    Tomatow
    Status: chapter 20

    Hello everyone!

The book so far I think is very good, the author obviously puts a lot of thought and responsibility into this story so I think it deserves a review!

    Story - 8/10

The story is a tough one to rate here due to it being excessively slice of life but overall I enjoy that aspect of it and like to see the characters have a real human interaction. I don't think the main plot has gotten even close to being seen but I think it will be very rewarding once reached due to the bread crumbs we are occasionally given. So this will need a revision later. Right now expected character building and character relationships as a primary focus, which I am really enjoying.

    Writing - 6.5/10

There are a few errors per chapter but overall it doesn't impact the grammar or the fluidity of the story. It is still understandable and you can feel what's happening in the scenes, just sometimes knocks you out of your immersion. It isnt anything groundbreaking or bad.

Though it must be mentioned that this is written like someone chronically online (not to be mean, genuinely) it is the best way to describe it. I personally don't like it, others would drop it and others don't mind it. Personally it takes me away from the immersion of the book, seeing words like we are so cooked by a dragon grandma? It's just not enjoyable to me but if its your type of comedy then its here! Otherwise I love what I read and really appreciate the attention to details and their realistic interactions!

    Characters - 7/10

So the characters are great and overall fleshed out well but.. They are annoying at times. Overall I can see people dropping this over the characters or reading obsessively with the characters. The main character is way too sappy and the moppiness of it makes it just feel like too much at times, like the character is an adult and not a 14 year old going through their first breakup, especially how the other characters in the series treat him, its just awkward. Also if you came for yandere, the yandere here is extremely weak. It's just obsessive love, not yandere whatsoever. I still recommend you read it though as it's really a cute and loving story.

    World building - 4/10

Honestly might deserve less which I hate to say, but we barely know any names, locations, architecture or anything. It's just highly conflicting information of the period and what kinda world we are in. I hope to see that one day worked on but there's still plenty of time for it!

    Nsfw factor - 7/10

This author does it all! Now there's not much but what we do get some spicy scenes. The author mentioned they are new to them but they are talented and did a wonderful job. I like how the story isnt focused around it but it does come and it is enjoyable and well written. If you come for this I doubt you'll be disappointed!

    Final notes

The review might seem harsh which I hope it doesn't but I actually recommend you read it very much. I think this has a lot of potential and I hope to see it continued for a long time!
