The planet Duat is home to many countries with citizens who share a homogeneous appearance and their own sense of right and wrong in the world.
The Children of Aten pride themselves on order, structure, and law. They are famous for the sheer bureaucracy that comes with nearly every transaction in life, and have some of the strictest and harshest punishments for those who break the law. Any Child of Aten found guilty of a life sentence is stripped of their identification number and denounced.
One can easily recognize a Child of Aten upon seeing their light skin, blond hair, and blue eyes.
The fauna and flora of Set are sensitive to electricity, leaving their society closer to the earth. While their society is similar to Aten in their laws and rules, they are far more relaxed and many punishments are not enforced. As such, Set has a reputation for being home to criminals looking to escape punishments elsewhere.
One can easily recognize a Child of Set upon seeing their red-brown skin, black hair, and green eyes.
A nocturnal land, the Children of Anubis thrive in the night. The few that choose to operate during the day to deal with other lands wear protective visors or sunglasses to protect their delicate eyes. All of Duat considers the Children of Anubis to be exceptionally beautiful, often stating “It’s easy to get lost in their darkness.” Their society, lawful or criminal, prides itself on organization and efficiency.
One can easily recognize a Child of Anubis upon seeing their pure, marble-like black skin, coal black hair, and milk white eyes.
