"Welcome to Twilight City!" He smiled handing me a brochure.

I stare at it with curiosity focusing my attention on the various photos of Twilight City's famous landmarks. "I've wondered. Why is it called Twilight City?"

"It's simple really. Twilight City is the City of Magic, Science, and Mysteries. The most brilliant minds in the world have gathered here to solve the greatest case in history!"

"What would that be?" I asked.

Leaning over to my ear he whispers, "There's an urban legend here in Twilight. It's about a vigilante, a sort of Robin Hood, who kills the rich, takes their wealth, distributes it to the poor, and exposes their crimes. They call him the Phantom of the Moon or Phantom for short. Everyone knows he exists but no one knows his true motives."

In the continent/country of Erda where magic and science combine, Twilight City, the capital of Erda is the hub for all innovations. Kristina (Kristie or Kris) Steinbeck, a girl from the province of Arista, is accepted into the prestigious Twilight University of Magic (TUM) as an Array Research Student. As she settles down in the City, she encounters the city’s vigilante, Phantom of the Moon or Phantom as he chased by the authorities. Due to this small encounter, Kristie is wrapped up in Twilight's greatest case: to catch Phantom and discover his motives. Little did she know, her minor encounter would get her tangled in the web of not only Phantom's secrets but also Twilight City's.

Let the mystery in the moonlight begin!
