Reluctantly attending college, Bishop Browne is a loner who wants nothing to do with anyone. After a call from his parents in an attempt to get him to become productive, he instead chooses to double down on his escapist lifestyle and makes for the eastern woods of Seattle. What Bishop hopes is a get-away from his depression soon turns into a nightmare where his life is on the line.
The creature is always watching, listening, and planning. With cunning, it stalks its prey until it is vulnerable. Getting out may no longer be possible.

This is actually a complete remake of my original book by the same name. I've made major changes to the entire story and every character. As I am still attending college, I have only so much time to work on this, but progress is certainly being made. I estimate the book will be anywhere from 80k to 120k words by the end. If you have any feedback you wish to give, or suggestions to make, please do not hesitate. I welcome all criticism, but I don't take everything too seriously so don't feel as though you may offend me by pointing something out. Growth is only achieved by improving where one is lacking, after all.
