Fortunately there is a solution. UN-fortunately the only man alive who can help is a broken shell of his former self; a man destroyed in the past by none other than Chairman Matsuda.

Can this man find the strength to let bygones be bygones and lend his aid? What could Matsuda offer our hero in return for his assistance? Can a high-functioning sociopath like Matsuda even be trusted to deliver on his promises?
