadistic gue.

From what happened was carnage, he used his strength and speed from the Augandae Corporis to inflict an unimaginable pain towards Naruto.

Yet Naruto never gave up he stood up one after another, with a look in his eyes that just frustrated and pissed of Sebastian even more to which he responder by inflicting greater pain towards Naruto.

Naruto his whole body ached, he was bleeding everywhere. Sebastian was on whole tirade to which Naruto ignored. He was lying on the floor trying to regain as much energy as he

With the newfound magic pulsing through his veins, Naruto rose from the ground, his senses heightened to an almost otherworldly level. The ethereal energy couring within him reminded him of the familiar surge he experienced in his past life when infusing himself with chakra.

As he fixed Sebastian with an intense gaze, the frustration in Sebastian's voice only fueled Naruto's determination. "All right, that's enough. I don't care anymore; you're dead!" Sebastian declared, charging toward Naruto with unchecked aggression.

"BAM!"

Sebastian found himself sprawled on the floor, pain surging through his body. Naruto, standing over him, observed as Sebastian, seemingly in slow motion, closed in for a punch. Seizing the moment, Naruto, with a swift and practiced motion, used Sebastian's own momentum to flip him, leaving Sebastian on the ground, bewildered and in pain.

“Get up, I’m not done with you yet” Naruto said sternly to Sebastian.

“Don’t get cocky brat, so what you managed to flip me” Sebastian angrily roared at Naruto.

Naruto scoffed at Sebastian's attempt to land a punch. With a swift and practiced motion, Naruto deftly weaved to the side, evading the incoming blow. Seizing the opening, he retaliated with a powerful punch aimed directly at Sebastian's liver. The strike, honed by years of combat experience, sought to exploit a vulnerable point, potentially incapacitating Sebastian.

Naruto straddled Sebastian laying punches after punches “that’s what you get for all the inhumane action”, “that’s what happens when you pick on the innocent”.

“I’m sorry, I won’t do it again. Please stop.” he said to Naruto pleadingly to spare his life.

“You know, your teammate said the same thing and I’ll tell you the same thing were you sorry when you managed to rape over and over again, how about the others no you weren’t. In your core, you’re just a scumbag.” He said coldly to Sebastian.

If anything this got Sebastian to forget about the pain as he looked at him in anger,

“I am a noble, what would a slum orphan rat know. You should be honoured that a man of my existence has tamed you” he said proudly to Naruto.

"Don't ever say you're sorry again! When you never meant it! Do you know what you put me through—the pain, anguish, the despair I felt!" Naruto's voice reverberated with an intensity that echoed the years of suppressed emotions.

Something within him snapped, the person who once relinquished control to Naruto, allowing him to become a vessel for pent-up emotions, now took charge. Unleashing an uncontrollable fury, Naruto rained relentless punches upon Sebastian's face, each blow a manifestation of the suffering endured.

He lost himself in the storm of emotion, the passage of time forgotten as he continued to pummel Sebastian into an unrecognizable visage. A relentless torrent of anger and frustration surged forth, and Naruto found solace in the rhythmic pounding of his fists.

A gentle tug on his shoulder jolted Naruto back to the present. Reacting reflexively, he nearly struck the person who dared to touch him, until he caught sight of the frightened expression on the face of the girl, he had set out to save.

"Um, I think that's enough. I think he's dead," she uttered with a tremor in her voice, a fearful anticipation of the fist that had come dangerously close to her.

"I'm sorry, are you fine? That piece of shit didn't do anything to you," Naruto inquired, genuine concern etched across his face. It might have seemed peculiar for a child to utter such profanity, but in that moment, it carried the weight of a protector standing up against cruelty.

Touched by an unexpected display of concern, the girl's eyes welled up with tears. She hadn't felt genuine care for so long that Naruto's words cracked the walls around her heart.

"Hey there, it's all right. They're all gone, so you don't have to worry anymore," Naruto assured her, his voice carrying a soothing reassurance.

As Naruto felt the weight of his injuries and exhaustion, a wave of drowsiness swept over him. "Hey, you wouldn't mind looking after my body," he uttered before succumbing to unconsciousness. The raw emotional torrent that had surged through him now gave way to a vulnerability, leaving Naruto in the care of a stranger amidst the wreckage of the night.
