Due to a virus of unknown origin, humanity has been reduced to small communities of survivors.

These lucky few, who survived the initial chaos of the apocalypse, live in seclusion in fortified strongholds, cultivating their food, and raising their animals.

But alas, it is not enough.

To quench their need for resources they send looting parties whose sole objective is to search for anything that could help them survive.

Be it food, electronics, or even scrap metal.

Although it is of the utmost importance to avoid lingering in the outside world, where death and horror are the undisputed masters.

For this reason, every sortie to search for resources, while necessary, represents a mortal risk.

The one rule every person living in what is left of the world abides by is to never stay out at night.

For night-time has become when the humans become prey.
