A kind goddess created a perfect world to give forsaken souls a second chance at life. She gave them a peaceful system to let them develop themselves in various productive ways, with everyday Professions such as Farmer, Builder, and Tailor.

The settlers repaid their goddess by killing her, cheating the peaceful system to use it for war, and burning the world down around their ears.

Now, the goddess's angels have fled, and the remaining humans fight amongst themselves for scraps of power while they sink into depravity. Monsters and demons have emerged across the land, no longer afraid of divine retribution.

Will was thrown into this world five years ago after he died. He has adapted well to his new environment as an accomplished Alchemist. But he has one person from his previous life who he can't let go of. Bee, his hot-headed friend who was the brawn to his brain, and who he was unable to confess his love to before he died.

Will sets a plan in motion to bring Bee to this new world. Whatever it takes. Whatever it'll cost him. And when she gets there, he's going to to bring out all her latent potential and train her into a powerful fighter.
